First visit for pest control was very good. Follow up visit a few weeks later the service technician didn't show up and didn't call to let me know. I found out he wasn't coming when the scheduler called me to reschedule AFTER I had struggled with relocating my cats. Very disappointed and canceled contract.

Always great service and knowlegable folks willing to help. I believe I spoke to Daryll about my HVAC issue this time and Im already a pest control customer. Appreciate the prompt appointment same day to get a consult and assess my problem. Friendly and caring company! They support their military veterans too!

Scott did a fantastic job repairing a broken shower, exterior faucet and toilet. He was very thorough and organized. He is our third plumber to address these issues and I can say that they are finally fixed. I will definitely want to use him again for my plumbing needs.

I have used Berrett for pest control for a while now with great success, so when I had a plumbing problem I decided to reach out. They fit me in super quickly and got the problem resolved in no time flat. I'll definitely be reaching back out the next time I need a plumber!

We had a good experience with this company when we had a UV black light installed in a house we rent and it has helped clean the air so much. We decided to add one to the house we are moving to as well.

Berrett Pest control is phenomenal. Zach is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were having issues with German roaches and he was able to greatly limit the amount of pests in just one visit. I highly recommend them. Christina is always very professional and helpful when calling to schedule.

This company is very professional and their pros are well aware if the job in hand. They will answer call / text and thorough in their communication. I had experienced few issues after the repair and they are quick enough to schedule follow up visit and fixed the issue as part of their warranty. I had a nice experience working with this company

Great honest company. Took advantage of a special to clear my drain from the outside. LaSonya made it easy to book my appointment for the same day. She was very thorough and polite. The actual work was more than anticipated (2 days), but the technicians took their time and worked hard to clear it out without an extra charge. Will definitely use again for all my home needs.

This was my first time to use Berrett’s plumbing services, although we have used their great pest control services since they started in business I believe. The plumber who came out was so efficient, helpful and polite. He ruled out needing further service on the upstairs sinks that I had him check. The price for the call was very reasonable and I will definitely be scheduling them soon to install a new sink we’re adding downstairs. Berrett has always had great communication, from calling to schedule, to texts letting me know when the technician is actually on the way

Technician never arrived. I called to get update and technician stated he was told by leadership of an unknown meeting that would cause him not to be at our scheduled appointment at 8. Customer service representative stated there is always a two hour window(8-10am) but technician still wouldn’t be onsite at 10am. Never pay $40 reservation fee due to this company’s lack of commitment of showing up on time and doing the work in the agreed time slot. New appointment scheduled for a show time at 9am; not a show time between 9-11? Leaders and management, customers DO NOT want a two hour we may show up window. Show up at a designated time.

I already have Berrett come out quarterly for pest control and recently discovered that they have HVAC and Plumbing services available as well. Needless to say, I was very happy with the services. Their guys came out to just take a look at my plumbing and HVAC to make sure everything was working properly, gave me some insights on what they were looking for as well as what I needed to do to make sure my systems worked properly.

My service man was as thorough as always. He took care in being sure he got completely around the base of my home as well as the patio. That stopped the bugs running across patio and into house.

They've been great. We've used them a long time and now that they have expanded from just pest control. They have helped us out with HVAC concerns as well as even threw in free cleanings! We appreciate them and Chris G. who helped us with a free service to show their appreciation for their customers.

Charley has helped us out big time! We’ve had multiple leaks in our water lines throughout our attic. Charley has been able to get out to us fast same day each time we were having problems. Once he arrived he was able to assess the issue find the leak and fix it fast! Thanks Charley!

If this company is anything like it's drivers, I'll pass on utilizing them in any capacity. This driver was willing to hit me rather than miss their turn. If my child wasn't in the car I wouldn't be so quick to post this review but she was. Shame on this company for not monitoring their drivers while in company vehicles.

Absolutely overpriced, quoted 1200 for what they said was 5 hours of work ….for moving tub valve and drain. Sent 2 guys… but both arrived at different times 15 mins after arrival I to job they said they had to go to store to buy a part… took them 1.5 hours Home Depot is 5 mins away they … came back and were in 1 of the 2 trucks Eating McDonald’s ../ I confronted them. Asked them why didn’t one go get part alone???? They got flustered with me not knowing what to say. They came in and did job in 45 mins…. After they left 30 mins later valve was dripping . One came back and fixed…. Net net it was bad experience and it was a rip off . Do not recommend this company … sorry it’s absolutly how I feel and I have more pics.i gave it 2 stars cause they responded quickly and did pick up the valve and shower head for me.
