They did a fantastic job with a deep clean for my move in to a new house. The team was great, and took extra precautions considering covid, such as wearing masks, gloves, and shoe covers. The supervisor showed up towards the end of the clean to do a walkthrough with us to make sure everything was up to our standard. I’ve never had that done before by any other cleaning service I’ve used. Will definitely be using their services again!

Tymekia did a great job on our monthly cleaning! Lemon Blossom cleaners always show up in time and are flexible if I need to change the date. We're very pleased with their service.

As a first-time customer of Lemon Blossom, I can attest that whatever Ms. Faulkner has stated below is inconsistent with my own experience.

I hired Lemon Blossom to perform a moveout cleaning on a rental home. The day of the cleaning, Bobbi's staff kept me informed throughout the day of the expected arrival time, and was very apologetic when the crew did not arrive on time. When the crew was later than 30 minutes, Bobbi herself called me and informed me of a terrible personal situation, which I will not divulge here, that had befallen the crew's family on the way to our house.

There began the true testament to Lemon Blossom and its dedication to customer service. With the sudden interruption to the clean, Bobbi immediately began contingency planning, calling several other companies in the area to see if anyone could cover the job. As it was a Friday, and I was set to move out that day, I was adamant that the job needed to be done that day. Bobbi mustered a 4 person crew, who had all already worked two deep cleans each that day to try to complete the job. The girls were very tired, but did as best they could. During our walkthrough, I noticed a few issues, and Bobbi immediately asked if I could get the landlord to allow them to come in on Monday to rectify the situation. He agreed.

On Monday, Grace from Lemon Blossom did a phenomenal job correcting all of the issues, and both my wife and I were more than happy with the improvements. Coincidentally, the landlord also happened to drop by, and commented that the house was in such great shape that he wouldn't have to hire move-in cleaners!

Bobbi and her team are truly dedicated to ensuring Lemon Blossom's customers have a great experience, and I couldn't be more impressed with the aplomb with which they dealt with the variables thrown at them (the situatuons mentioned above, plus there was no water during both cleans!). There is a reason why there are so many 5 star reviews and one negative one from a bitter person unwilling to accept responsibility for a situation they created.

I'll be using Lemon Blossom again for my new home move-in in August! Couldn't be happier with the customer service and communication we received.

Bobbi and her staff at Lemon Blossom Cleaning Service are a pleasure to have in my home. They are friendly and professional and provide the best cleaning service I have ever had. They are thorough and efficient and, at the end of each cleaning, their work is inspected by a senior staff member to ensure customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend giving Bobbi a call for any and all types of cleaning jobs. You will not be disappointed.

We really wish we had read these reviews before we hired this company. We too had a horrible experience and deeply regret ever hiring them to clean our clients newly renovated home before they moved in. We contacted them last week and spoke with Bobbi, the owner, who assured us that they would provide a deep clean and that they had experience with renovation cleanings. We explained that the home recently had hardwood floors installed as well as the entire interior was freshly painted and we requested that they didn’t clean the newly painted surfaces. Most of the floors were covered with cardboard to protect them during the move in but all of the baths, kitchen and utility floors had existing ceramic tile. We were quoted over $500 for 3 people to clean for a 3 hour time span. The house looked like it had not even been touched. When I called to complain, the owner became irrate and defended her cleaning crew. She proceeded to tell me that the floors were concrete as I explained that they were ceramic tile. Instead of taking the professional approach, Bobbi continued to blame us for having a dirty home which is why we called them in the first place. The home was dusty due to the work that had taken place. We gave them an opportunity to come back to finish the job that they started but they refused. We do not recommend this company and will never use their services again.

