Shawn and his team know pools and how to keep their clients happy. They are always on time, professional, and do an amazing job keeping up the pool. They always let us know if anything is going on and their post-cleaning emails are helpful to know what they’ve put in and when we can use it again (sometimes chemicals require you to be out for a couple hours). Hands down the best pool service out there!

Hydrotex has been fantastic. This was the first time we used them, after dissatisfaction from our last vendor. We had a few issues that we weren't sure what the root cause was. The Hydrotex team came in, worked through the problem and diagnosed, and then implemented the solution - and it was far less expensive than I was expecting. I was very happy.

Hydrotex had a big challenge in turning my green pool to a clean pool but they did it in less than a week. Our pool sat covered all winter because our filter pump was not working. There was much DE, debris and algae in the pool. Now it is bright, clean and ready for summer! Thank you Hydrotex and Chance for doing a great job.

Great service! We maintained our pool ourselves for 2 years and eventually decided to hire someone else to do it. Could not be happier with Hydrotex. They are super communicative and always meet their commitments. I literally never have to think about the pool now and it always looks beautiful.

I've been using Hydrotex for about 2 years, for both weekly maintenance as well as any repairs and replacement of equipment. This has been the best pool company I've worked with. They are always prompt and do a very thorough job every week. You get a detailed follow-up email with pictures after every cleaning. And when it comes to equipment service and replacement, they have always been very fair with prices.

I really appreciate the team at HydroTex. No matter what our request is they respond immediately and get us taken care of. they helped us out after a pipe burst during the freeze and were really quick to fix it. We needed to change our cleaning day due to having an open house and they worked with us to time the clean perfectly. We’ve never had an issue with the service at all and we went through a lot of pool companies prior to them. These guys are top notch!

Needed a filter clean for my pool. Hydrotex is 5 stars from beginning to end. After reaching out to several pool companies, Hydrotex was one of the few that even responded. They were able to get me in within a couple of days of calling. Our technician was polite, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. Will use again and highly recommend!

Hydrotex delivers the BEST customer service! They respond promptly to any questions and will come out and take a look if there are any issues or concerns that arise in between your weekly service appointments. From our weekly service tech, Alex, all the way up to management/owners, they are really knowledgeable and just want to help you and make sure your pool stays in the best shape possible! Only downside is they are a little more pricy than others but you get what you pay for and it's worth it to us to have our pool in such good hands

This is an absolutely outstanding company all the way around! Not only is my pool sparkling, balanced, and cared for but they do exactly what they promise in regards to cleaning my pool, and it looks great. I've tried other companies and have come back to Hydrotex because frankly, other companies are NOT as good as Hydrotex. They are a great company and my pool always looks its best with them caring for it.

I've been with Hydrotex Pools almost 3 years and they not only clean it the best any company has cleaned my pool over the past almost 20 years, but they were there when I needed them as the freezing weather came in. If you have a pool I'm sure you know how priceless that is. And if you feel your pool company is not cleaning your pool as well as they could...give Hydrotex Pools a call. I wish I would have sooner. These guys have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced from any kind of home service. My pool was freezing over yesterday and they came out, shut everything off and drained the equipment to prevent any damage. Can't say enough about their responsiveness. Great people
