Its been good experience working with Medallion team on my swimming pool project. its been a challenge building a pool during the pandemic due to dependency on contracts and materials, but Wayne and team managed them well and got the project done.
Medallion team has been very professional, made excellent design and executed the project very well.
My kids cant wait for the summer to play and swim in the beautiful pool the team has built. I would recommend Wayne and team to anyone.

We shopped other pool companies and we decided on Medallion immediately after meeting with Wayne. He is fair, honest and will build you a beautiful pool within your budget. We are so glad that we went with Medallion! Wayne is with you through the entire process from design to finish. He is in constant contact with us - letting us know who will be at our home the following day. Every email and question is answered so quickly - customer service is top notch. Everyone who works for Wayne is extremely polite, courteous and professional. Our new pool/spa is stunning! We recommend Medallion to everyone!

Building our first pool with Medallion was awesome! Wayne took us through the initial design and pricing stage and helped us understand the pros and cons for the different equipment. Our PM, Dave was here every day and was never in a hurry if we had questions! Even Taylor was awesome, whenever he came by to check on the pool he showed us what he was doing and why. The hand off to us was awesome and complete, Dave made sure we understood all of the equipment and maintenance needs. Our Medallion pool is rocks and so does the Medallion team!

Our experience with Medallion Pools was excellent. Wayne was very patient and helpful in the design and layout process, allowing us time to “lay out” the pool dimensions in the yard so that the finished product was not only functional but aesthetically pleasing. We were given an itemized sheet detailing the cost of each phase/item and there were no additional costs incurred once the contract was signed. Medallion provided a timetable for each part of the project and Wayne emailed daily to let us know what to expect each day. The crews on site were personable and professional, making sure to clean up the site at the end of the working day. Upon completion of the pool, Dave was patient as he showed us the pool / spa features, vacuum, skimmer, filter, etc. Our mild winter has allowed us to heat the pool and spa on quite a few days, and we could not be more pleased with our decision to use Medallion Pools.

Additionally, we decided to use the weekly pool service Medallion Pools offers. It gives us peace of mind to know that one of Medallion Pool’s crew members, Leland, who was on site when the pool was built and is familiar with us and the pool, comes each week and checks the pool balance, etc. and emails us to let us know he stopped by.

We highly recommend that you consider Medallion Pools and their Pool Service.

Medallion pools ( Wayne, Dave, Russell and Tayler) provided top notch service from pool ideas, design selection and the whole pool building process. They were extremely honest about their prices which ultimately was the reason why we first went with Medallion, coupled with our good friend’s and also our neighbor’s recommendations. (Both families had their pools built with Medallion in the last couple of years too). Wayne and Dave provided very prompt follow ups via email on every step and transition which showed they were on top of everything!

We were extremely pleased and impressed with all the contractors that Medallion hired and worked with. .. it just proved how much Wayne and Dave had built a strong rapport with their team to make the whole process a painless experience.

Overall, the pool looks amazing considering the limited backyard space and kids can’t wait to take their first jump in summer ! Thank you Wayne, Dave and all at Medallion!! We totally recommend you guys to anyone in DFW looking to custom build an affordable yet a top quality build pool!

Outstanding job from Medallion pools. Wayne was always on site in every step of the pool construction, and he listened to our request and act on it. The complete team are very nice and hard workers. I monitored a neighbor pool from another vendor that started before ours, and they are still on construction, instead Medallion pool delivered on time. I will recommend.

We had a very good experience building a pool/spa with Medallion Pools. We had no issues worth mentioning throughout the process and the final product exceeded expectations. Wayne helped us design the pool and it was apparent he wanted it to be our design and meet our wants, but used integrity and expertise to make sure it was built right; he seemed willing to have as many design meetings as needed to get it right. Dave was an excellent project manager and he an Taylor did a fantastic job keeping us posted daily on what completed and what's next. Each trade was professional and courteous. They earned my 5-star rating. Job well done!

We were a little nervous at the beginning and didn't know what to expect. Medallion has made every step a smooth and enjoyable process. We were very impressed with Wayne's communication throughout the entire project. The turnout of the pool is amazing from the colors chosen to the clean sleek lines. Wayne and his team from Medallion Pools were fantastic. The pool ended up exactly like we had envisioned it. More than anything else, Wayne is incredibly responsive. I received updates even when there wasn't anything to be done, and Wayne or his team always responded the same day. Our feedback was always incorporated and any and all concerns were immediately addressed. Spending money to build a pool can be incredibly stressful, but Wayne and his team at Medallion Pools made it a great experience. We love our pool! Thank you!

