By far the best staff they are so sweet and kind! There booking method is so convenient and they send text reminders. I trusted and clean my house and it came out, spotless, clean as it’s ever been! If you in need of a cleaning service this is the one to use!

Wow what an awesome cleaning company. Very proficient and detailed. Quick and precise. Friendly maids and wonderful company all together. They even filled my dog bowls. Never had a company That i have the same maid everytime that not only cleans but even makes my bed and tidies up my room while leaving all surfaces spotless. Even folded my hand towels and toilet paper. Never had an experience like this. Its like being in a 5 star Hotel. I have used several companies and they are by far, the best. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Prices are great and they have such flexible schedules. You must give them a call not tomorrow but today!!!

There are SO many areas the tech missed. So many of the baseboards still have dust on them. There are numerous corners throughout the house that still have cobwebs and dust. Many of the light fixtures were not touched. The kitchen sink knob is grimy. The top of the lining of the guest bathroom shower is still dusty. The tops of the lining of the doors throughout the house are dusty. I understand this company only cleans areas accessible with a two-step ladder. However, unless the tech was less than 4 feet tall, everything I described above was more than reachable with a two-step ladder. The money I paid for a move in clean was not worth it. I am highly dissatisfied with the work done due to so many details missed.

I will say, the communication with the receptionist was good and the reason I'm leaving 2 stars rather than 1. She was attentive, responsive, and willing to work with me. This would have been a much different review if the tech’s work reflected the receptionist’s.

This is a great cleaning service that tries to meet each customer’s individual needs. The communication is excellent. I felt very confident going into this, that my needs would be met because of the time Jake took to understand what my cleaning needs were.

The two ladies who came out were wonderful and I was exceedingly pleased with both their work ethic and attitudes. They were very sweet and attentive to every detail.

I will be using this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a maid service. You just can’t go wrong with these folks!

The company sent Collette to clean our house. She is cheerful, professional and was able to fulfill all requests regarding cleaning. She completed cleaning on time, and I was truly impressed, because everything looked brand new after her cleaning, she did not miss a spot! I will continue my business with Tailor Maid Cleaning, looking forward to see Collette again!

3 days ago, we had our house deep cleaned by Mira and Jasmin with Tailor Maid! And since then we have probably said, “That was the best decision EVER” at least 200 times! They did a beautiful and detailed job cleaning our home, and in the time that we’ve lived here it’s truly never felt so delightful and clean! It is such a luxury to have the entire home deeply clean all at once. Having these ladies provide this service feels more like a gift that keeps on giving, rather than a service we paid for. But we can assure you- it was worth every penny!

Aside from the phenomenal work they did, Mira and Jasmin were professional, charming to talk with, considerate, and efficient! We are convinced that their approach to service delivery is a reflection of the entire company. Sara who assisted in coordinating our clean was also very kind and thorough, and she got us on the schedule in extremely short notice when no one else would!

This was our first time hiring a cleaning service of any kind, and our first time working with Tailor Made Cleaning, but it won’t be the last!

They will come up with all kinds on excuses as to their failures. A “deep” clean is average at best, and they over charge for that.
