James explained what was wrong with my thermostat and replaced it. Was there on time and it was reasonable.

The Superior Cooling and Heating company is excellent. I've used them 4 or 5 times, most recently they installed a whole new unit. I highly recommend them and have referred them to friends. The owner (James), is a great guy and is very honest and knowledgeable.

They came out super fast and fixed our unit same day

Our home warranty company sent out Superior Cooling and Heating Services for a service call. James was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He was very patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions. We are waiting on approval from the warranty company for a new system. I feel very comfortable with this company doing the work for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

01/20/2023 UPDATE: Our new HVAC system has been installed and James did a great job!!! We are super happy!

(SELECT HOME WARRANTY did not pay for a new system. They gave us $150.00 toward a new one. Please beware!)

AND...Superior Cooling and Heating Services offers the KwikComfort financing through Sychrony and we were approved for 25-month, zero interest financing. That was a HUGE PLUS!

James has been one the best contractors to work with. He is very professional, very knowledgeable about the HVAC systems and gives the great suggestions. Our systems are well maintained because of Superior Cooling. His maintenance schedule helped us increase the life of old equipment and delayed replacement by over 3 years. Will highly recommend his services

James came in and did his job he did NOT TRY TO SCAM ME . He fixed the problem and I’m grateful for him . I would recommend him to my children & friends and family . Thanks again enjoying the warmth now .

James was friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. The service was great. He recommended one additional service but was very up front about that my home warranty company wouldn't pay for it but that it would extend the life of my system. Since it was a very reasonable price I agreed to it. Without that, I would only have needed to pay the service call charge.

They’re the best. James is patent and understanding. And makes sure the work is done well and completely. Even though we run into some hiccups from Lenox’ side, he was very professional, dealt with Lenox and was very quick in solving the problem. They changed my HVAC system and I could not be happier. I will be a customer for life.

Kolby came to diagnose my AC not blowing cold on a Saturday in Texas' mid-July heat. He was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable, and patient (despite my nosy DIY questions). This was impeccable, trustworthy, and prompt service. He determined my system needs a blower replacement and quoted me a reasonable (<$1K) price for the work. I definitely recommend Crow's Heating and Air.

Jason came out to give me a quote on replacing my home ac system, earlier than scheduled which was great . I asked him so many questions, pros and cons of so many pieces to the hvac system . His experience and knowledge of the products he uses was very appreciated in helping me decide the best system for me. He answered all my questions and concerns I had so it was an easy choice to choose Crow’s heat and air to put in my system! I’m on the schedule and look forward to reviewing the new system!

Update 7/5/25!!!
Elias, Ryan and Tino Arrived on time and removed my old hvac system! They were very friendly, professional and efficient at their jobs!! They installed my new system adding new runs to three rooms and changed out all my old registers with new ones designed to allow more air flow . I can’t believe the difference the new system, new registers and the new runs made to the cooling of my home! My AC system is so cool and comfortable! I’m super happy but more importantly my wife is happy!😆

Jason really new what system and setup would work the best for us and his knowledge of his craft is very much appreciated!!!

Crows Heat and Air is a great source for all your Heating and AC needs. I called them in the middle of winter because my heater stopped blowing. They came out the same day! New exactly what was wrong, fixed it and my heater was fixed and haven't had any other issues since. The price for service was definitely within reason. I will only call CROW! Thanks Y'all

They were great and helpful, as always! Explained the issue and how to fix it ourselves if it happens again.

The customer service is exceptional, a great effort was made for technicians to arrive promptly. I arrived home to a temperature of 65. Garrett and partner took their time and determined my problem. It was rectified quickly. I feel comfortable with this small business being trustworthy and diligent.

Had my AC stop working they had someone out on a Saturday within just a couple house …. They are quick to respond , knowledgeable , polite and won’t break your bank! I absolutely will use them going forward and send business their way.

Crow's answered my request before their office opened and had a technician to my house before 10am. I was thoroughly impressed by the skill and knowledge of the technician and he was able to pinpoint the issue quickly and repaired it efficiently. Super Grateful!!
