I don’t use them at all. But one of their “technicians” walked into my backyard without knocking on our door to notify us. I was not home but my wife and 2 young kids were. My wife tried asking him why he was there through our security camera and he just kept doing his thing. She turned the alarm on and he just slowly walked down our side yard and out of view then stood in front of our home for 30 or so minutes. Wife and kids were very freaked out. I called the company to find out what was going on and they said they would call me shortly with answers but never called back. I find it highly unprofessional and stupid to trespass onto a property, especially in Texas. P.s my security cameras never have him walking to our front door to knock. Just walking down the side of our house and into my backyard.

Mr Kevin Johnson who service my home 1 week ago did a excellent job at my home he was very polite well mannered and very knowledgeable I felt safe with in my home.I want you to know what a great technician he is and a great representative of or customer.

The technician Kevin conducted a comprehensive pest control service covering both the interior and exterior areas of the property. The treatment included inspection and application of pest control solutions around baseboards, entry points, and high-risk areas inside the home. On the exterior, the technician treated the perimeter foundation, patio area, and potential nesting or entry zones to create a protective barrier against pests. All work was performed with attention to detail to ensure effective prevention and control of pest activity. He paid attention to details and was a respectful gentleman.

Kenny and Gary were my technicians for my service today and they were awesome! They explained what they were doing and how it will keep me bug free! They were thorough in the application and genuinely cared about my home.

Kevin was awesome! He was very thorough and explained everything he did and made sure I was aware of the things he saw during his visit. I was very happy with his service.

Kevin was very professional and took the time to educate me. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing, shared other options that may better serve our needs, and was very thorough with the actual work. I really appreciated the clear communication and attention to detail.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I signed a deal with them back in July and this past week they came back and claimed that they were missing my agreement with them and that I needed to sign a new one. When I asked what was different about this new claim, they lied to me and said that they were unable to find my agreement and that it didn't populate for them when they tried to look it up. Only after I pressed them further did Brandon Brown admit that they did have an agreement with me, but it was "filled out incorrectly". By this he meant that they needed to squeeze more money out of me. The price more than doubled. I shopped around and found a different company that gave the same coverage for a lower price (still more than my original offer from Home Team) and that didn't lie to me about "missing" my documentation.

I remain completely impressed with the service and professionalism of this organization. They have taken care of my pest control services for approximately nine years now. Management and specialist teams, exemplify, great expertise in all that they do. I will never change my services to any other provider, I love their trustworthiness and integrity above all, and I feel they are the best!!!

We’ve been using them a little over a year for our pest control and they provide great quality service. There was one occasion in the past that a tech was rushing through and didn’t even want to come in our home, and unfortunately we ended up with bugs during that quarter. I called the office to let them know what occurred and they sent someone else to thoroughly fumigate at no extra charge.

Today we had a new person come, Kevin, who came for our quarterly service, and he was incredibly thorough, took his time, and listened to my concerns to ensure we don’t have any issues during this quarter. I’ll definitely be asking for him to continue doing the service in our home.

I have been using this company since I moved into my new home 2 years ago to maintain my Taexx system and yard pest control. I have had issues not addressed. I had fire ants mounds completely visible in my front yard which were not addressed. I had to catch the technician two houses away to come back and address the issue. I also have ants in my house which I have to spray for on my own dime. Why do I pay them? Not sure I can I recommend their services until I am confident I am getting what I pay them on a quarterly basis. Hopefully they will change my opinion before I find another pest control company.

Alycia came by today to spray the house. She was fast and efficient. Spoke to her about the issues we’ve been having and she was very knowledgeable on how to handle everything. She did a great job and I really appreciate her :)

Home Team Pest Defense is a top notch company and Kenneth and Sarah did an amazing job today walking me through the entire service. For years, HomeTeam has done a great job of keeping my house and yards safe. The one who usually does the work is Joseph, and he is excellent. Joseph always looks carefully for signs of infestation, and he readily answers any questions I have. I highly recommend Joseph and HomeTeam.

We’ve had a really positive experience with HomeTeam Pest Defense, especially with Joseph Eakin, who has been working with us since we moved into our new-build home about two years ago. When we first moved in, we dealt with quite a few pest issues both inside and outside the house, which can happen with new construction. Joseph kept coming back as needed and was always patient and thorough, no matter how many re-treatments it took. Thanks to his persistence, things are now much more under control and the number of pests is minimal. Kenny did a great job with our initial start up visit. The very next day we were already seeing results from the application. Everything he did was explained to us in detail. He did the inside and outside of our home. We used Hometeam at our previous home and have had really good knowledgeable technicians.

Recently completed our first quarterly visit with HomeTeam and had an amazing experience! When determining the program we needed, BC was very helpful and prompt. The office staff then coordinated an appointment for us quickly (because we were already experiencing pesky pests!). Kevin came out to service our home and he was so kind and informative! He also was very meticulous throughout the appointment to ensure that all areas were addressed. We look forward to continuing business with HomeTeam!

Existing customer since 2020. On the quarterly routine treatment plan and annual termite inspection plan. I don’t use their fire ant treatment anymore because it didn’t work for us, for 2 years. Went with another fire ant treatment provider and their treatment works.

Even with that, our experience with HomeDefense remains stellar. Polite, knowledgeable and respectful staff. We have no plans to switch.
