Vito has fair prices, is timely in communication and schedules (including showing up on time and completing the work timely), and does really great work. The pool and patio work he did in summer 2023 on our house had phenomenal results. The area looks brand new again.

As a homeowner when something breaks, the hardest part about the repair is finding a reliable repair service. Trust the 5 stars you are seeing with Vito. Straight forward, honest and not looking to maximize the situation. They did an awesome job on my heater repair!

Post 12/2022 winter freeze pool issue: I had a booster pump quit pushing water to propel the pool vacuum. I had called a few repair guys and Vito actually called me back after I initially talked to another guy. After having a no show on the repair, I called Vito and he literally showed up 20 minutes later (well after normal working hours).

He was pleasant, professional and seemed like he wanted to earn my repeat business. Quick diagnosis/repair and we were back up and running. I’ll be using him again in the future (but hopefully not too often).

Vito came out and replaced my pump motor at 7pm. They were fast efficient and pleasant. Would not hesitate to use him again for anything pool related. Learned a lot.

Customer service was above and beyond. My hot tub heater was not working. I contacted Vito late in the evening and he texted me right back. We talked thru the issue and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone (issue with the temp sensor). He had it fixed by 11am the next day. Unreal service!!!

Vito’s Pool Service is very knowledgeable, responsive,dedicated and professional. I needed help getting my pump to communicate with intellitouch panel. Found VPS in a search and discussed the issue. They came out the next day and fixed the issue. When the freeze hit had another issues and VPS came out that night, 10PM and took care of me.

I've been using Vito's for several years. Everything from acid washing pool, equipment/electrical fixes, and weekly maintenance. Vito is extremely quick to respond, and everyone is very polite and helpful. They work for excellence in everything they do. So glad I found them.

Vito is amazing and REALLY good at what he does! After 8 years, we wanted to automate our pool system. I did some research on Pool Services in my area and came across Vito. We had to reschedule our original date but he came out on a SUNDAY to work on our pool. I later found out that he was spending time with his 4 month old baby girl that day. Family is so important and we could have waited but Vito still took care of us. When he arrived he was professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was able to install the new box with Wi-Fi. He is very thorough and makes sure that everything is working properly. His knowledge is incredible AND he saved us over $1000+. I have been extremely happy with the level of service provided by Vito and Dillion. They were able to fix all my pool issues after the winter freeze and have been maintaining my pool ever since. I have used other companies in the past but none are as professional, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to deliver best in class service. On May 19th, Vito came to my home to repair my pool equipment. A previous pool company had provided an estimate on new parts and a total cost that was close $1000. I wanted a second opinion. The first thing Vito shared was the "recommended parts" from my previous pool company were for parts that don't exist with my pool equipment. He was able to repair the equipment, with no new parts. Great, but then he started proactively fixing other issues on things he noticed. I was about to buy a new pool vacuum because the current one was not working. Without even asking him to, he found the issue, fixed it, and saved me $800+. He spent hours working, until almost 9 PM, on HIS BIRTHDAY!

When it was all done, I actually (maybe for the first time ever), demanded I pay him more than he was asking. There are simply not enough Vito's out there, doing something they love, doing it with pride, and not trying to find ways to milk more money from customers.

I sought out a small, independent business owner to replace my pool equipment, which included heater, 2 pumps, filters, controller, electrical, and PVC piping. Vito provided a competitive bid and personally presented the estimate, explaining all details to my satisfaction. The work was done over Sat & Sun in AUGUST IN TEXAS! Entire system has been working flawlessly for 4 months now, including wireless functionality through iAquaLink app. He is responsive, honest, hard-working, and trustworthy-some things that are hard to find in some businesses these days! I highly recommend Vito for any pool services.

Vito made sure that all our pool challenges were solved in a timely manner. He replaced a pump, replaced a worn leaking tube, replaced/rewired timer, and calibrated everything for a fair and reasonable price. Will use his company moving forward.

Vito and his team were great! They not only replaced all our pool lights with modern fixtures - but took the time label all our valves and trained us on better more efficient use of the system for no charge. They were fast, fair and efficient.

given it was memorial day weekend and he was swamped with work he took time to fix my issues promptly and did a great job. very efficient and effective. John was very knowledgeable and took time to look things over precisely before undertaking corrective action and went beyond the original issue and fixed a secondary issue as well.

John explained and answered all questions patiently and also advised on actions I needed to take to improve our pool efficiency..

I was very impressed and am looking into Vito helping with upgrading our current system to app management via phone.

Vito did the winter maintenance on our pool equipment before the holiday. He is such a honest, knowledgeable and dependable professional! While he cleaned our filter, he found out that our top manifold installed was an incorrect part and had caused the dirt to back flow into the spa. Vito found us the correct part and replaced the manifold. Our spa and pool have stayed cleaned after the repair, no more dirt build-up! Great job! Thank you Vito! You are the best! Highly recommend!
