I like the fact that they came back out when I wasn’t satisfied with services. However, there was a miscommunication from when I booked. I booked a deep cleaning on a day I wasn’t home and my teenage son was there. The person they sent only did a standard clean initially. Once I showed her the email confirmation with the fee I paid the following day she agreed to dust, mop, and address areas that were not touched previously. Since she was there a 2nd time I felt it was a bit rushed so I probably won’t use them again. I’ve spent less and gotten much better results in the past.

Cleaner Vibe was amazing! They did a deep clean for me and I’m so impressed. From the first phone call Ruth has been so helpful, very professional and very responsive. Great customer service and follow-up. The team that came to clean was friendly, efficient and cleaned above and beyond my expectations. I’ve now set up routine cleanings with them. I highly recommend!

I'm a realtor and needed to get a vacant house cleaned. This business was responsive and scheduled an appointment for the next business day. A team showed up and did a fantastic job cleaning the house. They were quick and efficient. It was a very thorough job.

We’ve used Cleaner Vibe 3 times now. The second time the service was rushed and not to our expectations. The first and last time the service was well done. The company is very responsive to scheduling and concerns. I say they are worth giving a try and hopefully they are working with their underperforming crews to do better.

I called for cleaning of my house after I moved out. I only had a 24 hour window before leaving town. The house cleaner Sonja was on time, detailed and did an amazing job. They gave me a fair price and were very easy to work with.

Did their deep clean option and was amazingly surprised by the results. It’s refreshing to see your home at a new level of “clean”.

My floors needed it after living with a pet for a few months and they did what a previous service couldn’t do. Plus, the cleaners were very prompt as well. I’d buy Cleaner Vibe’s service again.

Excellent. Excellent. I’m not sure of the other young lady’s name but Tonia was the one that greeted me at my door 15 minutes early. She was extremely personable and I knew I would be comfortable doing business with this company as soon as I met her. These two ladies did an amazing job cleaning my home. It smelled amazing when I got home and every room looks great. I look forward to the next time they come and very much enjoy the peace of mind with knowing I have someone that I trust and works hard to help me keep my house as clean as possible.

I appreciated the fact that they were able to get me in same day. That's no easy thing for any business! The reason for the 3 stars is because this company tends to match your budget only after you say "no" and the cleaning wasn't truly deep... I paid $300 and showed the lady the dirty window sill and dusty blinds in several rooms hadn't been done. She apologized and said her husband overlooked it and then she quickly resolved it but when you pay so much for deep cleaning, you don't expect those types of details to be overlooked. Also the floor was mopped but not thoroughly as I noticed some staining in the living room that I ended up cleaning easily with simple soap and water. I would recommend this company again for the fast response but not necessarily the crew that was assigned to me. And not necessarily too keen on having learned they could come down on pricing only after I said no the first time. Just be honest about final prices up front.

The booking was just as fast as the cleaning! Mara was super helpful with setting up our appointment. We promised an empty house for the move out cleaning. Unfortunately, we still had things all over the place. But our cleaner was very understanding and worked with us with moving things around as she cleaned. She did a great job and the smell of bleach is perfection! Highly recommended!

After having several bad cleaning experiences…Kary (and staff) have been able to change my mind. They were efficient and polite and did an excellent job with cleaning our home. We are extremely satisfied with how our house looks and feels. Five stars all around. Ask for Kary and her crew to come and clean your home. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you cleaner vibe for setting us up quickly and for allowing me to chose my own date and time.

I can't give it zero stars or I would! I scheduled my first ever home cleaning that my husband got me as a mother's day gift. I was so excited that I spent days clearing away clutter so they could get my counters spotless. I sat in my home for an hour and a half after the quoted arrival time, I finally called them to see what was going on. I was told that an emergency happened and my cleaners were unable to make it. We rescheduled for the next day, I got a call 10 min before scheduled arrival time, again not able to come. Set up again for the next day, no confirmation of my booking, no proof that anyone would come. I called hours later to cancel to be argued with on the phone to not cancel. Do t book with this company if you want your house cleaned!

I have multiple issues. I want to preface I paid $343.16 for a deep cleaning of a one bedroom one bathroom apartment that's around 630 square ft... very pricey i know. I went ahead and obliged due to reviews and the fact i wanted my home cleaned.

First off it's common courtesy and professional to let the customer know when the cleaning is almost done to see if it's up to their standard. If not that then at least have the decency to let someone know the job has been done so their door won't just be unlocked to the public.

Second, there are multiple stains of some black substance mainly by the area of the bathroom bedroom and hall. I have videos and photos proving that it was not there prior to the cleaners' arrival.

The tub was not clean, the trash was left outside of my door, trash pushed under my bed and dresser. I paid extra for my fridge and laundry room to be clean and neither are.Im not not sure they left my front door and/or patio door open during their time in my apartment but I came back to 12 flies and counting .

I would not recommend their services to a stray dog. The management and cleaners lack of communication with the customer, there's an unsatisfactory level of cleaning being done and honestly overpriced.

I have used this service multiple times and it has gone downhill over the last few months. My last 3 bookings they have shown up several hours late and done a horrible job… last time they closed my shower door and just ignored it entirely. One time the cleaner showed up without any products and asked me if I really wanted her to perform basic tasks like vacuuming the floors and cleaning surfaces/ tabletops. Every time their staff seems to have “an emergency” and can’t make it on time. One year ago they actually cleaned my house well! But we will no longer be using this cleaning service.

Great service. Sad that I didn't catch the lady who cleaned my place for me. But she was fantastic. She came in, we said hi to each other and she said cleaning lady. She checked the place out,asked me what I wanted and she just started cleaning. She did an amazing job. She did my dishes, organized my closet and drawers made my bed. She was awesome. Five stars for cleaner vibe.

CleanerVibe contracted us for landscaping projects, and working with them was a great experience. They were professional, organized, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We’d be happy to work with them again!

This is my first time using a cleaning service and I am very pleased! Cleaner Vibe was very prompt in responding and kept me updated throughout the whole scheduling process. Kendra was amazing and did an excellent job! My house looks beautiful and she even worked with my nosey cat following her around. They have excellent customer service, the price is good and quality of work is great. I have already scheduled my bi-weekly appointments I am so pleased! If you are on the fence about it, I would reach out, I wish I would have done it sooner.

I was quoted an amazing rate compared to some
other house cleaning services. Saving close to $200. We have a 2700 sq foot house and wanted a deep clean, I have two small children and my house has seemed to fall through the cracks most days. Obviously i can pick up but cleaning the windows, stair case, bath tubs etc I seem to never find the time. So hiring a service only made sense. I was happy that I hired them on Wednesday and they were able to come and clean by Saturday. The cleaning took about 4.5-5 hours and i was very happy with the results. There was a little bit of a language barrier but our cleaner was still friendly and efficient. I will definitely recommend to our neighborhood friends!

Karen was my cleaning lady. I spoke to the customer service woman Mar. Everyone was so professional and deliberate. My space is used for design engineering as well so please excuse my work.

I was not happy with my cleaning service, however, after photo review they parted ways with the crew they dispatched and issued me a full refund. I still need to find another company to clean my house now but they made things right. 3 stars for customer service alone.

Had our cleaning today after a big birthday party bash. Staff were very professional, and mindful as I was on calls for the most part. They did a great job and cleaned thoroughly. Very happy with the service! Scheduling staff was also very helpful and flexible.
