Adolfo is the best! He is super responsive. Very thorough and punctual. Also, super affordable! He does NOT use soap but a chemical and your carpets smell amazing! My photos don’t do it justice because I forgot to take a before photo.

Adolfo did a great job cleaning my 3 bedroom carpets. All of the stains came out of the carpets, the rooms look great and landlord should be happy. He was polite and professional. Thank you!!

Adolfo did a great job! I had not had my carpet cleaned in five years and now they look just as new as the day I bought them. I also had my sectional cleaned and it looks just as amazing as my floors do. 10/10 would recommend. You can tell he is passionate about his business and his customers. He took his time and kept me up to date through the entire process.

What a great experience! He did a great job, was VERY affordable and just an all around nice person. I will definitely be using their services again soon. Highly recommend. My carpets were dry in no time. He has a brand new machine that uses very little water, but does a fantastic job!

Update! 1/29/24
Had Adolfo come clean some of my rugs AND my large couch with an ottoman. He spent well over 4 hours. Super thorough and detailed. He spent just as much time cleaning the couch as he did vacuuming it. He’s a great person, and is constantly trying to learn and improve his techniques. I highly recommend his services!

We highly recommend and couldn’t be happier with Enviro Carpet Cleaning in McKinney!!! Adolfo is the best and a total professional, with great pricing and service! He promptly returned my inquiry for pricing and availability and personally stayed in communication until me until my appt., for which he was punctual. He then took care and was respectful of bringing in his equipment into our home, and while cleaning, he explained what he was doing and how and why his process really does clean so well and doesn’t harm our rugs with a bunch of water.

We called Enviro Carpet Cleaning to tackle some tough messes in our carpets, including dog urine and slime. 😅 The team was super friendly, arrived on time, and did an amazing job. Our carpets look and smell incredible now! Definitely recommend them if you want a thorough and professional clean.

I have to say this company is great. The first time they came out, they didn't just come do work and leave, they explained everything me in detail and gave me tips and showed me problem areas and not just said it was here or there. Even the customer service over the phone is a great experience. This company should be the first company you call for pest control services. If it wasn't for us moving to another state we would still have them.

Stampede Pest Control has kept my home pest free since day 1! Anything I need serviced between visits is promptly completed. Very happy with the service we receive!

Terrible service and customer service, they called my mom and put her under a pest control contract without letting her know, and keep charging her card, after I myself contacted them directly to cancel the service, they said their going to call and they call two months later, the guys barely know what their doing and just spray everywhere even out edible plants/garden and then bugs still lingered around probably putting down water a major practice in the pest industry when their getting a ton of sales and can’t actually keep up with the demand, They ruined my mothers garden and they won’t let us off the contract, without paying a car payment cancellation fee, which again they didn’t let my mother know, so if you are reading this choose Hawx pest control or any other serious and develop company who don’t hold their customers hostage, oh and they keep sending reps out even tho all my efforts trying to cancel and they charge my mothers card everytime I send them back, and I’m the one really having to pay out of pocket.

Terrible company to say the least and very unprofessional, and that comes from a Small business owner as well.

We DONT HOLD PEOPLE HOSTAGE WHO DOESNT WANT OUR SERVICE. Go actually learn how to earn peoples business instead of taking advantage of the elderly. NEGATIVE 5 starts.

I just moved into a new home In Mckinney and contacted Stampede to set up regular pest service…Im sure glad I did…the Technician they sent out, Diago, was great…very courteous and helpful, and he explained everything about the service…I told him what I wanted to accomplish and I’m confident we will be successful and achieving a pest free environment…Im looking forward to establishing a relationship with Stampede and Diago….

I am beyond thrilled, and a complete raving fan of this company. So far, I have had 2 separate techs: Matt and today, Donald. Both have been stellar and have gone above and beyond. Today Donald was a 20 out of 10. I’m so excited they are my forever pest company. From those answering the phone, those in the sales department, and those doing the service… My experience has been nothing less than excellent! For sure, five stars! And if there are more stars to be had they get them!

This company is very accommodating and helpful. Come each and every time I need them to and the workers provide a ton of information on various pest issues and solutions on what we are going through. I highly recommend.

Cody Trosclair from the Austin branch was very helpful and thorough in explaining what was going on with my pest problem. He also advised removing wood around the perimeter of my house to avoid potential termite issues. Informative and professional.

We were dealing with an ant problem and they were very helpful both over the phone and in person during the service. I was able to get an appointment next day and they showed up right on time. The service was very quick and professional, they answered all my questions and reassured me that they would come back out if the issues continued. Would recommend!

Matthew with Stampede Pest Control was very professional. When I asked him about what areas he will treat, he explained to me what he was there to do and that I needed to wait 30min before letting my dog out in the backyard. The professionalism and care is fantastic!!

We were using a different pest control service but inherited the Stampeded relationship when we moved. I applaud this company’s effort to use technology and systems for scheduling, payment, and communication. I dug a little deeper to be sure I had a personal consultation for some special needs. I highly recommend Donald for the North Texas area. Having his expertise has made all the difference in the world.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, I was a longtime customer with Stampede for years, but Once they merged with the new company, every single service date was beyond subpar, not even spraying Half of the things that should’ve been sprayed, still had bugs weeks after they left, even with calling them back and retreating, they still cut corners the entire time, Still charging me full price For a service that wasn’t even close to what it’s been In the past. If they make things right after reading this, I’ll remove the review, But based on the past few services and being charged full price for not even getting full service, I highly recommend you shop around and find another company if you want your property to be treated properly

I have had a very, very poor experience with signing with them. They have good pricing and that's about it.

1. After the first service, I had to have 2 re-treats during that quarter. I do not routinely have the interior treated but I scheduled for an exterior re-treat and interior treat at the same time. I was sick so when they arrived I asked them to just do the exterior re-treat and they said they could not do just the outside so they did nothing. They do not clear spider webs unless I stand out there and direct them to each place, and even then they still missed some.

2. After the second service, I still need a re-treat and I have not been able to get that scheduled. They also completely missed a dirt dobber/hornet nest.

3. Every single time I make an appointment (which has been at least 6 times including the re-treats) the office person tells me that the tech will call me when they are on the way. They called me literally ONE time that they were on the way. All of the other times, they ring the doorbell then call if no one answers. The office gives a time frame that they will come, not an exact time so it makes it impossible for me to plan my day (I find that I need to be present in order walk the property with them to get full treatment).

4. They do not return calls consistently. I have to keep calling them.

5. I told them I wanted to cancel due to their poor service. They are not letting me out of the 1 year contract. I find it very frustrating and that it is a poor business practice to hold me in while I'm having to chase them down in order for them to hold up their end of it.
