Vlad has been working closely with us for the past 5 years. Every time we call upon Vlad to attend to an issue at home, there are three things you can always expect from him and his associates:
1. Quality - There has never been a situation where we have asked him to attend on something, and we have had to call him back because the work was not done appropriately
2. Transparency and honesty - this is extremely important for me and my husband when it comes to working with a Handyman or contractor. That the person is honest, tells us what our various options and costs are to the solve the problem and that we don’t feel like we are being gouged. I have never doubted Vlad in this area
3. Dependability- when Vlad says he’s going to be available at a certain date and time, he is there! We have never felt like he strings us along, especially when there is a precarious issue around the house

Honestly, we are NEVER letting go of Vlad! With two young kids and a house in Texas with unpredictable weather, we are so lucky we have someone like Vlad to attend to our house issues, promptly!
