Terrible, shoddy work. Not thorough. Inflated prices. There are too many issues to list. The Faithful Cleaners aren't so Faithful.

And don't write them a check in August (early) because they will wait and cash it when you need it most...Christmas time!!!

I recently moved into my home and my old cleaner didn't want to make the drive. I worked with two other cleaners and I noticed the cleanings were not great. When I spoke with Alex and his team they were so understanding and helpful. Ericka came over and she such a great job my home hasn't looked this clean since I moved in! I recommend using this company for all your home cleaning needs!

Tiara and Marie did an awesome move out clean on my apartment. Once I was moved just did not have the energy. The Faithful Cleaners came in quickly and cleaned everything so well.

The lady who came to clean our house, Tiara, is fantastic! She was mobbed by our 4 French Bulldogs and she loved on them as well. Our home looks and smells great! She is now our preferred cleaner!

I had my house cleaned by 2 hardworking, courteous, and efficient women. Hannah and Tiara were on time and did a great job, helping me out after recent surgery.

Very disappointed in the deep cleaning service we received. Showed up with one person for a 3500sqf $500 deep clean. Did a very poor job. Left stains, dust, sponges, debris on our floors. Owner did offer to come re-clean, but as a business you really get one chance with a brand new customer and I wasn’t about to have them back. Took a L on the wasted money and moving on. Leaving an extra star since they did at least offer to come back.

Had very good experience with Faithful Cleaners. Hanah did a wonderful job. She was friendly, respectful and very professional. We liked Hanah and immediately requested that she is the one who comes for our next service.

My husband and I have been trying to unpack, but the house was left a mess from the previous tenants, so I reached out to Faithful Cleaners to ask for a deep clean in areas that were accessible around our packing boxes. Hannah came out and I showed her the areas that I was concerned with and she did a fantastic job! I was very happy with the work she did and would be happy to have her back anytime.

Olivia did a deep cleaning on my house. After she completed the cleaning my home looked spectacular! I liked her work so much I asked that she return twice a month to do the regular cleaning.

I hired this company for a deep cleaning service and was told it would be a two-person job. However, only one cleaner showed up — and she seemed unaware that she was supposed to do a 2-person job that day. The cleaner herself was clearly doing her best. She even worked more than seven hours trying to get everything done, which I really appreciated.

Unfortunately, because she was alone, the cleaning ended up feeling rushed and incomplete. The first few areas she cleaned looked great, but the rest of the house didn’t receive the same attention to detail. I also had to finish two loads of laundry myself after she left (despite paying for the laundry add-on).

To make matters worse, my curtain rod was pulled down (likely an accident because the job was rushed at the end) but I wasn’t notified when it happened, I had to find out after she left. While the owner later came to rehang it, I was still charged the full deep cleaning price, even though the service I received didn’t match what was promised.

I reached out directly to share my feedback but never received a response. While I truly appreciated the cleaning ladies effort and the company’s ability to fit me in last minute, the overall experience left me disappointed — especially given the cost and lack of follow-up.

Olivia did an excellent job cleaning my home in McKinney. She was punctual, thorough, and left everything spotless and fresh. I really appreciated her attention to detail and professionalism, I highly recommend!

The ladies were hard workers and did a great job cleaning the blinds,fans and also took all my curtains down so l could wash them. My first deep cleaning and more to come

Had Faithful Cleaners do a new home move in ready cleaning. 2 ladies came and did a great job, professional, courteous and place is really clean now.

This was a great clean!!! If you have a house or an apartment, I would absolutely recommend these guys. They did a wonderful job.

They made a huge difference. I didn’t expect them to be as thorough as they were. Honestly it was really surprising. The owners are friends, but I still looked around at other prices and compared services and they were the best option. They got into baseboards, light fixtures, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. I have a lot more pictures but can only upload ten. I would 100% recommend them to all of my friends and family needing any cleaning done!

The Cleaning with Hazel is very nice, she does our clinic cleaning and the payments and schedule is easy to do. Communication is easy and they always ansuer the phone.

We contacted Hazel's Cleaning Service for a move out clean. Hazel was so helpful in answering any questions and setting up our appointment. The lady that came to clean was so kind and professional. She did a fantastic job cleaning! We will definitely use Hazel 's Cleaning Services again and recommend them to anyone.
