I had 3 small bathroom areas that needed carpet removed and vinyl plank installed. In addition, I needed all 3 toilets replaced. Handyman Connection of McKinney sent Jordan Scott to scope the job and provide an estimate. He came with his brother, Taylor and they worked together so well for 3 days. Jordan and Taylor were so professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Some things required innovative solutions and they rose to the challenge. I highly recommended Handyman Connection services.

Handyman connection if McKinney is great. I have used them for so many services like sheet rock repair, electrical and painting. All services were done quick without any hassle.

I hired Handyman Connection to perform some patchwork and painting around my house, but unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations. Upon reviewing their work, several issues became apparent:

Uncleaned Work Area: The work areas were left with debris and dust, which required additional cleaning after the job was completed. It was disappointing to see a lack of tidiness in maintaining the work environment during and after the job.

Non-Matching Paint: The paint used for touch-ups did not match the existing wall colors. This resulted in noticeable patches that detract from the overall appearance of the rooms. Matching paint color should be a basic expectation in professional painting services.

Unsmooth Patchwork: The patchwork on the walls was uneven and rough, which is visible even under casual observation. The areas that were supposed to be fixed now draw attention due to their unpolished finish.

While I appreciate the efforts of the workers, the final delivery lacked the professionalism and finish I expected from a reputed service. I hope that Handyman Connection takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues in future services to improve customer satisfaction.

James was friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work efficiently, and it looks great. I have always had good experiences with Handyman Connection.

Josh kept us informed. He arrived when he promised. He offered suggestions to improve our project that no one else had made. It actually helped a lot. He finished a wall and made both sides match our exiting walls. I would highly recommend Josh.

Handyman crew was very professional, punctual and very qualified. Job was flawless and customer service pre, during and post work is excellent. We have been using handyman for doing some tiles wor accent wall. Kevin was excellent and very meticulous. We highly recommend using Kevin if anyone needs tiles work. Christian, the owner, provides excellent customer service to make sure the work is completed on time and budget and list out all the risks and details and suggestion before the work is started. Pricing is not the cheapest nor the highest. Its very reasonable for A++ quality work. I am only using Handyman connections from now on. Please see pictures attached.

Omar is a MIRACLE WORKER! I had a clothes dryer reporting "VENT SENSOR" so I called a local dryer duct cleaner to do some routine maintenance. The problem? They couldn't get the duct clear! After getting some amount of lint out, the technician was convinced there was a BREAK in the duct inside the walls and I would need a handyman to rip out the sheetrock and fix the duct.

That's when I hit up Handyman Connection's website and asked for help. They were able to send their ace tech Omar out the VERY NEXT DAY (which was amazing), and Omar tackled the problem with panache. Using a nifty spy-grade borescope, Omar found that the duct was fine—it had no breaks in it. The only problem was just a giant ball of lint! With a combination of a shop vac and a leaf blower, he was able to clear the line.

The clothes dryer is running fine now and I owe it all to Handyman Connection. I will be using them for literally everything from now on!

Handyman Connection of McKinney did a great job on our wall finishing project. We had extended a pony wall up toward the ceiling and needed it finished properly. Their administrative staff was helpful with initial scheduling, they arrived on time for the estimate and the actual workday. Everything was completed as planned and on budget. We are completely satisfied. Definitely will use their services again.

James was our handyman who did our service. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He was very efficient and did multiple tasks from cabinetry, plumbing, furniture, etc that I can not do since I am disabled. I highly recommend James and Handyman Connections for any handyman jobs. Josh did an excellent job on our wall renovation. We had removed a closet to make our home theater room larger. Josh sheetrock both sides of the new wall and textured it. It was exactly as we wanted it. Thanks Josh. (on time, clean, excellent skill level)

When I spoke with owner Mark to discuss multiple non-related projects as part of a home update, he gave me confidence that the projects would be in skilled and dedicated hands. He explained how he would approach each one and the best one on his team to handle each aspect of the total job. I clearly understood how much time it would take and the cost commitment. His was patient with my many questions and there was no hard sell or effort to move me to do additional work that was not necessary. Everyone I worked with was just so good in their area of expertise, very pleasant to interact with and went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. Mark accomplished the impossible in organizing in a unique way all the wires and cables for a complex camera security system, PC, router, wi-fi and printer. A giant step beyond simply gathering the wires with a zip tie and dropping them on the floor, his technique made all the mass of wires neat and tidy. Painting, minor construction and general handyman tasks were also completed. Staff was polite and friendly, worked quickly and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. Amy manages office operations and was so accommodating and helpful to work with, just a joy of a person. Everyone makes you feel valued as a customer. Major kudos to David and James for their positive attitude and stellar work performance. They are just the best. I highly recommend Handyman Connection of McKinney and Frisco.
