I’ve been a happy Harris Air customer for well over 5 years and have used their services at two different properties. Each time I have them come out, they are great at communicating and show a sense of urgency to service our home. From small repairs to full HVAC replacements, I highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

Harris Air Services never disappoints. I’ve been working with them for several years involving my home heating/cooling needs. My service technician Thomas has been awesome to work with.

Tyler was thorough and professional. We are very happy with the service we received. My dog loved him so I knew we made the right choice.

Preston is always amazing- friendly, professional, thorough, and honest. Jennifer is very helpful and friendly with scheduling! Their maintenance package gives me peace of mind to stay on top of preventative maintenance.

Harris AC always provides superior service. Zach was here for maintenance on our system today and he did a very thorough job. He was polite and professional. I would recommend Harris AC to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

We have been using Harris Air for several years and have always been happy with their service. Most recently, we were told on a Wednesday (one of the hottest days of the summer) that we needed a new A/C Unit and it was replaced the following day on Thursday. Tyler and Collin worked through the heat and completed the job professionally. They were great! At the end, they took the time to explain to us everything that was done.

Harris Air Services consistently does a great job for us. Today, Zach was here to do our regular autumn system maintenance and did a thorough job, explaining all of the work he did and answering all questions. It is comforting to know that we can always reach out to them and get will be here for us.

We bought our house in April 2025. Our HVAC was under warranty and had one pre-paid maintenance left with Harris. They came out and did an awesome job. We pre-paid for another year. Zach came out today and we had another excellent experience . Our spring maintenance is booked and we are looking forward to another great service in six months!

We’ve used Harris air for several years and until recently were their biggest fan, recommended them to everyone. Jennifer in the front office is the BEST part of this company.

We purchased a $30,000 system three years ago including two air scrubbers. We were told the air scrubbers would make a huge difference in air quality and clearing airborne allergens.

We have the quarterly maintenance and keep up with filter changes and any/all methods to help keep our air quality as high as possible. Full disclosure we have a larger house and three dogs, thus WHY we bought the higher end system and air scrubbers.

Lately, the techs we’ve been dealing with have been aggressively “up selling” services and have been argumentative and even threatening about our VERY expensive system not being covered by the warranty. After spending $30,000 +++ I expect a company to stand behind their service AND equipment.

I literally had an extremely unpleasant and stressful interaction with a tech that resulted in me literally telling him to leave my house. It left me rattled and simply out disgusted.

Clearly something has changed with the company —perhaps at the management level.

They are using “hard selling” tactics and a “used car salesman” approach to customer service. So frustrating especially given how much we’ve spent and how loyal we’ve been to them.

I have had great service from Harris for several years now. They installed a new system and it runs like a top all year long with the yearly maintenance and checkups they provide. All the service people are on time, clean, organized, and communicate clearly about what needs to be done. One of the few service providers I would recommend.

Preston helped us replace our up and downstairs heating and ac units! He was super informative throughout the whole process and helped us make a great decision. He was involved throughout the entire installation process and went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered! Thanks Harris Air and Preston for being our trusted service provider for many years!

We made the switch to Harris Air 5 yrs ago and I wish we would have done it sooner. Great support and their 6-month service plan keeps our units in tip top shape. Collin did an amazing job!

Another top notch check up on our HVAC with Harris Air today! Collin was excellent this morning. From the confirmation calls/texts, to the inspection videos through the comprehensive final report, service was fantastic and a thorough maintenance and assessment of our system. Zach did a great job! He was very thorough in his work and at the end he sat down and explained all his findings. I would highly recommend Harris Air to anyone needing service/maintenance of their HVAC.

Collin came out two weeks ago to try to track down a mysterious noise that turned out to be a pinhole leak in our water system, so it was actually a plumbing issue. But without Collin's creative efforts we would not have figured that out. Then last week Collin and Brady performed our semi-annual inspection. They were very thorough in educating us and gave us several options which were all reasonable. We've been using Harris Air for eleven years and will continue doing so. These guys are great!

Tyler was great. We lost heat during the ice storm and unfortunately the part we needed was back ordered. He was so concerned about our family. Called his boss and recommended we get space heaters. Great communication and very professional.

Tyler is a stellar technician. He installed one of my HVAC systems 6 months ago with a great crew, and he returned today to do regular maintenance. This was a much bigger service than I expected. He checked all of the components inside both systems, examined ducts, reported on insulation, and more. He took his time to explain everything he was doing, sent me pictures and video, and offered to do extra tasks unrelated to the service – including offering to help move furniture! He discovered a gas leak and connector issue in my second 15 yo system and will fix that for me asap. When that system breaks, I'll be purchasing a new one from Harris Air.

Zach provided our maintenance work today on our heating unit! He took the time to video the work he did and explain it all us. He was very knowledgeable and professional technician! We highly recommend Harris Air Services!

We recently moved and set up a maintenance plan with Harris Air Conditioning and Heating Repair. Thankfully we did because during our maintenance check, Tyler found a major issue that needed immediate attention! He was very respectful and patient with me and all my questions. And thoroughly explained what he was checking for while providing videos and pictures of the maintenance he was completing. I highly recommend Harris Air.

Absolutely 10/10 service. The technician, Preston, was professional while still being friendly, as well as very knowledgeable. He was thorough in his explanation without using too much confusing jargon. He provided info regarding my HVAC system that I didn’t know prior to the service that will make a hell of a difference during this winter season. I’m proud to be a new customer of their maintenance plan and look forward to working with them moving forward.
