Wayne arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the issues, and provided a clear, detailed estimate before scheduling any work. They were transparent about costs and timelines, which we greatly appreciated. The quality of the repairs was exceptional. Our spa now looks as good as new.

We had Medallion Pools install our pool over 4 years ago and until this day we have had no regrets. The quality of service is second to none. We evaluated 3 different pool companies and decided on Medallion primarily because of their design, approach, quality and people. After out first meeting with Wayne where we told him what we were looking for, we met again to go over the design. What set them apart from the others is how they listened to what we wanted and offered great suggestions when we asked questions. Wayne and the staff were very patient with us and did not rush us in to a decision. Along the way we had a few minor changes to the design which Wayne understood and accommodated. Once we signed the contract, Wayne laid out a timeline that was more aggressive than the other companies. In the end they ended up finishing our pool 10 days before the scheduled date despite some of the weather delays we experienced. During the construction phase, Dave communicated with us almost every day, letting us know what was going on with the construction and what was coming next. Again, since we had never done this before, Dave was very patient in answering our questions. We live in an area that has many new homes being constructed. Therefore, we know how messy construction sites can get. While there is some mess to pool construction, the crews that worked on our pool were some of the nicest and most considerate people we have experienced. In particular, the stonemasons who did the tile, coping and outdoor kitchen work were absolutely fabulous and one of the best in their craft. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Medallion and will certainly do our next pool with them. We wouldn't consider any other pool company.

We searched numerous pool contractors and received multiple bids, we sure are glad we decided to go with Medallion! After hearing horror stories from neighbors of their experiences with other contractors, we feel we struck gold. Wayne, Harley, and Taylor were exceptional from day one through the whole project. Their communication and craftsmanship is on point. It is a bit of a process and the project did teach me a lot of patience, but well worth it in the end. They did an amazing job. My fiance and I moved to North Texas in November 2020 after living in Chicago for most of our adult lives. When we started to seriously consider moving to Texas a few years ago, we both agreed that outdoor living is very important to us. We wanted to build our own little oasis in our backyard for our friends, family, and us to enjoy. And, with the Texas heat during the summers and the mild winters, there was no doubt in our minds that we would get a ton of use out of it.

But, the first task was finding a pool builder that would be able to build a beautiful pool in a timely manner and at the right price. We met with a half dozen pool builders, and two stood out--one because we were surprised how expensive their quote was. It was higher than we ever expected to pay for our pool. Additionally, their sales rep said the earliest they'd be able to complete our project would be August. We liked them and their presentation but, needless to say, they priced their build too high and the estimate of the duration of the project was too long.

We decided on Medallion Pools in early February. And, we chose them for several reasons: 1) We liked the fact that they are a family owned company, 2) Wayne and Harley are consummate professionals, 3) they said they would be working on the project every step of the way, 4) they don't take on any projects they can't complete, and 5) they provided an excellent price quote that met our budget!

I can't recommend Medallion enough. Wayne and Harley ran the project exactly like they said they would--they were onsite daily with the workers and communicated with us via email to let us know when work was scheduled to be done and, at the end of the day, they would let us know what was done. They dug the hole in our back yard on February 17 and, from that point, they kept the project moving smoothly on a daily basis. Wayne and Harley completed the project by Memorial Day Weekend, 3 months after they started!

We couldn't be happier with them and the work they did. We are forever grateful for not only managing the project so well, but also for being hard working professionals who showed a lot of honesty and integrity from beginning to finish.

I recommend Wayne and Harley without hesitation. We have already recommended Medallion to our neighbors and friends (who are moving here from Baltimore)! They are honest and high character individuals who care about what you want and do their best to finish within the timeline given. You will be very happy with them...they are amazing!

Medallion was great to work with and did a wonderful job and completed everything in a timely manner. Wayne, Harley and crew were always there when we had a question or if something needed done. I highly recommend Medallion if you are thinking about putting in a pool as they are very professional and do high quality work for a fair price. We chose to work with Medallion pools because my mom used them a few years back and had a wholly positive experience. Our backyard slopes away from the house and we really weren’t sure a pool would be possible. Wayne came out to our house, listened to our ideas, sketched out a plan and later presented us with an incredible animated video of what they could do. Building a pool is not a quick process; we signed the papers in August and it was completed by early January, but it was totally worth the wait. All throughout the process, Wayne, and his brother Dave, walked us through the phases and were excellent communicators responding promptly to text and email messages. We never felt rushed during visits and inspections if we had questions. It was more than evident that what was most important to them was our happiness. Additionally, the quality of materials used and craftsmanship are excellent. They really turned our otherwise boring and useless backyard into an oasis that we enjoy every day. From the initial consultation to the final days of setting up the pool, Medallion Pools did an amazing job!

Thank you Dave for giving me the best quote and a welcoming experience at Medalion pools, I reviewed 5 pool companies and found Medallion pools the most reasonable, upfront and open throughout the process of building and designing the pool. Thank you Taylor for helping me choose the best designs, Thank you Wayne & Harley, for making sure the construction completed on time - I know several people who have been building for years and mismanagement of schedules from their construction companies. OMG I was so right in going ahead with you guys.

