We called Ken’s late afternoon on a Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. They came first thing the next morning. The service man was very nice and knowledgeable. They were very communicative about arrival time and further work needed to be done and they were great about setting up a time for an estimate and scheduling to come back out. I highly recommend Ken’s Heating and Air! Best service we’ve gotten since we moved to the Hill country almost 10 years ago.

Has problems getting the company out that we have the warranty with. Called on the weekend and Ken’s was the only one that called me back!

Tristan happened to be in the area and rushed over after our call regarding our air conditioner failed. He fixed it with professionalism and, most importantly, a smile. We continue to be more than satisfied with Ken’s Heating and Air. Awesome service!

I got a new airconditioner with heat pump install about 8 months ago and yesterday my new system had a small component fail (it happens, boo the manufacturer). I called Ken's for service, and I know it was a little lucky, but they had a team at my door in literally 15 minutes.

This was an intermittent failure and was (annoyingly) working when help arrived. The technicians didn't not dismiss an intermittent issue and troubleshooted deep into the machine where by touch they found a component much hotter than it should be. The failing part was ordered and delivered next day. The technicians came with the new part, installed and tested everything, and I am back up 100%. With a failed component, time from phone call to back in action was 22 hours. That is pretty bloody amazing. Kudos to a great service!

I have recommended Ken's to people before, and with service like this, you better believe I will continue to recommend them in the future.

Great service! I called for a broken AC unit at 10:45am, the techs were out here by 11:15, and fixed by noon. The price was super reasonable, and the techs and receptionist were very kind and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend

Appointments available in a day or two. On time arrivals. Outstanding service and immediate follow-up (from the office) about customer satisfaction. Technicians friendly and do a nice job explaining the repairs--before and after. I can't remember when I have had better service and I will share my experience with area friends.

Almost a year has passed since my new A/C was installed by Ken's. I've had no issues with it and my electric bill has dropped somewhat. I'm very happy with my entire experience. A normally stressful situation wasn't.
The office staff have always been attentive and competent (a rarity these days) and the installers were courteous and knowledgeable. I seldom give five stars, but Ken's has earned it, in my opinion.
