The owner is sending my family harassing and bullying messages because I called them out on their sketchy and dishonest practices. They are liars and I would be VERY leery in doing any business with them.

They operate on the income of arbitrary “fees” whether or not they intend to do the work on your property without any justification for their so called “work”. Similar to predatory rental “application fees” they’ve developed a pretty intricate system of scamming.
