I had an issue with the HDMI not working on my TV screen and reached out for help. Even though it was Sunday, Spencer responded extremely fast and called me back within minutes of my message. I explained my situation, and he immediately understood the issue and guided me through possible solutions.

He was knowledgeable, clear, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain everything instead of just pushing a service call. My TV and my sanity both thank him. 😄📺

Spencer the owner of Demand Tech now was top level from our initial phone call, to coming out to visit and see what I needed, what I had in place and the best solution for our 15 year old media room A/V equipment. Spencer at Demand Tech is a true professional from the first phone call until the end of the job and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. I looked around before I decided to go with Spencer and I’m super glad I made the decision I did. We ended up fully transforming the media room into something truly special. I had initial concerns about a projector being able to compete with the quality picture of a TV. I no longer have any doubts. The picture turned out amazing and produced a crazy high def picture on the wall before we even got the acoustically transparent screen put up. Now the sound comes straight out of the screen just like at the local movie theater. That combined with the 11.1 surround sound system makes you feel totally immersed in movies and TV watched. This was a true home run.

If I could rate this a zero I would. Driving down the road behind a wrapped van when I had noticed the van had been swerving back and forth on the road. I laid back a bit but further down the road had to pass them and notice the driver and passanger both drinking 40L budwisers. It was at 3:45 pm and they seemed drunk. I had my children in the car along with the thousands of other drivers on the road who also have their children in thier cars. Its stupid, dangerous, and absolutly pitiful these employees would rather possibly kill someone than wait....

Great company with a team that truly cares about helping people. Everyone was friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!

They installed a bad GFCI outlet exactly a year ago and refuse to replace it. GFCI outlets last for many years. They were sent by Choice Home Warranty who are known to send the cheapest subs to perform the cheapest fix with the cheapest parts. That’s why I no longer deal with them.

They’ve done an excellent job repairing and replacing the fans in my house. On the most recent visit, Tim and Morgan installed my new fan, assembled everything perfectly, and even took the time to disassemble and remove the old one so it was easy to dispose of.

Kade came out to help us with some outlets that were not working. Kade was courteous and took the time to diagnosis and determine where the problem was coming from. Previous contractor incorrectly installed a GFI outlet which was causing issues down the line. Kade fixed the issue by the previous contractor and got everything back up and running. Really appreciate you guys and will definitely use you in the future.