We are so happy we found Taylor Maid! We have scheduled bi-weekly cleanings and Marisol and her team do a great job. We have wood, granite, marble, stainless steel, and high ceiling fans. All of it is clean, polished, and not damaged by inexperience. We also have a pack of dogs. Their hair, tracked in dirt, and nose prints on the glass doors are gone. They are bonded and insured, so consider risk when comparing prices. They do better than I can do, when I can find time, so the house is cleaner than it has been in years. Taylor Maid's service is a much appreciated stress reliever!

The office was very prompt in communicating a small delay in the crew’s arrival. The crew was organized and thorough, doing a great job with cleaning a 6500 sq. ft. house. They even attended to the garage floor at my spouse’s request. I would recommend them to anyone wanting courteous, professional cleaning services!

Clarissa, Briana, and Marie came out today for a deep clean, and it was such a wonderful experience! They were through, professional, and kind. An inspector came through once they were done as well, and she found a few things that she asked them to re-do or complete, which was an awesome added touch. The entire experience was great, with exceptional customer service every step of the way!

I still have floor boards that are still dirty and things were not wiped down, vacuumed or mopped. The light fixtures and fans were not completely dusted. I am very sad 😞 about the amount I paid and the service. They even came back to fix it and I didn’t think I had to go in and inspect everything for the 3rd time bc I trusted the cleaning crew.

My kitchen counter was not fully wiped down.

All cobwebs were not taken out, things were still not dusted, floors where not fully mopped or swept, it says dust behind window seals but they didn’t do that in the master bedroom and windows were not wiped.

All of the negative reviews for this company are LEGIT. I didn’t think it was even possible, whatever the owner responds to on this don’t fall for it or you’ll be sorry just like I am. While I understand the company had a confusion on my clean, the owner was rude when she said, “you got what you paid for.” Which was three hours of cleaning a master bed/bath, a hallway, stairs, half bath and full bath. They left my house still dirty because they didn’t make it clear I was supposed to say what I wanted in a certain order. Find another company. So unprofessional. I’m sure when she responds on here she will bring up my two dogs and two short hair cats and how the first clean was over 7hrs of clean and I should have been charged $300. I don’t mind paying for a job, but paying $160 for one person to spend three hours on my upstairs is insane. If I could attach a video I would. I shouldn’t have to clean after cleaning people left, which I now have to do.

Lemon Blossom came to my home to do a deluxe cleaning. They are the best service I have ever used to date. The girls were professional and sweet. Nothing was missed! They even had an inspector glove test the entire home before leaving. I will most certainly be using again! I have super high cleaning standards & they met them, and then some!

My little house has gone through several transitions over the years. Recently, I have become a mad woman in trying to declutter and organize my house. My reward was to have a deep cleaning by Lemon Blossom Cleaning Services. This is a three hour cleaning on my 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Oh....My...Word!!! Lemon Blossom Cleaning Services surpassed my expectations! My ceiling fans have never looked so clean. Areas I did not expect to be cleaned were gleaming! I walked into a house that smelled clean without knocking me over with the overwhelming smell of bleach!
Now, I did get a sweet note that said my house needed more care than they realized. While some people might be put off by such a note, I totally understood because this was an overwhelming job, and yet they went above and beyond doing the very best job they could! I was still dealing with items from decluttering and never got to prep my house for Lemon Blossom Cleaning Services. Admit it, you too "clean your house" before you hire someone to clean, LOL! I probably should have waited before I asked Lemon Blossom for their wonderful help, but I was so excited, I just could not wait!!

There are going to be some people who will say the money is too much, but you get what you pay for. You want quality? Lemon Blossom Cleaning Services is quality and worth every penny I spent. I will be using them again, and actually want to get on their scheduled cleaning.

Since I first called them Lemon Blossom has given me such a great service! Appointments are automatically registered and you get a reminder before in case you need to change it.

On cleaning day Jessica showed up on time and did a great job with our apartment! We also got a call the day after to double check everything was to our liking. Definitely feel taken care of by a reliable service.