We just completed our pool build with Medallion and we couldn't be any happier with the pool and with our experience with the crew from Medallion. Like many people right now, we decided to build a pool during the pandemic. We quickly learned how slammed the entire industry is. Some of the other companies took over a month to even return a call. However, from the moment we contacted them we felt like a valued customer and a priority. When we were choosing a builder we really looked for a company that would be honest, trustworthy, and communicative throughout the process. The last thing we did before we chose a company was read reviews, from sites like this, about all the companies we were looking at. I read the nightmares that people experienced with other companies and we decided that Medallion was the company we wanted to have build our pool. We've never built a pool or even owned one so we had no clue about the process. Wayne and team really took their time and explained things to us and helped us make choices that were right for our space, our needs/wants, and our budget. They were EXTREMELY communicative throughout the entire process. We heard from them almost everyday and if there was a crew or contractor at our house then someone from Medallion came by as well. With pool companies being slammed right now, we knew there would be some delays due to materials and/or contractors being behind. Even when our project sat waiting for the stone masons, we got an email from Medallion every other day, at the least, to check in on us. We also had a mix up on our tile (totally could have been my fault). I didn't realize it until the last minute, right before the guys were going to put them on. I thought we'd have a difficult time getting it fixed or corrected but one call to Wayne and it was fixed. The right tile was at our house the next day. After the pool was built we had our own crew fixing sprinklers and they cut an electrical connection to the pool. One call to Dave and he was at our house within an hour and it was 5pm. I just can't say enough good things about this company. It's refreshing to see people that love what they do and take pride in doing it. We never felt like just another "job" in their cue. We always felt valued and like a priority. While our pool is completed, we know that our relationship with Medallion is far from over. When Dave trained us on the pool equipment, he made sure to tell us that we can reach out with any questions and they'd be there to support us as long as we needed it. We've heated the pool for the last 2 weekends and had a blast swimming in our new pool! Can't wait for summer! Thanks Wayne, Russell, Dave, Taylor and crew!

Working with the family business at Medallion Pools to design and build our backyard lagoon was the most wonderful experience we could have ever hoped for. Honestly, they're so good I wish they did more than just pools - I'd hire them for any and all work on my home ever, if that were possible. Every aspect of the process, from initial consultation through design, construction, equipment, etc was just absolutely top notch. Thank you Wayne, Harley and team!!

My family and I cannot recommend Medallion Pools enough! Medallion had been highly recommend by a family friend. We met with them in early 2020 and continued to interview at least six builders throughout the metroplex over the next year. In January 2021, we decided it was finally time to get started with building our dream pool. Without hesitation, we selected Medallion because of their timely communication, overall value, and knowledge and that they were a family business. We trusted them with our vision and they did not disappoint! The owner Wayne and his daughter Taylor were patient and took the time to refine our design and material selections multiple times. Our contract was signed in late February, ground broke on April 1st, we were swimming by mid-July.

The process was seamless, even with Covid and possible contractor and material delays, which we had none. Everything was of the highest quality and delivered on time. Clearly a result of proper planning.

Wayne inspected each step of the process and was on site daily. Questions (we had many, as this was our first pool build) and emails were responded to respectfully and immediately. In fact, Medallion sent an email nearly everyday as to what the plan would be for the day. Afterwards, at the end of the day, a followup email was sent explaining what had been completed and what to expect for the coming days. The timeline was followed precisely.

The contractors were very professional, without a doubt, the stone masons are the best in the industry.

Harley and Dave were always helpful throughout the process. Harley watered the shell daily, answered any questions and did a fantastic job of pool opening, cleaning, and provided pool school and installation of our accessories.

We had a great experience with Medallion Pools! From the first visit I felt Wayne understood our vision and was able to refine our ideas into a design that was just what we wanted. We were able to do pool, spa, and patio cover within budget. Communication was always a top priority with Medallion Pools. We were updated at every step, and any questions were answered quickly. Wayne was always on site getting his crews set up at the beginning of the day and checking everything over at the end of the day. Our project took 5 months from dig to fill which is very reasonable in this market. We have friends who started their projects months before ours and they still are not finished! With so many horror stories of bad contractors, Wayne put our minds at ease and delivered everything as promised. Wayne was very responsive to every question we had and did his best to coordinate his work crews. We are very happy with the outcome of our backyard project. Any question we had, Wayne was able to help us with, even if it didn't pertain directly to the project itself (had a pool pump leak). I would recommend Medallion Pools to anyone of our friends or family looking to update their backyard.

We met with several contractors prior to our build our in ground pool. Medallion offered the most fair price of them all. They did not try to up sale us on unnecessary features as others did. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and was very responsive throughout the process. We absolutely love our pool and would highly recommend their services.

We got our 6 kitchen chairs cleaned (under warranty) today by a technician named Corbin with Rainbow Restoration. He did a great job contacting us when he was 30 mins out, he showed up on time, greeted us with a warm smile and gave detailed information on the process.

He took great pride in cleaning our chairs, matter of fact, you can see the straight lines in the fabric! He was training another gentleman and seemed to take pride in his work as well.

If we ever need our carpets cleaned in the future, then this will be the company we contact. They answered phone calls in a prompt manner and were flexible with my schedule. I felt as if they cared about the service they were going to provide me from start to finish.
