Very responsive for requesting a quote. Came the next day and power washed out entire house and stonewalls. Cleaned our huge windows inside and out. Price was very reasonable!

I am so appreciative to Jeremy May and 4Tex Softwash for the beautiful job he did on our sidewalks and driveway. After washing our cars, pool filter, and years of chalks drawing, or driveway looked weathered and discolored. Now it looks bright and clean. We are going to have him come back to do our windows, brickwork, and drain pipes. He was so kind, prompt, and professional with great customer service. This exceeded our expectations, thanks Jeremy!

They took a look and gave me a quote definitely was affordable and they came back and did an amazing job, my driveway has never looked better, definitely made my home feel cleaner and new!

Jeremy was great to work with! Came on time, was very knowledgeable and pointed out some things my builder missed on the house so I was able to get some repairs done by the builder that we didn’t know about. The house is sparkling and he even washed off the driveway for me, looks great!

Jeremy was beyond pleasant to deal with!! He came out to look at our driveway and also our patio and explained how he could help with what we were wanting done . He was professional, showed up on time , communicated well and of course me and my wife are stunned with how well it all looks now. 10/10 experience with Jeremy and we will recommend him to anyone we know that is needing his type of service.

I called 4-Tex Softwash LLC and was contacted by Deonte Green (of his own company). He was sent out to do the job of soft washing the house, cleaning windows, window tracks, and gutters. He did an awful job all around. So awful that it left me with even more work to do (my review is on his company).

Jeffrey from 4-Tex never returned by calls after Deonte came out. This is a referral company. They do not appear to do the work themselves, and they definitely don’t warranty their work.

Would not hire at all.

Also, notice how they don’t have ANY recent, or slightly negative, reviews. Beware.

Alex is great at communicating any additional needs (algae, filter cleanings, etc.) and keeps our pool in great shape without breaking the bank. We have been using Waterfalls Pool Service for 2 years and are so happy with our pool maintenance. Alex and his team are professional and reliable. We recently needed a new water pump replacement and his technician handled it quickly and efficiently while also upgrading our jacuzzi to fully automated usage. So awesome to control everything from our remote! They have stayed on top of our pool filter cleanings, and always communicate what is needed immediately and what we can hold off on.
