This cleaning service is amazing. I hired them to help me deep clean a friend's house. They arrived on time and worked for a solid five hours without taking even one break. My sister was also helping that day and was in awe of these young women. (My sister had owned a cleaning service and knows how hard it is to train people to clean well.) I am an excellent housekeeper myself and set a high bar - especially when paying for a "professional." I was not disappointed. I would hire them again and am happy to recommend them to others.

This was my first time using this service. I have been with another company for years but they were no longer able to accommodate my specific requests. Hazel’s team were great. They came in and knocked out the house in less time than expected. They used the products I wanted what them to use. My house looks and smelled great. I will definitely be signing up. If I could give more stars I would.

Hazel’s cleaning services should be the go-to for everyone! I called in a last minute move-in clean and they were here the next day, making our home spotless from ceiling to floors. The ladies were incredibly kind and pointed out things to be repaired or replaced which helped immensely with our move-in inspection checklist. I’ll definitely be calling again!!!

Had whole home cleaning done...and was blown away by the results. Window blinds, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, dining, floors...everything was cleaned top to bottom. Will definitely keep on a schedule. Great value. My home smells so clean.

We get a cleaning every two weeks. Before "The Cleaning Force," my wife and I were constantly at odds over how dirty everything was and how it felt like there was more dog hair than house.

Thanks to Alexis, there's peace in the house once more, and we are no longer choking on dog hair.

Several things were overlooked. One bathtub not cleaned. Dirty spoon and the soonest was dirty too. I have specific instructions on how to make our bed. He did not do it right. We had to remake the bed. Could I have the same person come every time? Not this one but one I like.

This is the first time to use Cleaning Force and I am extremely pleased with how my house looks. Caleb did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend

This was the ONLY professional cleaning company that allowed me to choose the price plan of cleaning that I wanted - payment amount set upfront when everyone else told me what I had to do plus said no set price until job was finished. Great for budgets!! Style of communication was very clear and efficient from beginning to end!

We’ve been using TCF for a little over a month now to handle routine cleaning at my elderly grandparents home. Our experience has been a little rocky in that our first few cleanings haven’t been consistent.

We were initially assigned a cleaner who was a brand new employee. Unfortunately, as sweet and kind as she was, she also made a few comments during her first 3 visits about not really liking her new job. Now, I have no issue with the fact that she felt cleaning houses wasn’t for her - I completely get that it’s hard work and it’s definitely not for everyone. However, the quality of her cleaning visits also reflected this disinterest she felt. She quit soon after.

This week, we had someone new come to our home - Penelope. While she wasn’t part of the crew that performed our initial deep clean, she kicked off her work with a solid first impression. Not only was she very cordial and friendly, but she was a total trooper navigating rooms with our pets, and her first cleaning of our home was great. The bathrooms smelled lovely, the carpets and rugs were left spotless and fluffed, and the counters and floors were spotless. She even agreed to go back to the main bedroom and change the sheets towards the end of her visit, as we forgot to set them out before she arrived.

House got damaged multiple times and they won’t accept responsibility. This isn’t right especially when the owner is ex law enforcement. Never go here! I use a company called The Cleaning Authority and they are much better. I’m an entrepreneur myself so I know what it takes to run a great business with integrity and this is definitely not what the stars say lol By the way, the cleaning were a hit or miss. One time they spilled candle wax all over my kitchen granite top counter and cabinets the tried to hide it and clean it themselves. I used this service for about a year and they were great at first but that was it.

We were very pleased with their service. After our home sold, they came in to do a deep cleaning prior to the new owners moving in and did a fabulous job. Less for us to worry about during a stressful time. Many thanks!

I hired this company for a move out cleaning for a house I was renting and chose the “deep cleaning package”. I met the owner of the place 2 days later for a final walkthrough and had to spend 3-4hrs cleaning the home after paying this company to have it done. They did clean the oven, cook top, and three toilets but that’s it. The floors were not done, not even swept much less mopped. The baseboards were not touched. Cabinet doors were not cleaned or even wiped down. Ceiling fans were quite dusty, they were not wiped down. Windows weren’t touched either. I called the office, emailed pictures of the insufficient work and said I’d wait to see how they resolved things before leaving a review. The receptionist I spoke to was nice, she had to send the pics to her boss and I was told the boss would call me. This boss made the receptionist call me back and offer a $50 refund. A good manager, a leader, would call the customer himself/herself and not make a lower level employee do their job. Pretty much on par with the service I got. Had I not gotten the service during “a 50% sale”, and had paid the full $500 for someone to clean 3 toilets and an oven things would have gone further than a bad review. I got approximately 25% of what I paid for. I’d advise against using this company.

I was brought into the Cleaning Force family after a previous company referred me. I’ve been so happy with them! Stephanie always does a great job. She is sweet to my dogs. My house is always sparkling clean and smells wonderful when she is done. I’m so thankful for her and all her hard work.
