I was not prepared for the comprehensive evaluation that was completed at our annual ac ‘checkup’! Zach was overly thorough, was able to answer all of my many questions and took the time to go back up in the attic to show us something he had already done. He took the time to explain every aspect of what he was doing and sent me multiple photos and videos that I can save to refer to down the line. We will definitely recommend this company, and Zach, to anyone!

We receive consistent and efficient service from Harris Air regarding our system. They always have suggestions on ways we can better use our system. Thir regular maintenance visits instill confidence that we had the right company install our system a few years ago. They walk you through every step of the maintenance on the system and continually educate consumers.

Harris Air Heating & Cooling came out to get our HVAC system up and running after it had been off for an extended period during a remodel. They stayed late to make sure everything was working properly and got our heat on just in time before a big cold front came in. Really appreciate their responsiveness! Highly recommend!

Customer service is amazing and Harris Air always provides pics of what work they do or what needs to be done! Nothing but professional! The dust is now reduced in my home and my AC/Heater runs more efficiently because of the duct cleaning that my home needed. Preston was my advisor and was very detailed and showed me why my ducts needed cleaning.

We had a great experience with Brady working on our air and heat system. He was on time, thorough, and very easy to work with. You can tell he really knows his stuff. We will absolutely request him again next time. Very happy with the service!

Tyler and Brady did a great job replacing our coil set up today. Very knowledgeable, informative, shared ample information and welcomed our questions. Colin, our regular maintenance tech also does a fine job coming out twice a year to service and maintain our unit.

My mom’s AC needed desperate repair and we ended up replacing it. The people from Harris Air were amazing. Austin, Tyler and Collin all oversaw the project and it was flawless. I am on Harris Air maintenance program. Twice a year they come out and check my hvac system thoroughly. They now have a grade book in which they check every component out and take pictures of their readouts and grade each part. Nolan was my tech and explained everything upfront and told me about an hour to hour and a half. He then went over his findings, graded major parts and made recommendations to keep everything performing smoothly. I've worked with Blake for a long time and he's a top notch professional. Zach was recently at our home for some preventative maintenance and identified an issue and was able to fix it during the same appointment. Great company and people. Highly recommend!

Harris Air Conditioning has always provided amazing maintenance service. We have been customers for the past 8 years and would recommend them for their professionalism. All the technicians that have come out- Jacob, Thomas, Jose, Preston, Tyler, Gevon, Austin, Nick and Zach have been amazing. They take the time to go over any issues they uncover and send videos of every phase of the maintenance process.

I have been using Harris Air since 2014, and they have always been professional, reliable, and honest. At my most recent visits, technicians Thomas and Zach were knowledgeable, on time, and never pushed unnecessary repairs. It’s hard to find a company you can trust year after year, but they’ve absolutely earned mine. Highly recommend!

SIMPLY THE BEST!! 👏👏👏 Our AC compressor stopped working on June 23rd, 2024. We had a very hot house and very warm fussy baby! Harris Air Services were able to prioritize our call and had an excellent tech (Jose G.) dispatched WITHIN AN HOUR!! Jose was very respectful of our home and very honest about the issue -- we had popped the compressor capacitor.

Instead of recommending a costly replacement or just replacing the capacitor (which was likely to fail again, now that it's failed once), he recommended their electrical rebuild kit, which also replaces the electrical contact / control module, and includes a hard start kit (a secondary capacitor to lighten the initial electrical load). This was the ideal solution!

Their services are already VERY competitive and affordable (diagnostic fee was quoted at just $89, and waived with a repair purchase), but they also offer an annual membership program that includes TWO A/C system maintenance visits per year -- to keep the system running at peak efficiency with maximum life -- along with exclusive discounts for any repairs that do come up. The membership is normally $189 the first year and $165 per year after, but bundling it with the compressor electrical rebuild kit increased the total just $30, making it a really great deal!

Jose and Harris Air Services had us cooling again in about an hour after arrival, and even went above and beyond to check the whole system, top to bottom, and clean the compressor. Can't thank them enough and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

UPDATE 8/25/25 -- Just had another EXCELLENT Harris Air Technician, Manny, come out for our first (completely covered) biannual AC maintenance. Terrific experience! We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Harris Air Services, and Tyler truly stands out. We first met Tyler last year when our new AC system was installed, and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable—taking the time to answer all of our questions and offer helpful tips.

This year when our system wasn’t cooling properly, the office was quick to get a technician out, and Tyler came back to help us again. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got right to fixing it, explaining everything clearly along the way.

I’m currently 6 months pregnant, and even though I mentioned vacuuming the return vent was on my to-do list, Tyler went out of his way to clean it for me without hesitation. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much.

As a mom of soon-to-be two small children, it’s such a relief knowing we can count on Harris Air for prompt, reliable service. I’m incredibly thankful for Tyler and the work he’s done for our family—he is truly wonderful.

Our condenser unit started acting up and I was bracing myself for the bad news that I'd need a complete replacement. Austin, the technician who came out, was professional and took the time to really diagnose the problem. He clearly explained that it was a specific faulty component and repaired it. Thanks to Austin’s honesty and skill, we avoided a very costly replacement. The whole team was great—friendly office staff who got me scheduled quickly.