We hired lemon blossom to clean our home a few weeks before our child was born, for a deep clean. We saw they had great reviews and was excited to try them out. Our house is well maintained.. we just wanted a professional service to come clean so that we didn’t have to deep clean our home in the final weeks of pregnancy/ getting ready for the baby to come. They quoted us $230 for a deep clean of our 1600 square foot home.. we thought this was a little pricey, but for a deep clean, probably worth it! Our home is a 3 bedroom home that we just moved into less than 6 months ago (2 of the bedrooms have never been used. One is a spare room that has nothing in it besides a few decor items we have not hung in our house yet. The other room is our nursery, that has only been used to set up the room and organize/clean/prepare for the baby's arrival).

The team got to the house at 12:30 and ended at about 4:00. Later, when inspecting the home.. it was very disappointing. The house just smelled like bleach, Didn’t smell nice and clean at all. The countertops still had sticky residue on parts of it. I swept the floor and it was shocking at how much was left. They left our toilet brush (the one you clean inside the toilet with) on top of our toilet.. along with our bath mat. They didn’t wipe down our sliding glass back door and baseboards were in the same condition as before they came (they advertise that baseboards would be wiped down). Overall, the cleaning was just not what we had expected based on the companies advertised "spring cleaning". When we reached out to the company to tell them that we did not get the service we paid for (a deep clean). They responded with “sorry the service didn’t meet your expectations. Our team did the best they could do.” And went on explaining their pricing and time the crew was there and said our home was more soiled than an “average soiled” home... since it took their crew so long and it still was “less than perfect”..

I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. You end up paying WAY too much for a basic cleaning job that was advertised as a deep/spring clean. If you have a home that is anything more than spotless, you probably will not qualify for a “average soiled” home with this company and will be disappointed in your service. I hate having to write this review, but we would not have hired them if we saw that others had this experience as well. Maybe we just caught them at an off time..

Our house desperately needed cleaning after we moved out several months ago and put it on the market. Bobbi at Lemon Blossom Cleaning was very friendly and helpful. Her team made two trips out to our house and took pictures so that we could see what a wonderful job they had done. The price of the cleaning was very reasonable for such an extraordinary and thorough job! Thank you!!!

Johanna is so professional and has great attention to detail. I’ve been using lemon blossom since May 2022 and each time Johanna is scheduled for my cleaning, everything is done well. Today Ashelyn was with her, and they made a great team without missing anything! They both were professional and did a great job. They were understanding of our dogs and our needs! The time spent saving on cleaning is priceless!

I couldn't have asked for a better cleaning experience. Very professional, and through. They have a very streamlined estimate process, fair prices and a very clear and concise set of expectations. They sent 3 cleaners to take care of my crazy overrun house. And at the end of the service they sent a separate person to do a quality control check. We are a very busy house, constantly working and dealing with the kids, cleaning always seems to be a real challenge. We just signed up for biweekly cleanings, and we are super excited about being able to enjoy a super clean house on a regular basis without having to spend hours and hours out of our already hectic schedules to get it accomplished.

This is the first time I've used a cleaning service, so I don't have anything to compare it to. That being said, they did a great job! I keep my home pretty clean, but I wanted a service to come in once a month to help with some of the areas I hate cleaning, namely the bathroom.

The team was here on time and super nice. I'm working from home, so I thought it would be a little odd being there, but that wasn't the case. Again, the three team members that took care of the job were very nice and personable.

What REALLY sold me, was the nice young lady who showed up once they were done to double check to make sure the job was up to their standards. I very much appreciated this as she pointed out a few items I didn't see.

This is my first experience with this this company, and I plan on using them once a month to supplement my cleaning.

Amazing!! I have a hard letting strangers in my house especially to clean because they go through the whole house. The two ladies that showed up were very professional and nice. They cleaned much more than I expected. The coffee pot, all the soap scum and hard water off the glass shower, mopped the entire house and even folded the toilet paper! They took all the garbage out and replaced the bags. This company is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you cleaning team!!!
