Constraction reviews in McKinney, Texas

CNC did a great job creating a dream outdoor living space for us. Coby had creative ideas on how to make our dream become a reality with excellent follow thru. Quality workmanship with a very professional attitude.
CNC completed a driveway addition as well as this beautiful outdoor living space for us. We highly recommend them.

Had an excellent experience with Madrid Custom Patios. Workers wasted no time demolishing and removing a tiny useless (homebuilder installed) patio slab and pouring a much, MUCH larger new patio. All work occurred on-schedule and everyone I interacted with was professional and answered all questions I had. The quality could not be better and we are beyond satisfied. I was not financially ready at the time to have a patio cover built but when I do I will be reaching back out to Madrid with no hesitation. Highly recommended.

I have included a two pictures of the new patio, and one of the old practically useless patio that was removed and replaced by Madrid Custom Patios.

Patio and outdoor kitchen.

Amazing work!

such amazing work!!!

Very nice and friendly company to work with! Would recommend!!

Highly recommended for anyone in need of a patio upgrade or a new outdoor living area.

Madrid Custom Patios installed a putting green in our backyard. It looks great!

Still waiting for them to fix poor putting green job from April. They said would fix but haven’t received any response from them on my last 2 emails

Definitely a top choice for anyone looking to enhance their patio or create a stylish new outdoor living space.

Todd and his guys are excellent. They are professional, do quality work and get things done quickly. Todd is very helpful and responsive.

Thank you to Madrid company for their outstanding service. Great customer service and very responsive. Madrid came out and worked on our water sprinklers and thankfully they got them working.

The crew was on time, worked hard all day and finished the project on time. We were very happy with the taking out of all of our shrubs and trees and replacement of our front yard landscaping. We had them come back to complete another project.. the team added trees in our backyard. The team worked around our drainage and made sure everything was working and watered.

Mr. Madrid is an wonderful person and an experienced builder who you can trust to help you build/renovate your home. Mr. Madrid built my patio and he has done an excellent job. Highly recommend him for anyone interested in home renovation or patio construction.

Todd and his team did a wonderful job with the redesign of our front landscaping. After the ice storms from last winter our front beds were in need of a serious facelift. The Madrid team helped us from initial design to installation and very responsive throughout the process.

Todd and Ashley designed and built our back patio area. They were instrumental in designing our outdoor kitchen and pergola that is family friendly and extremely comfortable. Both were very responsive and professional both during and after the build. I would highly recommend using Madrid Custom Patio services.

We recently had our patio extended & covered and outdoor kitchen by Madrid Custom Patios. They are very professional & perform quality work. It was an awesome experience. They took our initial requirements and created a beautiful design custom to fit the existing structure of our home. They also provide all the paperwork you need for HOA approvals and any follow-ups that are requested.

We highly recommend them for your outdoor project, you will not be disappointed

Madrid Custom Patios did a great job on my patio and outdoor kitchen. They were very responsive and helpful with all my questions. Building an outdoor living area requires a lot of coordination and decision making - which can be overwhelming if you’ve never had to do renovations before. So I really appreciated their honest opinions and assistance with recommendations. They helped walk me through the process step by step. Everyone I worked with at MCP was professional and dedicated to providing quality results. I’m very happy with the outcome and I would recommend their services!

My family recently moved to a new home where MCP built a pool/spa and outdoor kitchen. We were so impressed with the design and work that we hired them to do our landscape design and installation, as well as a custom firepit & covered seating area, outdoor lighting, patio heaters, a cool misting system for those HOT Texas summers and interior design work and furniture selection

Our backyard has been transformed. We spend more time back there than we ever have in the 13 years we have lived here. The maintenance free turf is life changing ... It's so nice to just go back and enjoy anytime with no yard work.
Todd and his team were amazing... They walked us through the process every step of the way and provided cost savings options and suggestions one what materials and features to choose, that would give us the most bang for our buck - specifically for our needs and what we wanted to use the yard for. I will be using Todd and his team again for our front yard transformation this summer and highly recommend him for your job.

We installed a louvered pergola over our patio. Madrid Patios put in a misting system and custom misting fans. Our west facing patio is brutally hot in the summer. Todd created a wonderful mist screen that lowers the temperature immediately. The fans contributed flowing air and more mist. We have a large patio and never could enjoy the afternoons outside. That has changed with the new equipment. His team was professional, cleaned up, and kept us informed throughout the process. Great products and service.
