Went through a number of companies to maintain my pool and none could keep my pool from looking like a fish pond. These guys had my clear within two visits and four months into the service and it is still looking great. Great company

Based on my experience, while the Texas Clear Pools provided good service for maintaining and cleaning their pool, their concerning business practices should give potential clients pause. The company's attempts to force clients to stay with them and their apparent retaliation against ex-employees who seek to start their own businesses are not conducive to supporting small business and the freedom of others to pursue a better life. If you value these principles, it may be best to consider a different pool company. It is important for companies to prioritize ethical business practices, support their employees, and respect their clients' decisions, and these factors should be taken into account when choosing a service provider.

Texas Clear Pools is a great service company. Always on time and very efficient. The email with pictures and summary of everything done is great for keeping track of your pool

We are very happy with the pool service and maintenance that Texas Clear Pools provides. Jon is a great communicator, and seems to always be able to help when needed. We really appreciated his dedication to his customers after the crazy ice-mageddon of 2021! His staff is always courteous.

We have used Texas Clear since moving to Texas. Our pool is older and we knew we needed a team that would treat it like the pool was their own. Success. Texas Clear has maintained perfect water balance as well as ensured proper working order of our equipment. As long as we own a pool Texas Clear will be our team.

Texas Clear Pools has been servicing my pool and equipment for years. They are on-time, do a great job and are reasonable. Their equipment repairs and replacement is prompt and knowledgeable. A good company to work with.

While they do a good job of cleaning the pool and maintenance when they show up. They are not a reliable or reputable company in my opinion. Too many times, I have been sent a message that my pool was serviced when in fact it was not. The person never even showed up at my property. They try to make excuses for the worker and not respecting the word of the customer. I take care of my cleaners with TIPS above the cost of cleaning. They'll make up excuses that you are not seeing what you are seeing unless you have proof, even then, they will still make excuses. It's not cool to bill for 4 weeks but only show up for 3. I have receipts with stories and pictures, but I won't go into much more detail. Unless I need to!

After trouble finding a quality pool service company I was lucky enough to find Texas Clear Pools several years ago. Everyone with the company goes above and beyond, are courteous, and hard working. Excellent service at a great price. Thanks for the help you’ve given with my pool.

We had a pool that needed dire repairs on its control panel as everything shut down. We were worried about a $5k bill which we couldn't handle but then we met with Jon and his business here and they gave a super affordable quote at about half of what we expected which was very fair and installed it only a few days later after order. I have immense trust in these guys and really want folks to understand that these guys represent good business A+. Its good priced, good owners/managers, super professional, Always gonna hire.

We moved to Texas Clear Pools after a bad experience with a previous service, and never looked back. We’ve been with them for about two years now, and they’re always communicative, they show up every week, they let you know when there is a potential problem and offer multiple options for resolution in order to help my budget. Bryan spent a lot of time helping me understand the system today while he diagnosed a filter issue. We really appreciate the friendly and professional service.

Doug's Mighty Clean was out to to our office this weekend to clean our office and they did an amazing job. Doug was great to work with and get a time scheduled and when they came out they did a great job cleaning. We are very happy and strongly recommend Doug's Mighty Clean

If you want honesty this is the company for you. They did a great job a communicating my stains and what the process was to resolve them. They were reasonably priced.
