DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Complete scam and most unprofessional and cut every corner doing work!!! I literally could have done a better job myself and they talked us into using them and he did not do anything he was supposed to do. Him and his wife “tried” to do the work themselves instead of sub contracting the work out to people that are trained to do the work. Did not do things they said they would do! Slept in the house, left the house unlocked and every light on as well as ac units turned down to 69 while we are paying electric bills for 2 homes. Would not hire a cleaning crew to do a final clean they are charging for and I specified I wanted professionals in there to do the job since they could not get it done properly after 3 days of having to come back and it’s still terrible! The job is sub par at the best. Damon was extremely unprofessional yelling at my dad “he would get his money”
If you want the job done great I STRONGLY advice NOT to use this company after a week of working I will post picture of their “clean” and baseboards they just painted over instead of replacing yet didn’t even try to sand them to make it looks replaced. There is so much more!!! Oh and some pictures where after he stated they were done and “it looked great” yet dust hanging off fans and when I said something the wife said “oh yeah I didn’t do the fans” it’s a joke!!

I suspected one of the metal tubes had a dead critter in it. It started to produce a very bad (ROTTEN) smell that was so gross that I didn’t want to use my system anymore. I was very happy when the Native Air Duct Service techs found the dead bird and took it out. They also washed the area and got rid of the smell! I never would have known the bird was in there if they hadn’t looked with their camera!

I reached out to Native Air Duct Service in McKinney after noticing my airflow got weaker and weaker the longer we lived in our rental home. Native Air Duct Service told me that a few of the flexible ducts in the attic were partially crushed and full of debris throttling the airflow. They removed the blockages and did a deep clean of the whole duct system, including the blower motor area.

You could feel the difference right away. There's a much stronger flow from the vents now, and the house reaches the desired temperature in half the time it used to. Our two-story house here in McKinney is always freezing cold on the first floor, slightly less cold but warmer on the second floor although our HVAC system is relatively new. I thought maybe the old vertical runs of ductwork were cut off. We recently hired Native Air Duct Service to come in and do an entire air duct cleaning in hopes that the new increased airflow would balance the system and eliminate the cold spots.

They had long-reach apparatuses for the second-floor vents and spent a good amount of time cleaning out the vertical shafts which they barely ever get to. The temperature is now evened out throughout the entire two floors! They were polite, understood there were two separate spaces in one home and got it done for a fair price as it's not just a luxury but a necessity.

Five Stars, There is no comparison to the service, domain knowledge, passion and customer experience that I received from Vito’s. My control board panel stopped working On Memorial Day and after the usual folks that help me did not answer I looked up and found Vito’s. He stopped by to take a quick look Monday evening and ended up spending over 2 hours to understand the issue. My system is over 25 years old and many many hands have made changes to it just to get their “job” done. Vito took the time to understand it and then offered me a few options to resolve it. He came back on Tuesday evening after I confirmed at 5pm on Tuesday the option I wanted to go with. I had compared his quote with a couple of big names and he was far better and I had seen him firsthand on Monday so decided to go with him. He went way overboard and fixed all of my messed up circuits and lines and spent around 4 hours. Anyone else would have done their job in an hour and walked away, but Vito wanted to resolve it in a way that will be remembered and easy to maintain going forward.

Vito’s did another great job removing the old mastic and replacing with the new. The deck looks great and is now protected from the elements!
