Quick update: I still love Waterfalls pool service! Highly recommend

I couldn’t be happier with Waterfalls Pool Services. They do excellent work and are incredibly easy to work with. Alex is reliable, professional, and truly cares about his customers. Highly recommend!

Alex and his team do amazing work! We needed our pool retiled and Alex took care of it! He sent us tile samples to look at, put a quote together to review easily and got the work done so quickly! The quality of work is outstanding and we're so happy with how it turned out. Alex and team are great to work with and will continue to utilize them for all our pool needs.

Excellent service. I would highly recommend Waterfalls Pool Service. They have done several projects on our pool and I can’t say anything negative about the quality or function of their work. Alex is super responsive, communicative, and does what he says he is going to do. They are prices competitivly as well. In a world of scammers and fly by night companies, you can trust Alex. Alex did an amazing job cleaning our pool. It was in a rough shape but it looks great now! He responded quickly, showed up on time and handled every issue right away. He explained everything clearly and was very polite. Highly recommend.

Alex always does an amazing job cleaning our pool filter. In addition, he provides good tips on how to best maintain our pool, pipes and filter especially given that we have 5 mature oak trees surrounding our pool that drop catskins every spring. It makes for a very dirty filter, to say the least. Alex is also a great communicator and has such a great disposition about him that the customer service piece further solidifies our loyalty to having him as the only one we feel confident in servicing our pool. Alex and his team do a great job with the weekly maintenance of my pool. They started in March 2025 when I was in a bad spot after surgery. I could no longer do my own maintenance. Alex came to review my pool a day after my call and set up weekly maintenance the next day. Great service and a nice man as well. Highly recommended.

Waterfalls doesn’t just clean the pool. The technicians “take care” of the pool. I appreciate the pictures after cleaning to show the pool’s condition, the time taken while on site to ensure the system is working well, and the proactive communication during inclement weather to avoid equipment damage. Highly recommend this company!

They have been servicing our pool and they are top notch out of all companies and this includes other industries. Their communication is a 10 out of 10 we receive reminders when they will be coming and then follow up photos and details of the service they provided. They also do check-ins during winter storms to make sure equipment is running properly. Can’t ask for a better company. Plumbing, electricians and HVAC need to follow Waterfalls service model.
