GM Meddia is awesome. She explanied how to take good care of plants, explained about fertilizers to use for various plants during different seasons. We always reach out to her for any gardening and highly recommend others.

Christian helped my son and I with our Christmas tree. Christian was a great guy, friendly, knowledgeable so helpful with getting the tree in my car (Dodge Challenger). If you are looking for Christmas trees or any other plants, flowers, or tress you should go to Moon Valley Nurseries and ask for Christian!

This place is amazing! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I called Madie. She was so friendly & helpful. I highly recommend Moon Valley Nurseries & Madie.

Walked in over the weekend to check the place out. Looking for some new flowers to plant in my front garden. Jason met me at the door and walked with me through the nursery. Showed me around, talked me through all my options and was just over all really helpful and insightful 👌. The nursery is beautiful with tons of options and I'll definitely be back!

From Brian's vision and helping me pick out what would work best for my backyard, to Bo and his team making the install process a total breeze, as well as a super high level of constant communication throughout...I can't say enough positive things about them. I'd give 'em 10 stars if I could!

Purchased couple thousand dollars of trees and bushes. The intake was easy and efficient but it stopped there. Once our contract was signed, we couldn't get a call back, a return email, nothing. We had to go up to the store to be told the person who originally helped us had left and moved to another state. Okay, no biggie. Can someone help us? Sure thing.... same issue. Once we left the store no communication. We finally got our plants and trees installed, and they cut our sprinkler line during install. 2 bushes died since we weren't aware they cut the line. Once we determined the issue and fixed it, I called to let them know. No return call. Horrible customer service. Will find a more efficient and customer focused store to move forward with our outdoor spaces.

Moon’s Nursery has an incredible selection of plants, shrubs, and brush — everything you’d need to bring a yard to life. Brian and the entire staff were outstanding! They were not only friendly and welcoming but also extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions and offering great advice. It’s rare to find a nursery where the team genuinely cares about helping you choose the right plants and making sure they thrive. Highly recommend this place for both beginners and experienced gardeners alike!

Excellent customer service! Antonio helped us pick out our tree and it was a quick and easy process. Bo and his team came by and planted it, and it looks great! Answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable.

I love this nursery! I feel like I stop by once a month. But couldn't ever make up my mind. Christian Hall is the new designer and he was so helpful, he made everything so simple. Told him what we needed and he was able to make recommendations so I wasn't trying to rely on chat gpt to tell me what plants to get.

Brian and his team are very professional and accommodating. He gave thorough explanation of the planting process and gave info on how to take care of the plants. Bo and his team did a good job in the delivery and planting, even added mulch on my existing trees which I did not purchase from them.

I purchased several bushes and a tree package from Moon Nurseries. This included one large tree and 2 medium trees, shrubs and 2 small trees for the flower bed. During the initial planting one of our trees ( the biggest tree ) blew down after a storm. A Moon Nurseries crew came and staked the tree. It blew down twice more before it was staked correctly. One of the original medium trees died and they replaced it due to their one year warranty. Since that time they have offered to replace the 2 medium trees with new trees as they weren't doing well due to a fungal problem from too much rain. Their original arborist ( who is no longer employed there) gave us some bad advice on spraying the wrong spray for a fungal treatment. After several attempts at resolving the staking of the big tree and the fungal problem of the other trees I was finally sent to Alana who is head of customer service. Alana is a gem. She not only made sure the tree was staked correctly but offered 2 new medium trees to replace the ones with a fungus. She also instructed me on how to apply a easy fungal treatment so that the new trees will be protected as well as telling me to apply it to my 2 flower bed trees. My husband and I were able to pick out new trees and replace a few bushes that didn't make it. I believe with a new arborist and Alana looking out for us things should go smoothly in the future. I would recommend contacting Alana for problems instead of salesmen or anyone else. She gets the customer taken care of faster and has more knowledge of what the company can and can't do as well as good knowledge of trees in general.

We had some shrubs that were negatively affected by the frost a couple years ago that were not able to make a comeback. We stopped by Moon Valley in McKinney and Brian Johnson helped us pick out some shrubs that would work better for our situation. We bought them and Brian got us scheduled. Yesterday, Bo Loftin and his team showed up and they did an absolute amazing job. They were thoroughly delayed because of all the heavy rains in the morning but still showed up, did a beautiful job, and left the sight looking better than ever. The whole crew was top notch!!

Moon Valley Nurseries is wonderfully different. Their inventory is huge. Their prices are fair. Their customer service is world-class. When I arrived, I met Bryce Williams. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful without pressuring me to buy anything. He treated me like a high-inventory contractor, which I am not. The time he spent with me has made me a loyal customer. Thank you, Bryce! You and your company are special!

First time impressions are very favorable. Antonio greeted us right away while helping another customer load his truck. We explained what we were looking for and he was very attentive to our needs. He suggested options for our particular location and walked us through their comprehensive step-by-step process. We are anxiously awaiting our turn for planting.

Christian Hall has helped me several times with landscaping projects around my house. He has always been very professional, thoughtful and kind, going above and beyond to make things happen. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I had a very good experience with Brian Johnson who personally came to look at my trees and had them replaced. He was very helpful and professional. My new trees look amazing. I would also like to thank other staff members at Moon Valley: Bo Loftin, Cy , Alana and Madia.

My 4-year-old twins practically demanded I pull over when they spotted the giant dinosaurs from the road—tiny voices yelling, “STOP! DINOSAURS!” like we were on a prehistoric safari. I didn’t stop right then (parenting power move), but curiosity got the best of me, so I circled back to check things out. Best decision ever.

I scored not one, but TWO ridiculously cute T-Rex statues at a great price. One was even set for pickup at a different location, which worked out perfectly since they were going to separate yards (because yes, the dinos must roam free in their own territories).

I had a little hiccup and reached out about a concern—Elias swooped in like a customer service superhero and got it sorted immediately. He even helped me pick out some Marigolds for my yard. I’m a total newbie when it comes to plants, but with his advice, I’m feeling like a budding garden goddess.

Bottom line: go visit this place. The prices leave Home Depot in the dust, the vibes are great, and they’ve got dinosaurs. What more could you want? I’ll be back soon, probably with the twins in tow and maybe even a bigger yard.

We had a great experience at Moon Valley Nusury with Van. He was extremely helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. We purchased 7 trees. The installers were prompt and very professional. I highly recommend seeing Van at this location. He's a great guy.

I recently had Madie Murphy correct a recent order I had placed with Moon Valley McKinney. I had purchased a couple of Trees a few months ago and Madie jumped in and replanted a Tree and replaced a shrub with 2 Hibiscus Trees because the shrub had died because where it was planted - it received too much sun.
Brian also assisted in this transaction along with the 12 Eagleton Hollies and 4 Magnolias in had purchased.
I look forward to working with Moon Nurseries McKinney (Madie, Brian and Vann) in the future.
