"Love My Clean Home" has cleaned my home for over a year now and I am completely thrilled with their service everytime. As a professional with a large family, they are a tremendous help. The staff and owners are extremely accommodating and professional. Their prices are very reasonable and clear cut, there are never any surprises. If you are looking for a cleaning service, I recommend giving them a try.

Service starts out ok and price is good but quality declines. Several broken items that were never reimbursed. Used them loyally for a long time. Asked one question about my bill after receiving an automated notice that my invoice from the previous day's cleaning was paid. I hadn't personally paid it but sent them the notice I received that said it was paid, thinking my wife had paid it. I was threatened, told I wasn't paying invoices (100% untrue), treated like a criminal and scum of the earth by the owner.

Direct quote from the owner:

"I bee calling you but you did not pick up the phone.
You know you have not paid that invoice, we don't have a credit card on file and you did NOT pay my employees on site.
SO how did you pay yesterday cleaning?
This invoice need to pay TODAY and I will not wait for you 7 to 15 day to pay like you are use to do.
If You have any questions please do NOT email me back or call the office, this need to be arranged between you and me personally

A few years ago I had my tall windows cleaned -- inside and out. "Love My Clean House" did such a fantastic job that I decided to use them again. They were as professional,thorough and considerate as they were years ago. I highly recommend "Love My Clean House."

Absolutely the best service I have ever experienced. They not only cleaned our gutters, they also removed a years accumulation of leaves and sticks from the eves of our house, AND they bagged the debris!
I love these guys and will certainly use them every year from now on.

This was my first time using Love My Clean House... As far as the cleaning, they did a great job. Everything was spotless, our floors looked good, and I was very pleased. Their pricing was also great! However, they were an hour late and called me an hour after they were already supposed to be there, to tell me they couldn't find the house. Something else that bothered me was that they rearranged several things in the house, some of which they put in different rooms. I understand having to move things around to clean, but not to the point where you're moving them from one location to the other, completely re-doing the way it was before. I would more than likely use them again, but I would definitely ask for another team to be sent out.

I am updating my previous positive review to reflect recent events. I have used this company in the past to clean my home, and have referred them to several friends, and recommended them on Nextdoor. A friend of mine used them to clean her house in Allen several times without incident, and recently hired them to clean her rent house in Dallas before her new tenants moved in. That is where the problem occurred. She booked a 5 hour cleaning (2.5 hours with a team of two). They did a crappy job, and were only there for an hour, but instead of complaining and potentially getting the maids in trouble, she decided to call the office and see if they would lower her rate, since they were only there for an hour. She called and spoke with two different females on two different occasions. Both of which told her they may knock $20 or so off her bill, but they would have to check with someone and call her back. She never received that call back. Several days later, she called again, and asked for Jonathan, the owner. She was told he would call her back. He did not. The next thing she knew, she had been sent a collections agency (only 10 days after the cleaning)!!! She again called and asked for Jonathan. Was told he was out of town, but explained the situation to someone claiming to be his uncle. He was unsympathetic, and basically told her she refused to pay, so she was sent to collections. She had NOT refused to pay! She had been trying to pay them ever since the cleaning! She did pay the bill right then and there, but long story short, this company dropped the ball on communication. I don't know if they didn't make the connection that this was an established client already, or if they just didn't care, but they have now lost 2 clients over this. I am a business owner myself, and would NEVER treat a client like this. I am retracting my recommendation on Nextdoor also, and am embarrassed I ever referred them to anyone.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work done on my windows! I was looking out my patio windows and wondered when they were going to put the screen s back on until I looked closer. Then I realized the screens were so clean I could hardly see them and the windows were sparkling clean, too!

I have already recommended Juan to several friends and family.

Love to book on-line & see the schedule available, the girls usually do a wonderful job, they have been very good about calling if they are running behind or ahead. Overall I have been pleased but it's important to communicate what needs to be done. I would really like it if they focused more on the floors whether it be carpet, tile, or wood. I have recommended this Company to folks.

I had my windows cleaned by Love my Clean House for the first time. They did a great job inside and out. The two men put shoe covers over their shoes to be sure they didn't track any dirt into my house. I took advantage of their $99 special and I would use them again.

Juana crews are friendly, efficient and thorough. They are great at Windows; which they've done several times for us; and the house-cleaning teams are so very careful with our home. We rely on them regularly to help keep our home clean. We highly recommend Love My Clean House!

We have used this company a few times. The first two times they were prompt and did a nice job. However, the past 2 times scheduling has been an issue. One appointment it was 45 min past arrival time, and I had not recieved a call. When I called, the owner was unapologetic and said "he was planning on calling". Then this most recent time, I booked an appointment via their online services and was notified the day before that since they didn't have many houses to clean they are coming 2 hours earlier. This was not an option as I booked at the time I needed them for a reason. I had this appointment booked for 3 weeks. The crews seem nice and do a good job, but due to poor management and a "you need us more than we need you" attitude we will be using other services from now on.

