We've used Crow's Heat & Air for over a decade and they are prompt, friendly and professional. Our heater stopped working right after the ice storm started, but there was no hesitation on Crow's part to come out to our house to address the issue. Garrett was here within 30 minutes and had the heating unit diagnosed and repaired in under 20 minutes. We'll always use their family business and we've obviously recommended them to all our family and friends years ago. Thank you Crow's and thank you, Garrett!

It is a ripoff and I don’t recommend anyone to use them. They came twice because my heater isn’t heating, I asked for them to fix, first time they came they said they wired it for emergency and put it on emergency, it worked on emergency, when the weather improved we put it back to heat mode and it didn’t work, I called them again and they said they had to hard reset. They made me pay for material and service call for both.I was called and told by the owner after my review that it had to be wired for emergency heat but I didn’t had any issue during the 2021 and it worked fine.

All work was completed very quickly and professionally. Everyone was easy to work with and applied good common sense. The TPO roof penetrations were all done correctly.
