I am deeply disappointed by the response from the business owner and feel compelled to address several concerning points. Prospective customers deserve to be fully informed, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary note.

1. The initial quote provided was for the cleaning of both my outdoor grill and burner. See attached screenshots from my conversation with Jamal.

2. Despite the incomplete service, I paid the full quoted amount of $200 in cash to Jamal. It is frankly unacceptable for the business to falsely claim otherwise, tarnishing their credibility. This is the level of their business ethics and shows their willingness to go to any extend to make the victim look like the culprit here.

3. It is distressing to witness the owner's attempt to misrepresent my expectations regarding the outcome of the cleaning service. If that was the case, I won't have given this repeat job to him because I never got a brand grill last time either.

4. Mutual respect and professionalism are fundamental in any business transaction. I am indeed offended by the personal attacks made against me in the owner's response, which only serve to exacerbate the situation.

In sharing my experience, I aim to provide transparency for others considering this business. It is disappointing to encounter such discrepancies and lack of accountability. Hope this helps somebody out there!

I had used this service couple of years ago and since I was satisfied last time, I gave him a repeat job this time.

However, this time, I am extremely disappointed with him not honoring the agreement of cleaning burner along with grill. Even though pictures of both outdoor grill and burner were shared in advance and agreed many days ahead, he only cleaned the grill and ignored the burner. Upon clarifying this, he just went ahead and barely cleaned the burner for just a few minutes at the end with lots of areas still uncleaned. Even for the grill, the bottom grease tray was still dirty with lot of dirty soapy water from cleaning collected there.

I understand that disagreements and misunderstandings can happen but his unprofessional language, unwarranted behavior by raising his voice and making derogatory racial comments at me was totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated at any level. I will never be using his services again and do not recommend him at all.

I had icleankitchens come do a deep clean on my kitchen and my outdoor grill it was the week of my daughter's birthday so they came out I showed them the mess and their team got to work!! I was so shocked not only how fast they were done, but how clean, shiny and beautiful everything was and ready to go!!! Thank you, thankyou, thank you icleankitchens!! For sure will use again and will definitely recommend to friends and family!!

I was very pleased with the cleaning that was done by Jamal and his team. They were very thorough and efficient. The kitchen was perfect when they were through. I would recommend to anyone who wants a great cleaning crew.

My uncle’s restaurant vent hood needed some serious cleaning . We googled restaurant cleaning and found I clean kitchens . Short version they did an awesome job ! The hood is like new now . Highly recommended

We have been really happy with I Clean Kitchens. They are reasonably priced, very professional and do a great thorough job. They are always on schedule and communicate. They are also flexible when something comes up that requires a schedule adjustment.

I’ve tried cleaning services before and truly I Clean Kitchens is probably one of the best prompt and professional . I thought cost was on par with other services and results were outstanding.

The team did a great job cleaning our commercial vent hood and stove top. The filters are spotless and they didn’t leave a mess and the burners were almost new!. I would recommend you try them out.

“I Clean Kitchens” did an amazing job with our deep clean! The crew of 3 were professional, thorough, and incredibly detail-oriented — our dining room looks and feels brand new. They went above and beyond in every room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend their services!

I emailed I Clean Kitchens and they responded within an hour. Visited our location and offered a quote on the spot . 3 days later they serviced our vent hood and did an amazing job and price was fair. Highly highly recommended

Our restaurant vent hood has not been serviced since we opened the restaurant over a year ago and it was in a bad bad shape . I called some vent hood companies along with I Clean Kitchens. I chose ICK for their promptness and professionalism. They weren’t the cheapest but that’s ok . They were very quick to return my call and a rep visited the restaurant the very next day and gave me a quote the same day . They did an awesome job. I Highly recommended them.

I Clean Kitchens came out to clean our BBQ grill, which hasn't been cleaned for probably two years. It was in really bad shape. A crew of two spent about three hours cleaning the grill inside and out. It looked great, not quite brand new, but pretty close. We were very impressed. ICK seemed like a franchise at first because they were so professional, but they're a local cleaning company, but we applaud them! Do not hesitate to contact them

I called iClean kitchens and spoke to them about getting a quote. I measured my kitchen and sent a video to Jamal prior to him quoting the job. He accepted the job and arrived on a Sunday morning. His team "cleaned" the kitchen and pretty much just pushed dirt around with a power washer. They did not bring a rotating brush, nor did they clean up after themselves. I notified Jamal, sent him photos and expressed my dislike for his incomplete service. He told me that because I paid it was a done deal, that I had no merit to my complaint and that there was nothing that he would do. I offered to let him choose how to handle this and he told me that he did his job. His team complained both days they were here to the point where I had to confront his and ask him to stop complaining while doing the job he took.

These phots below were taken after his team left. I do not like leaving negative reviews for companies but when the owner does not try to make things right, I feel like it is my obligation to inform other companies who are looking to get there kitchen's cleaned.

This was a huge job and I paid over $2,000 for his team to come out for two days, 4 hours a day, only to leave me with this.

I do not recommend this company.

James did and amazing job in putting together a Playscape for our children. The quality of the work was fantastic and timely and for a very reasonable price. James and his crew have done many jobs professionally, timely and for a good price at my home. Aboveboard Handyman Services is my first choice for all of my handyman projects. They have installed several floors in my home, several ceiling fans installed, leaking roof repaired and the wall leaked on repaired, a tree fell during a storm and Jame hauled it away and repaired the fence and later when the fence needed replacement I called Aboveboard again. James and his crew are knowledgeable, hard working and professional. The prices are fair and reasonable. Thank you James and crew for all of your hard work! I will be calling again in the near future...
