I called Vlad and he quoted a fair price for his employee’s labor plus parts for repairing two exhaust fans vent in my attic (one smashed at some point in the past and the other totally destroyed by an inept AC tech).

Eugene showed up (same day), sized up what he needed, then ran off to the hardware store. He was back in under 30 minutes and had both vents fixed in another 30-45 minutes.

Eugene was careful while out on the rafters (I don’t do them anymore), did a great job (yes, I watched) and cleaned up after himself.

In my experience I have never met a Handyman with the obvious sense of compassion and responsibility that the owner exhibits . If one of his employees makes a mistake he himself will make it right. His obvious sense of responsibility is as good as it can be. The rates he charges are well within normal costs. He brings a new and refreshing attitude of business to his work. As long as he is in business he will have us as customers. Ladies and Gentlemen he is the Best of the Best in every category ...

Vladimir was quick to send Eugene out immediately when I got the d90 code on a Sunday. He was transparent about pricing upfront, they won’t scam you. Eugene worked so quickly and well on cleaning out the vent from inside to out of the house for my dryer. He explained everything so well. Very professional and efficient!

We had a door sweep that was torn and potentially letting in heat and bugs. I found Handy & Man on a Sunday to get a quote for repair for the upcoming week, but to my pleasant surprise, they sent a tech same day and performed the repair same day. And the price was great!

Arrived when he said he would. Gave options to correct, fair pricing, quick install.This is the third time we have used Handy and Man (electrical and general construction repair). We won’t be using anyone else!
