I had a couple of fittings, (ones I had repaired after last years freeze) that had failed. Needed to get these fixed quickly so I could turn the pump back on before an expected 2 days below freezing. Contacted Vito on a Sunday, and he was able to come out that same day. My pool had previously been a salt system pool, and I had removed the cell and bypassed when I made my repair. Vito came up with a solution to reduce the friction points and now my flow is better than ever. Vito is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Plus... the price was very fair. I highly recommend him.

UPDATE June 2024...
My 24 year old pump finally gave out. I contacted Vito and he set me up with a great pump, a new pad and re-piped the system. All for a fair price. This was done during the crazy rain storms in late May, so I really appreciate him working through the bad weather. Wouldn't trust my pool to anyone else. Thanks Vito.

Vito’s pool service company is very professional and reliable pool service company. They replaced one of our pool lights that wasn’t working. From start to finish of process they were extremely professional and best part is their fast response. I will recommend them to anyone with pool issues or maintenance.

I have a non standard large spa / tiny pool that came from Canada. It sprung a plumbing leak off one of my pumps. Several friends recommended pool/spa people but most said they couldn’t fix it. One guy did tell me he could fix it but after 2 weeks and coming out twice he apologized and said he was not going to be able to finish the repair. I searched online for pool & spa repairmen and found Vito.

Vito was very quick to come by and assess the repair. Because my parts were non standard it took a few days to get the right parts in. Once that was received Vito was very quick to finish the repair and get me back working! Vito knew how to engineer what was needed to be done AND he followed through! At some point I plan to change out equipment to be standard with other spas in this area and I will definitely be contacting Vito for that work!

They took the time to truly understand my situation and, rather that trying to profit from it, referred me to another trusted expert who specialized in exactly what I needed and was available right away. The first time I called for a filter/cartridge cleaning. They came out next day and did an outstanding job and was very reasonably priced.

When the cartridges needed to be changed, they came out promptly and again did a great job.

The cleaner on my filter failed and was spewing water everywhere. Called Vito, shared the part number and he told me he could file a warranty claim on my behalf. Short version, got it fixed for free. I would have gladly paid Vito to replace the cleaner.

I cannot say enough great things about Vito and Alan. Had a pump quit working on me and called Vito. I hoped for the best but was prepared for the worst. Alan and Vito exhausted all options before we were ready to replace it. They said let us try one more thing - a dang faulty display. Boom fixed. These guys saved me over $2k. They will forever be my go to guys for pool issues. I called multiple companies for a quote AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. Vito and I stayed in constant contact and he truly made my year! Vitos Pool Service has been taken care of our poole for several years now. Super friendly service and they’re always on time and have our pool looking great for our kids! Even when we’ve had issues in the past with flooding, they were out the next few days to ensure that we would be able to enjoy the pool over the weekend. Definitely recommend!

Our yard backs up to a creek & greenbelt so the ground around the pool moves & settles -A LOT! We have had several line breaks since our pool was installed in 2016.I contacted Vito's Pool Service to patch a leak on one of my pool's return lines out in my lawn (the ground was damp and soggy around the PVC break). After taking care of it, Vito and crew ran pressure tests and found another, smaller leak on the opposite side of the pool under my patio. I do know from experience that other swimming pool repair companies would've patched the first leak and gone on their way. Kudos to Vito's Pool Service & crew for going the extra mile and doing the job right!

What a difference the new pool equipment made! On 3/14/25, Vito and Alan upgraded my ancient, 27-year-old equipment with a new cartridge filter, efficient variable speed pump, and new plumbing. I was amazed at how quiet the new pump turned out to be! Vito and Alan completed the work in one day and were very good about communicating throughout the project and leaving my backyard in pristine shape. I will definitely call them again.

I have had an ongoing valve issue since we owned this pool. It finally came to the point where it needed to be replaced. Due to the configuration, additional valves needed to be replaced. Vito came highly recommended by our neighbor. I contacted him, and he and his team responded immediately. They did a fantastic job replacing the valves with new plumbing. I would not hesitate to use him again