We embarked on the adventure of building a pool late summer 2021. It seemed everyone was making a pool! We got estimates from various different companies, spoke to many reps and attended countless offer meetings for different vendors. After thorough diligence we picked Medallion, Dave was so patient with us, walking us through our changes, the steps it was going to take to get the project on the way. In our situation, we needed to reroute an electric wire underground with COSERV which was handled very well with Medallion's team coordination (Thank you Dave, Russell and Wayne!) Once that was done the process accelerated very quickly and Wayne came by every day to check on the process of the work, which was great! All the contractors were very respectful, efficient and friendly. Wayne and Harley kept us updated at all times during the works, they were very communicative over email which was highly appreciated. Thank you to the entire Medallion Pools team! Highly recommend them!

Medallion Pools far exceeded our expectations from the initial consultation until the end result. Wayne honored our design wishes and even made suggestions to enhance the overall design - which are now some of our standout and favorite aspects of the pool and spa. They were uber responsive and answered any and all questions we had throughout the entire process, no matter how elementary those questions might have been. They made the entire construction process very tolerable and we would 1000% recommend Wayne, Harley, and all of the Medallion staff to build your pool and spa too. The end product is breath-taking and we could not be more thrilled that we chose Medallion to build our dream pool.

We considered 3 different pool companies for our scratch pool/spa project. I can honestly say we had 3 great choices, but after meeting with Wayne, I was confident Medallion was the way to go. We had a great experience working with the entire Medallion Pools team. They were always professional and courteous. Wayne and his crew did an outstanding job starting from the design through completion. The communication from Medallion was excellent. We always knew when contractors would be at the house working on the pool. Any questions we had were answered immediately. I would recommend Medallion Pools to anyone looking to build a pool.

Had a really good experience with Medallion Pools. Wayne was great to work with, understood our vision, and was able to get us into a design that we loved. Most importantly, we were able to do our pool, spa, and patio cover all within budget. We were under budget enough, compared to the big competitors, that we were able to add upgrades such as a kitchen and in-floor cleaning, and still had room to spare.

As far as the construction phase went, Communication was always a top priority with Wayne and Harley. We were updated at every step, and any questions we had were answered quickly. While we did experience some delays (total process took just over 6 months to completion), they were mainly due to weather or an issue with a supplier. Only had one issue that took a bit longer than expected to get resolved, however, it was mostly out of their control and the communication was good along the way.

Since then, they have answered every pool maintenance related question we could think of, and have been about as helpful as one would imagine. Wouldn't choose anyone else to build our pool!

Our experience with Medallion Pools was great! We are first time pool owners, so we did a lot of research on companies in the area, before we decided on Medallion. They did not disappoint! From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Wayne, the owner, was on site daily, and kept us informed on every step/detail during the process. In the end, our project was completed on time and turned out beautiful.

I completed my pool build with Medallion in September. I am glad I went with Medallion for my pool build. I spoke to 3 pool builders to get different quotes and opinions. After speaking to Wayne, I quickly made my decision to select his company. Wayne has decades of experience with pool build. It definitely showed during the pool build. A lot of the suggestion Wayne made about the design of the pool are now our favorite parts of the pool. I was a little hesitant at the time but Wayne understood the full vision.

The communication was next level for me. I knew what was going on everyday and Wayne and Harley came on site every day at the start of the day to walk me through what was going on. He would stop by at the end of the day to make sure the work was done properly. They replied to any questions I had within minutes of me sending them an email.

Contractors used by Medallion do quality work. I would call out the contractors that did the pool tiles and wall. They did an amazing job at the joints and it looks very clean. There was something going on pretty much everyday. Wayne lined up contractors in advance so the build can continue to move. We didn't have many days without something going on. Wayne promised 90 days for dig to fill. We finished in 81 days.

Wayne and Harley have been very friendly about post build support as well. I reach out to him for any questions I may have and they are more then happy to answer. I would recommend Medallion for anyone looking to build a pool. A lot of companies can learn from Medallion on how to complete a project on time and how to communicate about the project with customers. They were truly exceptional. We love our pool and looking forward to summer time again to enjoy it everyday.

We hired Wayne and Medallion in 2012 to build our pool, so when we wanted to remodel the pool we didn't think twice about having Wayne do the job. The pool is absolutely perfect! I'm not sure how many owners show up to the job sight at every stage of the build or remodel but that is what you get with Wayne and Medallion. We highly recommend Wayne and Medallion to anyone looking to build or remodel their pool.

Wayne, Harley and the Medallion Team have been a joy to work with on our pool project. All the promises that were made by Wayne before we hired Medallion were kept by him and his team throughout the entire project.
