Beware if you are using the move-out service. 1 star for the ease of booking online, or the review would be 0 stars. I wanted to support a local business, but should've gone with a big corporate provider I guess? I paid for add-ons as part of a move-out service that I did not receive. When I checked the home days later as part of my walk-through with the landlord, I discovered things uncleaned and not done entirely.

It took many days to finally get an itemized invoice after multiple requests. When I asked for one, the response was, "what did you buy?" I think as the business you should know what I bought. Perhaps this is why the maid who cleaned the home didn't do everything that I paid for - even she didn't know what was on the to-do list.

When I emailed pictures and asked for a modest refund (less than 20%) to supplement what was partially done and what wasn't done at all, I was told there is a 24 hour window per their agreement to raise issues so they can re-clean. Since my service was move-out, the home was vacant, and I didn't return until the landlord met me with keys. I already cleaned what was missed.

I ended up cleaning more things on my own and am filing a dispute with my credit card. I was offered a $15 refund, or 10% after waiting for over a week to get things settled. For upwards of $450, I would expect better customer service.

Updated edit: Second time having them out and this is what we got. Mind you some of this soap scum was left behind the first time but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not pictured is the kitchen counters and floors. They both were as she explained only wiped down. It was very clear no product was used to scrub areas clean. The first time our house smelt like cleaning product. This time we didn’t notice a smell at all. The owner did not respond to my texts until late next day when I asked why there was no response. Her excuse was that it was after hours. It was 6pm and I have several texts from said person after 6pm prior to that. The quality of service was not as promised and the unprofessionalism I encountered to try and have the issue resolved is what has caused the edit of my review. I do not recommend this company at all. Over priced compared to others and way less quality of service. Also would like to point out the raving review I gave after the first time was after the owner asking me several times to please leave a review.

Graceful Maids exceeded our expectations! Very thorough and wonderful customer service. What one cleaning service told me couldn't be done, the professionals at Graceful Maids did without any hesitation. We will definitely recommend them every time.

Today was the first time I used Graceful Maids. I have never had my house cleaned professionally and I was nervous about getting help. I’m so glad that I did. The ladies were so kind and did a great job. My house smells and feels amazing. They even made my twins’ beds look so cute. I’m so excited to have them come back every month!

Buyer beware!
Graceful Maids is a mess of a house cleaning company. They trashed my brand new cooktop that was less than three months old and my new kitchen sinks that were only six months old after a full kitchen renovation.

Whichever of the three ladies that cleaned my kitchen TRASHED my cooktop and double sinks by using a scrubber that left both items completely scratched. I don't even use one of those sinks. It's my drying sink. Deep scratches everywhere. I'm just glad she didn't bother to clean the the fridge doors, dishwasher and microwave. Thank god! She would have killed those too!

But listen...I can't prove it. I dont have cameras. So I can just live with the damage or re-buy $1800 worth of new kitchen items. They offered me a free cleaning...hard pass! Stay out of my house!

Easily the best service I've used. Friendly, punctual, effective, good price, flexible, responsive, trustworthy...what else can I say?! Amazing cleaning service, not just for basic cleaning...moving cleaning, oven cleaning... We love graceful maids.

I was amazed by their crew work. I have been in this country for more than a decade never saw such a fast paced ,clean service. Usually 2 people arrive they take 3-4 hrs to do each thing. graceful crew were of 4 arrived bit late . I wasn't comfortable at first but when they came in , it was like with in 40 min everything was done and All trash out , cleaned floors, perfect carpet. I was totally in shock with their service. I will totally recommend them 😊 👍 to any one

I’ve used Graceful Maids a few times for their deep clean services. They do a fabulous job! They are very professional, and it is so easy to set up an appointment. Love coming home after they have been here. ❤️

Mediocre 1 time general clean (2 bdrms, 3 baths) for $320! Today, our bathroom floors were mopped without being swept first. As new homeowners, 2 of our bedrooms are empty, and didn’t require cleaning. My spouse’s office was also not cleaned because he was in meetings while the cleaners were present. One of the cleaners was on the phone for the majority of their visit. They didn’t remove their shoes when walking in as if our shoes being outside wasn’t a sign to do the same! When a customer’s home is not being cleaned in its entirety, don’t overcharge! If it’s a one time clean, charge based on what is done! I was told that I was actually given a discount and that “as needed general cleans” are 359.99 minus the 8.25% tax and cc fee, etc. My oven was wiped down and out because it wasn’t filthy. I was told that we received that service for free! What a ripoff! Please avoid! The services aren’t worth it!

If I could give this company zero stars I would They charged me four hundred dollars and still did not actually clean the house The owner promised to come back and make it right but when they returned she complained instead of fixing the problems I clearly told them not to go into my closet yet they went in anyway and even knocked down the camera I had inside

This company is completely unprofessional rude and has no sense of customer service They did not clean they did not listen and they still had the audacity to charge four hundred dollars

They also broke my toilet paper hanger off the wall
I’m also missing money, which is the reason I told them not to go in my closet because that’s where I was missing the money out of and then yet they went in the closet again and knocked the camera down
The owner says she was going to come back out because she sees how awful of a job they did, but then of course blamed it on me and how messy my house was but as soon as they get out after I made it a point to have my house very clean besides the stuff that they say that they clean which is wiping down services sweeping and vacuuming, which is insane to pay $400 for, but I just wanted to see what the experience was before leaving a bad review because I know mistakes happen They get to my house and she immediately starts making more excuses about how they won’t be able to do a good cleaning job

I was looking for a great new cleaner to come do an initial deep clean & then maintenance cleans once a month, so I googled “best cleaning service in the area” and Graceful Maids popped up after I’d scrolled through the sponsored ads! They had great reviews, fair pricing & availability for the day I needed, so I do an initial booking on the site & then they reached out to me a few hours later to confirm the details. Elma & Elizabeth came out and did a wonderful, very thorough job, cleaning every room, nook & cranny! They were super sweet & friendly, accommodating me by cleaning the area where I usually work during my lunch time so that the area would still be quiet while I was taking calls, and were so kind to my very friendly but very clingy black lab Luna 😂 they did the whole house (3000 sqft- 4br/4ba) in less than 5 hours & did a fantastic job! It ended up being a bit higher than originally quoted because there was water scaling in the showers that took more time (they tell you upfront that that would be an extra charge, so I appreciated the transparency!), but it was worth it for the great job that they did & I will definitely be using these wonderful ladies again!

The Graceful Maids team are good cleaners! They arrive and are organized and swift. We love that since we have dogs to occupy while they’re cleaning. Admin office is always responsive with details and date changes. We’ve been with Graceful Maids for almost 3 years and remain happy.