I contacted Love My Clean House to complete a move-out and window cleaning job as I prepared to list my house for sale. They did a great job of cleaning the house from top to bottom. The window cleaning was done, and made me wish I had cleaned the windows before. No complaints about the service or price.

Maria and Carlos did an EXCELLENT job this week! I didn’t know what to expect before their visit. They arrived on time and with friendly faces. They were professional and cleaned very well. In addition, they use a special vacuum that leaves your carpet looking and feeling amazing! I am very pleased with their services and will definitely use them again. Thanks again Maria and Carlos!

These guys did a gutter cleaning job on our two story home a few days ago. They were here on time as scheduled, did a great job, and finished up very quickly. I have used Juan before and will continue to recommend his great service.

I had originally given a good review but I feel I must update it after the final cleaning. This business started excellent, excellent price too but it started going downhill quickly. I had overlooked some things that were not cleaned but this last cleaning could not be ignored. I found our cell phone chargers hanging off the kitchen counter caught in the utensil drawer and the other one beside the microwave. I do not mind them using the chargers but put them where they were not thrown on kitchen counters! Also on the kitchen counter was a Fuzzy Taco tumbler filled with a strong smelling chemical and a dirty sponge and we have inside pets that could have been harmed or this could have been spilled on our recently installed porcelain floors. Also on the kitchen counter was a half eaten snack bag of Oreos. Again, they can eat and even help themselves to some of our snacks but do not leave them laying around for me to clean up after you! The kitchen trash can was left without a liner, a wastebasket was left on top of our washing machine. Then when they left, they left the key under the mat where any burglar looks at immediately! I leave it in a area that cannot be seen or easily found not under the mat! I don't like writing bad reviews without a chance for the company to correct or address the issue. I even said I can overlook some issues as we all have bad days but to this day there has been no response and this was about a month ago. They only sent a warning to pay my invoice 4 days after the visit when they had just sent it to me the day before! Maybe they treat every customer different, but I want the same good service others receive. I will never use this company again and guess it is true, you get what you pay for. I imagine the owner will reply to this review just know I have pictures and email sent to he company to support my review.

Fast and convenient online booking. Reminders sent via email is a nice touch. Arrived on time and after initial walk through and describing the areas to focus on the crew was finished slightly ahead of the allotted time. Very pleased with the results and my wife was very happy to come home to a clean house after a long vacation. Great service and price!

The team at My Clean House is always friendly and do a wonderful job! I LOVE the ability to schedule and reschedule appointments online. I've used them for regular cleaning and carpet cleaning, both jobs were done with the utmost professionalism and detail.

Was great but over the years they kept changing cleaners who can’t even clean the water residue left on top of furniture. Was so bad I just had to call into the office and ask the ladies to leave. Management is a joke and their website is falling apart. Cant even spell the most basic words right, embarrassing. If you’re looking for cleaners, look elsewhere.

I NEVER personally asked your ladies to leave. I called your office first to let you know what happened and your receptionist asked them to leave. Apparently this company works on a “complain once and we blacklist you” motto. The fact that the owner doesn’t even know what’s happening in his own business is sad.
And to add to this, they put regular dish washing soap in my dishwasher, which broke it! My husband was able to fix it but the fact that they call this professionally trained is a joke since this is an obvious for dishwashers. Most of the time your cleaners were on their phone but I did not complain.

I have used this service a few times, mostly in response to monthly specials. I responded to an email deal of 4 hours of cleaning for $99. They sent three people for one hour and said that was the equivalent of 4 hours of cleaning. That math doesn't add up for me. Cleaning was passable but definitely rushed. Some corners missed, floors with some soap residue that weren't rinsed well enough -- not enough to really complain about, but not the service I expect. They said they would arrive at 1, but came a few minutes after noon, throwing off the schedule I planned. I agree with the reviewer that said quality declines with repeat visits. I will find another service.

Regarding your reply -- they arrived at 12:10, but since I was expecting them at 1, they had to wait until I arrived home. They started working at 12:30 and ended at 1:30.

After reading several good reviews, I was disappointed in the service provided. Maybe it was just my team. I purchased 6 hours, they only worked 5. I was informed they don’t do baseboards though I thought this was a “deep cleaning”.They forgot mirrored doors but did them when I brought to their attention. After they left I noticed they did not clean the wet bar or mirror. Light dusting only on blinds. Some items were not returned to their place after cleaning. What they did, they did reasonably well. The owners said I could have an extra hour on future services and their commncications were good. I also had windows cleaned and while not perfect, they looked very good.

Yes, I really DID “Love My Clean House”. Thanks for a beautiful job done. I had my windows cleaned, upstairs and downstairs, inside and out. The technicians were courteous, professional, fast. A very professional job. The price was extremely affordable too. We have used “Love My Clean House” before and will do so next time for sure. Recommend highly.
