Constraction reviews in McKinney, Texas

CNC added a beautiful outdoor patio along with walkways around our home. You can tell the owner takes pride in his work and wants the best result possible for his clients. I will use again in the future.

Excellent service! Prompt response and crystal clear pool water afterwards! I didn’t realize how dirty it had been, as I just purchased my home and just assumed it was old. The technician was knowledgeable and answered our questions. I highly recommend this company and am already talking to the about some concrete work! Their quote was well below what I thought it might be too!

The concrete patio slab was poured within a few days of my quote much to my surprise and it’s beautiful!!! I’m s very pleased customer!

Had a great experience with these guys. After contacting several different people for Bids, I was sure Colby and his crew would do an excellent job. They were on time, finished the project on time, and the work was amazing. There attention to detail is second to none. I'd recommend them to any I know.

CNC Concrete installed a new driveway and stamped front porch, sidewalk, and back patio, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Coby was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He helped develop the project and was understanding and accommodating as I changed my mind multiple times. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Coby and his team were the most professional contractors I have ever come across. He does what he says and stands by his work! He wont let subcontractors walk all over customers. He demands the best from his crews and that shows through every stage of the project. My worksite was kept pristine, cleanups were fast, and the patio cover he built for us looks phenomenal! Dont hesitate to pull the trigger on your next project with CNC!

Coby and his team were fantastic! Had the job scheduled and completed less than a week after I contacted him. His eye for how to improve my walkway adds significant curb appeal to our house and enhances the new landscaping. Thank you, Coby! You'll be my first call next time I need concrete work done again.

Great company to work with when it comes to building a pool. The whole process went smoothly and they tended to my every want and need. Coby is a real people person and very attentive. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to build a pool or if they need some concrete work done. I’d give 100 stars if I could!!

CNC rebuilt our entire patio that was destroyed by a tornado. They performed quality work, communicated with me regularly, and were cost-effective. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience from start to finish! We had a new driveway poured and it looks great! Colby was great at communicating every step of the way and from the demolition crew to the concrete crew to the clean up crew, thank you for making it a fun and educational experience😊. I enjoyed watching the process and this company definitely has it down with their system and customer service!

CNC does spectacular work. Their pool designs are unique and better than all the other companies we have looked at. Their attention to detail and quality of work sets them apart. Coby and his team were top notch with their service and I'd definitely recommend them to all my friends and family! Thanks CNC

Colby and his team are the best. They have delivered a first class job on a driveway, a pool deck remodel, and a pool pump replacement. Everything was done on time and with top quality. I only wish I found them sooner.

CNC concrete did an amazing job on our pool and decking backyard transformation. The team was very professional and communicated well every step of the way. Highly recommended Coby and his team!

Wonderful experience with the team every step of the way. Easy to work with, easy to communicate with, and couldn't ask for a better product. Cannot go wrong with Coby and his team!

I can’t see enough good things about this company. I’ve used Coby and his team twice now. Their concrete work is impeccable, professional, and efficient. His team is the best I’ve seen. I’ve lived in more than 20 different locations over the years and had concrete work done in many. CNC is by far the best I’ve used. I recently had a swimming pool put in and wish I had used Coby and his team for that project as well. I can promise you that if I ever need concrete work or another pool built, Coby and his team will be doing it. When Coby says he will do something, he does it. He is a man of his word. Can’t recommend him enough!

CNC concrete just completed our driveway extension. We are very satisfied and truly happy with the outcome. First, They asked us not once but three times prior to them start digging if that is what we wanted. Second, They were efficient and diligent in their workmanship. Third, they finished and left our driveway better than when they started.
True professionals at their craft. Will hire them again for any of our concrete work!

Excellent job! Finished product was just what we wanted. Courteous, fast, friendly service. The driveway is perfect! We'll use them again for our next concrete project.

I originally called Coby as a 3rd quote to replace my 3 car driveway and front steps after an errosion issue. I was quite nervous as I have hired a couple mediocre contractors before but Coby seemed to really know what he was talking about, was extremely prompt and responsive in communication regarding the quote and his price was very fair. He was the first and only contractor who offered up references (and local ones at that) without me requesting it first. I reached out to the references and 2 of the 3 responded and had great things to say and one even offered for me to come see the work. I LOVED the work I saw so I asked the individual about if they experienced nickle and diming and they assured me that they never experienced that. I then contacted Coby and asked him about updating the quote to include a large stamped patio extension - the price still seemed fair so I asked a friend who works in excavation about his opinion and he gave a great review so I decided to proceed. Having worked with sales people alot I half expected Coby to be hands off after I signed the contract but that couldn't be further from the truth. He and is team truly impressed me the whole way. He was very patient in my moments of indecisiveness and 100% responsive with EVERY.SINGLE.CALL. The end result of both the driveway and the stamped patio extension exceeded all of my expectations and he held to his quote 100%. I can't recommend Coby and the CNC team enough.

Highly recommend this business! Customer service is outstanding, the product quality exceeded my expectations and just all around impressed with the professionalism and hard work performed by everyone involved on our pool build project. Coby is a very trustworthy contractor who goes above and beyond, pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. Thank you, CNC Concrete and Custom Pools, for the beautiful backyard!

CNC concrete did an excellent job fixing the drainage and sloping patio in our backyard. Water would pool at the backdoor causing damage to the foundation. Now the water drains properly and the new concrete goes with the rest of the concrete around our pool. Professional, prompt, communicative and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.

Great design simulation, good communication when we had concerns. After installation warranty support has been so far good for equipment related issues. No issues with the construction. Owner did a good job of preparing us to expect some tear up of the yard, and the potential risks to budget based on inflation of equipment cost and rock excavation based on local landscape. All of the tradesmen were professional and respectful.
