This company is a third party company that just hires other cleaners to do the job and charge you double! I would give zero stars if I could. I scheduled for a deep cleaning and they sent people that did not a single thing. Total scam!

I got great value for my money once again. I’m sticking with Cleaner Vibe for a very long time. The lady came right on time and was very meticulous. Now my house in Texas looks as good as new again. Kudos

They were prompt, polite and friendly. Cleaned thoroughly. Only problem was with the master bathroom floor felt sticky. After Elisabeth redid it, it was fine. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the work of Cleaner Vibes. They came in and got right to work. I am especially pleased with the kitchen and main floor of the home. They were professional and asked questions about things they weren’t sure about and I always appreciate that. I will use them again.

I scheduled an appointment for 11 am on Sunday august 27 in advance to have my house cleaned. When 11 am came around I had called cleaner vibe to see where is the crew because it had reached 11:35 am. The employee on the phone had spoken to me and said the crew isn’t answering give them 5 minutes if not we will send you someone els by 1 pm. I waited confused to how can they not inform me until I reached out in the first place keeping in mind I had booked days before the cleaning took place. When 1 pm came around still no one showed up and when I called back she said the employees will be at my house in 30 minutes. So 1:45 pm came and one employee showed up saying I don’t know what I am supposed to do I just got a call to come here and on top this she had no cleaning equipment what so ever!!. My home was a scheduled to have 3-4 employees come and deep clean yet they sent one lady who has no clue why she is here and said I don’t have stuff to clean with as if they found a stranger in a street and sent them. Horrible horrible time management very unprofessional wasted my day because I waited around all day on false hope they will clean my house when all they did was waste my time. They tried to charge me a cancelation fee but will not put up with it after everything they had done today. Very unfortunate when I had requested the highest of service and offered to pay more to get the job done yet they came up short. Very disappointed

The ladies that came were very detailed, professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the work that they did and in the time frame they did it. They were quick and efficient. Our home smells and looks great! Thank you!

We use cleaner vibe for a monthly cleaning and they do an amazing job! Professional, friendly, always on time, and flexible if we need to adjust the schedule because of work travel, etc. Highly recommend!

Cleaner Vibe REALLY helped me out in a pinch!! I had booked a different company for a deep cleaning before family came for Thanksgiving. The other company canceled on me day-of, leaving me totally unprepared for company and in desperate need of help. I was working with tight time constraints, but Cleaner Vibe bent over backwards and went the extra mile to make it happen for me. SO thankful I found them!!

Service was very thorough for our home as we are moving out. The ladies who cleaned for us were nice and worked diligently and the price was affordable and well spent. Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it!

Had my first cleaning today and my cleaner, Natalie, was here promptly and did an absolutely amazing job. She cleaned crevasses I didn’t even know existed in my home! I have used other cleaners/cleaning services before but this blew them all out of the water. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were a team that arrived on time. Very professional. Checked in with me throughout the clean, brought their own supplies. The asked for any special instructions did a deep clean including doors, cabinets, baseboards and vents. Office confirmed appointment and checked in after.
You could tell the attention to detail in each room.

I would highly recommend cleaner vibes and will definitely be hiring them again! My cleaner Idaina was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning. As a new mom struggling to keep up with the cleaning between many other responsibilities she definitely helped me out big time !

Sad to see that i wasnt the only one with this situation . I wish i could give the zero stars. I was trying to do a surprise for my mom for mothers day and i agree with them on the times and they said they could come and clean they pretty much told me it was totally posible , 5 miutes before the appointment i text them and I was told that an emergency happened and my cleaners were unable to make it. We rescheduled for the next day, I got a call 10 min before scheduled arrival time, again not able to come. Now i keep emailing them / calling and texting them because i keep getting warnings that they will come and clean my house which I NEVER schedule . Do not book with them unless you want to wonder if they are coming or not!

Three really cool ladies showed up and went to work. They were very polite, quick and thorough. They cleaned out 3 levels 5 bedroom in about 3hrs. They did a really good job. Thanks!

Heidi and her colleague were professional, kind, friendly, and thorough. I thought I had been doing a good job of cleaning my house but they proved that I was barely an amateur. I loved what they did and will definitely reach out again in the future.

Best Cleaning help ever! So considerate and thoughtful. They really went the extra mile with breaking down a garage full of boxes and an excellent job with move out cleaning. 10/10 will definitely recommend!

Love Love Love working with cleaner vibe. They have cleaned our home that we use as an air bnb during summer and they do an amazing job every-time! If I ask for tweaks, they are always open to making the adjustments.
