Awesome service cleaning out the lint from the dryer, vent pipe, and roof cap. Jacob was great scheduling the appointment, the text and email communications were valuable, and Justin, who performed the cleaning service, was awesome! These folks are my new "go to" dryer vent service company. The best!

Earlier today I had an issue with my dryer and I had a business recommend Home Safe. It was the best recommendation I’ve experienced in a long time. Jordan, the service tech came in and explained how the best solution for my issue. He was very knowledgeable about what and how it would be handled and he did the job right on the spot!!! I would recommend this small business to everyone in my circle!!! I’m keeping the card and will ask for Jordan over and over again!!!

Technician was on time. He respectfully entered my home wearing shoe covers. Explained in detail with photos. Cleaned the dryer vent and showed after photos. I have used them in the past and was just as pleased this go around

This company is top tier with excellent customer service! We couldn't figure out why our brand new dryer wasn't working properly at our new property and we were able to get a next day appointment for someone to come out and conduct a FREE inspection of the issue. Louie was the technician that came out and he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and handle the job with great efficiency. I also had a fantastic experience with the reps I spoke to the on the phone when I originally called.

Our dryer was having issues ie multiple cycles to dry, condensation, etc. Joseph with HomeSafe came the same day I called, and he did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, thorough and professional. He showed me before and after pictures of what he had cleaned out, and our dryer is working great again

Ozzy from Homesafe was awesome when he checked out our duct exhaust system. He really took his time to figure everything out, making sure he understood why our duct exhaust was unusually hot and leaking water. Turns out, it was clean but had a mechanical blockage causing all the trouble. What I really appreciated about Ozzy was that he didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. He just focused on finding out the actual problem. He’s not only super professional but also has a solid work ethic. I totally recommend him if you want someone trustworthy and straightforward to handle your dryer vent issues.

I have been searching for a company that specializes in dryer vent cleaning and proper installation of dryer vent and connection making sure it’s under code. HomeSafe is exactly that! This is what they do! My builder took a short cut and didn’t install for more efficiency and put a plastic vent hood instead of a metal dryer vent hood on my roof. These builders here are building houses with dryer vent coming out from your roof top. Why?! It’s ridiculous. I don’t know why they build houses this way.? This job cost me a lot more than I wanted to spend but it’s peace of mind knowing it’s done right and more efficient. Thank you for the education and for doing such a thorough job in inspecting before doing any work and for suggesting what should be done for my home to be safe and for my dryer to work more efficiently and safer. New appliances costs so much money these days you want to get as much life out of them as you can. I was told your dryer needs to be inspected and cleaned every 3-5 years. I’ll be calling HomeSafe again in 3 years. I not using anyone else but HomeSafe. They guarantee their work! Thank you HomeSafe and thank you Justin for a great job!

I had a dryer go out on me and the appliance repair men to me to have the dryer vent cleaned out. I called HomeSafe and they confirmed the vent was very clogged. I was shown their inspection report with a video of the inside lint. They said the best repair was to run a new exhaust vent line and not repair or clean out the old vent. They did a fantasic job and I have several more they are going to do. They got the first one done in one day and they stayed on budget.

Joesph Martinez service man was a complete professional and really skilled in his job. I have had several vent cleanings, and this was the most comprehensive and professional. He gave details and photos on what was needed and what he did to take care of the problem. The time to dry our clothes has significantly improved. After having seen the photos I am sure prevented further damage and possible fire.

Justin did a great job cleaning out our dryer vents and explaining the process before hand. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything beyond dryer vent cleaning however, pictures and options were presented of things that could be done. We are very satisfied.

Had a great experience with HomeSafe Dryer Vent Cleaning. So glad I called them. I was having problems with the clothes taking too long to dry in the dryer. I recently had my roof replaced and HomeSafe educated me on the Dryer Vent hood on my roof being the incorrect size and they also left a screen on where the lint could not escape from the vent hood on my roof. They also changed my hoses on my washer and cleaned up everything. The roofers also crimped the vent in my attic while installing the vent hood, and they fixed that too. Thank you HomeSafe. Justin went the extra mile for me today, and also fixed my sofit that suddenly was beginning to fall down. Something quick and easy for him, but not for me being a Senior Citizen without a good drill that always seems to not hold a charge when you need it. Thank you HomeSafe for coming to my rescue today. We just moved into a home and purchased a new dryer and we were having to run the dryer 3-4 times to get the clothes dry. We thought our new dryer might be defective but wanted to check our dryer vent first. The technician came out and test both the dryer heat (91 degrees) and airflow (7 ft per sec). We decided to have him complete the vent cleaning service and the amount of both dry and wet lint removed was jaw dropping. The dryer now heats up to 160 degrees and the airflow is at 28 ft per sec. Drying clothes gets done in 1 cycle as it should. Highly recommend if you are having dryer heat issues.
