Vito’s pool service was great to work with. Our booster pump for our Polaris cleaning robot broke over the weekend and I contacted Vito on Monday. He is very responsive and sent out his technician, Alan, on Tuesday with a replacement pump.
Alan did a great job installing the new booster pump and by Tuesday noon everything was working.
Price and labor was transparent and fair, easy to pay the invoice online as well.
Great service, highly recommend!

Vito's Pool Service is the best! They provide weekly cleaning service of my pool and always do a excellent, very thorough job. Recently, my pool filter failed. I talked to Vito, and he had a replacement filter unit at my property and installed the same day. The service technicians are always very professional. Vito's pool service is always honest and fair. I would eagerly recommend them to anyone needing regular pool service or emergency repairs.

I had a great experience with Vito. We had just bought a new house with a pool and I knew nothing about pools. The weather turned freezing and the pool pump wasn’t coming on automatically. I called Vito late at night. I wasn’t a customer, but he helped me anyway and gave me clear direction to get the pump kicked on. We were so relieved. Really Appreciate him taking the time to help us out and his ability to quickly identify the problem and tell us what to do.

Vito is AWESOME!! He is my new go to pool guy. I had multiple weird issues with my lights and the pool app, and 2 separate unrelated issues with a clogged cleaning system and my heater not working... I called hoping to get the app and lights working again and then maybe a quote on the clog and heater for after the holidays.
BUT Vito followed up, came out the very next day, trouble shooting the control panel, wiring, app and PDA till well after dark... Not only did he get all the electrical issues corrected he got the cleaner drain flowing AND even got the heater working..! *I already had a quote from the pool builder who diagnosed the heater and told me it needed replaced:/
He even went home and then texted me later saying he found the original light issue deep in the app settings (after he left and was at home) and corrected it that on line!!!
Friends, this level of care, concern, pride and professionalism in work is not easy to find and I am so happy I did. I don't do a lot of on line reviewing, but Vito's deserves it - If you need a pool specialist PLEASE, give Vito a shot. You will NOT regret it!!
Oh completely forgot - he also replaced an actuator that hadn't been working since we moved into this home 2 years ago - my pool is literally perfect at this time - AFTER 1 VISIT!!!

Very happy with Vito's Pool Service for upgrading our salt system. From the initial consultation with Vito himself to the installation by Alan, everyone was top-notch. Vito took his time to explain the best option for us, clearly explained the best option, the process and the benefits. The installation was seamless. They left the pool pump area clean and even replaced a gauge for us, for free!! The price was great compared to other companies that didnt offer options at all.

Called Max out for an oder remediation job and he was quick on the response time and getting the job scheduled. He was able to come out on the same day and get the job completed. The urine smell is completely removed. Would totally recommend since he was efficient, quick, and professional.
