Carpet Tech did an amazing job yet again! We’ve been using them since we moved to Prosper and they always take such great care of our home. The team is super professional, knowledgeable, and mindful of every detail. Our carpets look and smell fantastic! Huge thanks to Ryan for another great job!

From the person answering their phones, to the guys who came out to our house, every person was wonderful. They came out quickly to help us with a stain on our carpet and did a really great job. We are very picky about our carpet and they were exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely use them again!

I am beyond impressed with Carpet Tech! Making an appointment online was fast and easy. Prior to his arrival, I received a comprehensive bio about Anthony, my technician which made me feel at ease. Anthony did an exceptional job explaining the rug cleaning process. He did a thorough evaluation of the rug with a UV light! There wasn't one inch of my rug that wasn't inspected and cleaned. Anthony was friendly and professional. He gave me helpful tips, written information and two bottles of rug treatment in case I ever had an issue again. I highly recommend Carpet Tech! Great experience with Carpet Tech. We have used them for a number of services, and been very happy each time. They’ve cleaned our carpet (including stairs, and a repair on the stairs), we’ve had dining room chairs cleaned, and most recently we sent two area rugs out for cleaning. Each time they’ve been courteous, and very helpful. Today our rugs were brought back, and they prepped the pad, rug and moved all the furniture. They were very, very nice to work with. Prices were as quoted. Highly recommend them!

Anthony Mahusay was very knowledgeable and helpful. He addressed my concerns and gave me a fair price.
He also took to the time to educate me on basic upkeep for my upholstery. I had a very difficult job for him to tackle and I believe that he did his best. He literally broke a sweat while he was here.
I also need to mention that he has incredible customer service and communication skills. He was very impressive and I highly recommend asking for him personally.

We had an emergency service request that Carpet Tech far exceeded our expectations for both in time sensitivity and level of service. After calling another service before knowing that Carpet Tech provided the same service, Jerid and his team answered the call, completed the work needed and at half the price! Anthony was great! Came out to do our sectional and I had a lot of questions lol. He answered them all in detail and I appreciated his honesty. Couch looks so much better and I will be using carpet tech for all my carpet and upholstery needs!

Once he arrived, toured all the rooms and then had a very nice conversation...appreciate his friendliness and he and his partner quickly and efficiently got their work done and the carpets look great... always a positive experience!

This place is AWESOME! So long story short... we moved my widowed father-in-law out of his house in Denton after more than 30 years to be closer to us. Pretty sure he did not clean the house very often. We brought in Carpet Tech (Bryan and Luke, the helper) to stretch the carpets, clean the carpets, and to clean about 500 square feet of tile. They were nothing short of professional and did a tremendous job. Very polite and courteous. Attached are a few before and after pics. I would, without a doubt, use them again!

Daniel cleaned rust stains from my roof shingles and brick wall without causing damage to the shingles. He did great work and even came back after it dried to be sure he got it all. I will recommend him to everyone I know in the area.

They did such an amazing job. I was looking everywhere for a good window cleaning company and some neighbors recommended them and I couldn't be happier. They had great communication, they were on time, efficient and great prices !! We will definitely be using them again. I rely on reviews when choosing a company so I'm trying to get better about writing them. This company was worth me writing a review. Definitely give them a call !!

Excellent service, punctual and excellent workmanship

Very professional, responsive, timely and kind! Cameron with Kleen Water Pool Services came out quickly to determine our pool motor was in its final hours. He was able to install a new motor the next morning at a reasonable price! Highly recommend!!
