Every time I talk with the staff, they are friendly, honest, and easy to work with, with no sales pressure. Christopher, the pool service tech we have used a few times, does a top-notch job on each visit and makes sure the water stays clear, balanced, and ready for the warm weather. The whole team has made pool maintenance simple and stress free.

The cleaning was thorough, with great attention to detail, and we also received a helpful follow-up email after the visit with clear service notes. Since this pool company took over from our previous service, it has been a smooth transition and a very strong start for ongoing pool care. Best pool cleaning and equipment service we’ve used. We’ve called them for several pool equipment repairs and service needs, and every visit has been helpful and professional. Mike was great to work with and even walked me through a couple of simple pool system fixes over the phone to save me money instead of sending out a tech for an unnecessary service charge. That kind of honest pool care is hard to find. They also diagnosed and fixed a spa jet problem that several other pool companies could not solve. In the McKinney heat, it’s great to have a pool service team that really understands pool equipment, circulation, and spa performance. Highly recommend for pool cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

Love LOVE our new pool, spa, and patio area from company: Blue Science Pools. We are extremely happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend them. From the first design meeting to the final stage of construction and our first swim, everything felt personal to our needs and vision. Building a custom pool in McKinney is a big project and a major investment, so we definitely had plenty of questions along the way, but the team made the process feel smooth and reassuring. we worked with christopher and austin as project managers, and they kept us informed with steady communication through each phase. Since this was our first time doing a pool build, pool equipment setup, and spa features, we appreciated how clearly everything was explained. An online portal for progress updates could be a nice extra for future customers, especially for first-time pool owners, but anytime we reached out, we always got a quick and helpful response. It was really exciting to watch the pool construction take shape step by step. As one crew finished, the next crew arrived, and they also did a good job keeping the work area as neat as possible during the project. Now that everything is complete and we have had time to enjoy the pool and spa during the warm Texas weather, we can honestly say it was worth it. We have also been adding landscaping and personal touches around the pool deck, and it has turned into the backyard space we always wanted. i love how the water features, spa jets, and overall pool design came together. we feel relaxed every time we step outside. this was a big decision for our family, and we are so glad we trusted the process. the finished pool looks great, runs well, and has given us a fun and comfortable place to swim, unwind, and spend time together. we truly appreciate all the care, updates, and quality work that helped bring our dream outdoor space to life.

Cannon was very professional, polite and helpful. He explained exactly what he would be doing and even moved some of the larger items I couldn’t lift from the floor without me even asking. Carpets look great too.

Carpet Tech has some of the most professional staff. They are clean, thorough, polite and efficient. They always clean up after themselves and do the little extra. They cleaned my tile floors. Been there 30 years. I thought they were clean, but now they are sparkling.

Anthony knocked it out of the park today! So polite and professional, with a wealth of knowledge! My carpet looks amazing and I will be having him back!

I had an outstanding experience with Carpet Tech, and I'm pretty difficult to please! Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and most importantly, they did a great job. We had our carpets both stretched and cleaned and they look so much better, and likely extended the life of our carpets by years. Highly recommend this company.

Jeremy and Hunter were very efficient professionals. Jeremy explained everything to me and patiently answered all my questions. Hunter did an excellent job of cleaning up after the air duct cleaning and sanitizing. The process took about 1 hour.

Carpet Tech did a fantastic job cleaning all of the carpeting in my home. They took care to point out potential problem spots and gave them extra attention. The service was quick yet very thorough - my carpet feels like new!

Scheduling service was easy. The team kept me informed about when my services would be delivered and by whom. The team that came to my house was professional, efficient, and courteous. I am very pleased with the results.

We received excellent service from Carpet Tech. Staff were very professional and had great communication regarding the services provided.

Collin Kendrick did a great job.
We had a stressful water remediation issue and he made a same day response which minimized the damage. Great communication he kept us up to date over a three day process and gave sound advice on next steps to return our home to normal.
I would not use any one else for future needs and will insist on Collin as our service provider.
