The dust in my living room was getting out of hand so I called them for a duct cleaning today. I can already tell the air feels much lighter and cleaner.

I was dusting my TV stand every day, only to see it dusty again the next morning. The technician said that dust was circulating through the system. After he cleaned the main unit and the ducts in the attic, the dust levels dropped significantly. It saved me from dusting constantly. Great service.

It was worth every single penny for the peace of mind I got from Patriot Duct and Dryer Cleaning today. We just moved into a new place in McKinney and I wanted a fresh start because the vents looked like they had never been touched. I booked him for a duct cleaning before we unpacked all our clothes.

The guy spent a lot of time making sure every single vent was spotless and he was extremely thorough. I loved that he even cleaned the area around the registers so there was no dust left on the ceiling. The air feels so much cooler and cleaner now and it really makes me feel much better about living here.

Nick with Barrett was very professional, courteous and quickly analyzed the problem. Need a new water heater and will be back k to replace tomorrow. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, friendly staff! From making the appointment to having service provided, it all goes efficiently and effectively. Everyone I’ve talked to has been friendly and helpful. Other places should really try taking customer service tips here, since they might learn something about how to keep customers both loyal and happy.
We chose to get the year-round deal where they come spray inside and out once a quarter. The best thing about it is the guarantee, though. If you see a bug between treatments, they will come back for free. I’ve only had to use that guarantee once or twice (at peak bug season) in several years, but it sure is nice to know they’ve got us covered. The quarterly treatment plan definitely beats remembering to schedule appointments on my own, too.
Finally, pet-friendly bug spraying was a must, since we have two indoor kitties. While they said the cats probably shouldn’t lick the stuff off the ground, it’s fine to have it sprayed with them in the room. So that’s nice... Yep, gotta say, if you’re looking for a pest control company in Houston, Berrett Pest Control is a damn fine choice.

I've been using Berrett Pest Control for a few years for their quarterly service and I've been very pleased. I called today for assistance with rodents and was helped very quickly! I appreciate their commitment to their customers.

Adam, the pest control technician did an excellent job arriving as scheduled to treat our home just before Thanksgiving for insects.

He also is very thorough in treating my wife’s She-shed and our 2 acre property for fire ants.

Christina was awesome she helped me try to cancel my services with them I just had issues with the tech that was supposed to be out here 2 last week never showed up. He left me 1 message and after that when I would try to call the tech he would never answer.. everyone else was super awesome and nice but this tech that would never show up.

I had a very disappointing experience with Berrett Home Services' customer service. The agent I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. They seemed uninterested in addressing my HVAC issue and provided vague answers. Despite multiple follow-ups, my problem remained unresolved. Poor customer service like this is unacceptable. I won't be using their services again

Barrett Pest Control has been my pest control for years, so I am trying their heating and cooling services this week. They are courteous and prompt in their scheduling and have excellent communication and follow up.Raul has been so helpful and suggested a yearly , reasonable maintenance program which I am taking advantage of.

These guys are such a pleasure to deal with - we have an account with them and a plan for Quarterly visits and also as termire visits if I see anything I don’t like the look of! Their phone people are excellent and response time to have a technician at my home is very prompt - thank you Berrett I really do appreciate you and your people! Keep up the great work

Fabulous!.knocked all.wasp nest and killed the wasp. They were very professional and priced just right. Thank goodness, I probably will not get bitten again for a while. Since they do HVAC and plumbing I'll probably call them in the future for HVAC & Plumbing. I was. Very pleased with my service. I had my water heater leaking, Berrett plumbing gave me same day service providing water heater and installed within 2 hours.. Not only that their price was $700 cheaper than other regular market price. Highly recommended.

Lasonya was very helpful when I called to ask about service I needed on my bathtub spout diverter. She was very patient with me and made sure I had all of my questions answered. I’m looking forward to having their technician come repair our bathtub spout. If the technicians are as helpful as Lasonya was, I’m sure it’ll be a great experience. I called them after hours for an emergency plumbing repair, they showed up in time and fixed it like a pro. Gave me a decent quote and didn't charge me anything extra. Reliable and quick service at a great price, I definitely recommend!!
