David Weekley hires good people to manage their homes and projects. Their practice of putting interior studs at 24” and further is
ridiculous. In Texas where we have tornados it is an area that shouldn’t be economized. I bought my home brand new, but didn’t get to see the construction process as it was a community close out. After trying to hang TV’s in the center of the room, or attach things to walls I become quite exasperated with trying to find a stud. If I had known they were spacing studs like this I wouldn’t have bought this home. -
