Graceful Maids has been my go-to cleaning service for several years now. They consistently deliver high-quality cleaning services at a reasonable price. What I particularly appreciate is their efficient scheduling. They ensure that at least two or three cleaners are at the house simultaneously, which significantly reduces the time spent at my place.

I am so pleased with the service I get from Graceful Maids. They are by far the best maid service I've ever had. They are professional and courteous. They do a fabulous job. They do things as part of their weekly cleaning that other services either charge extra for or don't do at all.
Also, you get the same high quality of work every single time they come. Plus, all of the girls, no matter who I get each week, deliver the same extra special treatment.
I highly and thoroughly recommend Graceful Maids. You will not be disappointed. You will want to have them back over and over again.

First off let me say I booked this service less than 24 hours ago in dire need of my house getting cleaned. My apartment was honestly a wreck and the ladies helped me out so much it looks like I just moved in.

Wonderful customer service and crew! The 2 sweet ladies who did the move-out cleaning for me did a wonderful job. It took about 2-3 hours to finish, and they cleaned it very thoroughly. There was a slight miscommunication with the pricing, but the person I worked with was very responsive and willing to help. They even followed up with me to make sure I was all set. I highly recommend this company!

Graceful Maids was absolutely amazing. The communication as far as setting up the service as well as communication throughout was prompt and thorough. The ladies who serviced our house for the move-out cleaning were on time and efficient. The house and appliances looked pristine and we received our full deposit back. Great service. Had been using their service for a year now and very helpful team. Byron was excellent and very informative and so have been the other technicians that previously serviced my home.

The servicer was on time, professional and very thorough. He also made sure to address any questions I had and kept it very sanitary as he moved throughout the house. Quality service everytime!

Kevin came out today and took care of our pest control issues. He was amazing! Communicated with us everything he was going to do, and even sprayed the inside of the house for us. We are very happy with the service Kevin and HomeTeam Pest Defense provided for us!

Our Pest Tech for the initial treatment was Kenneth (Kenny) and he did a fantastic job communicating and was very punctual and educated. I was very happy with the professionalism that he presented to us!

Cameron was awesome! Super helpful and very knowledgeable. Had a few questions about rodents and he was able to tell me what to look for and placed out a rodent box. All around great guy! Highly recommend! Thank you Cameron

Kevin was a phenomenal technician. He promptly came out and diagnosed our problem (we had a recent ant infestation after heavy rains). He identified the entry points the ants were using and treated the house both inside and out. Further, he found multiple hornets’ nests inside fencing and several black widow spiders hiding in the garage. Kevin was extremely thorough and explained the treatment process and what appropriate follow up should be. I highly, highly recommend both him and the company he represents for your pest control needs.

HomeTeam helps keep my home pest-free. Their team members are reliable, courteous, and always professional. They provide quarterly services and are quick to come out anytime something becomes noticeable between visits, like ants or spiders. Highly recommend!
