Ian was very knowledgeable and provided great service. He found an issue caused by our builder and brought everything up to code. He found the source of the blocked vent which was caused by a previous contractor. He kept us well informed through the entire process. We were extremely pleased with the service we received.

It’s great to know there are businesses that still take joy in proving great over the top experience for their customers. I will regularly use HomeSafe for my dryer and vent cleanings. They also spotted some wrong equipment used by my builder in my new build that I reported as well. 10/10 would recommend every single time!

My dryer, although it worked well for me, was hiding unknown secrets!! Justin, the Tech, showed me pictures of different parts of the interior that were either wrong for the safe and clean operation of the dryer and mounds of collected lint on the floor of the dryer as well as the present shiny aluminum hose that was linked up at funny angles to blow the air sending it downward. The outside vent and cage was like a small egg basket and had collected leaves and not much else. All this to say, I was vulnerable to a fire hazard. I am. Very thankful to Justin for replacing many parts and giving the unit a thorough cleaning. It has given me peace about the use of my dryer. Justin was polite, serious about his job and also helpful in helping me put up cleaning materials that had to be moved while working.

Our dryer had a musty odor. Charlie came took photos to show us the lint problem. In about an hour he cleaned everything from the inside of the dryer to the outlet outside. He was very professional, knowledgeable and met our needs. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with HomeSafe and would definitely use them again. Charlie and Ian showed up on time and were professional, friendly, helpful, and energetic. I just moved into my home and the inspector noted a problem with the dryer vent. I contacted Home Safe Dryer Vent for a problem with my Dryer getting too hot and a burning smell. They promptly gave me an appointment as they understood the urgency and my concern over safety in running the dryer. Justin called ahead, arrived right at the time he said and listened to my concerns. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
