Carpet Tech did really great. Showed up on time and were very friendly. Reagan answered all of my questions and even some I hadn't thought of. My carpet looks great. Both guys did a fantastic job. I will be calling them again when the need arises.

We recently faced a horrible situation when our home flooded due to an unfortunate string of events, and it happened at 8:00 PM on a Sunday night. Thankfully, Carpet Tech came to the rescue, and I can’t praise Ben and Canon enough for their exceptional service.

Despite the late hour, these guys showed up promptly and immediately got to work. They expertly sucked up all the water, moved all of our furniture, and removed the soiled underlay with remarkable efficiency. The fact that they arrived so quickly was impressive in itself, but what truly stood out was the level of service they provided.

Ben and Canon tackled our problem with a smile and an incredible level of professionalism. Their positive attitudes and dedication turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Regardless of the cost, knowing that our problem was solved by such capable and friendly individuals made all the difference.

Cannon Driver and team did a great job completing a remediation in two rooms of our home. He listened closely to our concerns and communicated exactly how he planned to complete the job. After completion he was careful when replacing all furniture.
Cannon cleaned up very well leaving me completely satisfied with his work.
I will ask for Cannon by name when I next need carpet work

Ryan and Jason did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. They were professional, thorough, and careful with my walls. My cream carpets look amazing! I will for sure make another appt and ask for these 2 gentlemen in the future.

They were amazing. If you don't use them that's you're own fault. My carpet smells great looks great and they were super inexpensive. The first company in a long time my butt didnt hurt when they were done with me.

I just had an excellent job performed by Carpet Tech of McKinney. The crew arrived on time, called me to confirm, we're extremely courteous, did a fantastic job cleaning my whole house tile floor. The floors and grout joints are immaculate, I couldn't ask for a more professional job. Plus I received a military discount on top of that. Thank you very much, I will recommend to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about Carpet Tech. Klaudia is amazing. She helps promote their businesss and always spoke so highly of them. I needed my couch cleaned and Dalton was the tech that serviced me. He was super friendly, took his time to ensure he did a detailed job, and even brought my dog treats. They were professional, efficient, and left my couch looking brand new. I would highly recommend their services to all of my friends. ❤️

What an incredible experience!

I had Carpet Tech come out today to clean my air ducts, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. They took the time to educate me throughout the process, and it was such a relief to learn that there’s no mold in my vents and that the air in my home is now fresh and clean.

It’s amazing how much peace of mind comes from knowing the air we’re breathing is healthier! I already have my carpet cleaning scheduled next, and I can’t wait to have them back.

GREAT service and execution of our couch and living room rug cleaning. I'm sure all of their carpet techs are great but Dalton and Cannon were 100% Pros! Dalton walked me thru Carpet Techs technology and what makes them different. Very organized duo and timely. They areived early, were personable, they even acknowledged my special needs daughter and they were super efficient.

We had our upstairs carpets cleaned, a closet carpet stretched, and bathroom and kitchen grout cleaned. The team did an excellent job on EVERYTHING! I'm so happy with how every room turned out!

Carpet tech with Cody was excellent. They did a nice job of cleaning my carpet and my ceramic tile. They were on time. They were clean and respectful. I recommend this company. They have truck mounted system.
