Imagine having no A/C or heat for 18 days (with 2 littles) and another HVAC company telling you there's nothing they can do while they wait for a part to come in.... THANKFULLY I had the gut feeling to get a second opinion. I called Bill Joplin's and from the beginning the customer service was 5 stars!! They saw I called after hours and called me back even before they opened for the day! I spoke to Hailey and Joe about my ongoing issue and they were super friendly and responsive. They got a service tech out same day (THANK YOU JUSTIN ENGELLEITER!!) and he was able to get me the part I needed. Even drove out of his way to get it and bring it back within a few hours and get my problem resolved!! I am SO THANKFUL I found them and I will be referring my entire family and friends to them! I wish it didn't take me so long! I'M GRATEFUL FOR YOU ALL!

I've been using Joplin's for maintenance for the last 5 years or so. Before that, as dumb as it sounds, I would just change the filter and wait until the unit broke and then call someone. I think think the maintenance package is a GREAT deal, and I love that someone takes a look at the unit twice a year, tests it, and make sure everything is running smoothly. Jason "Donovan" was my tech today, and he was great. He explained to me the process, did his work, and he was super professional. I recommend Joplin's every chance I get.

There are no words to express except to say the service was excellent. These's two brothers Christian and Alex are a great example of exceptional teamwork. From start to finish they walked me through every step of the way and explained in detail what I should expect with the air conditioner unit replacement downstairs and in the attic. Everything was done like clockwork. They worked clean with exceptional attention to detail.The install went flawlessly, The price was very reasonable I am so happy I chose Joplin heating and air.

Donovan came out this morning for our six-month maintenance inspection. He was very thorough throughout the process with a detailed explanation of the results. He also offered advice on options to help with our continuing dust problems.

My Joplin’s service person, Greg Whitaker, was fabulous. He was on-time, very professional, had a great “bedside manner”and fixed my AC in short order! Greg clearly explained what was wrong with my system and what my options were without any sales pressure. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Bill Joplins! They installed our HVAC system 25 years ago on our new build home and they have been servicing them since then - the same 3 original units are still going strong for 25 years! We think the key is their twice a year maintenance program that we have participated in since day one. Every person they send out is courteous, on time and so very professional. 100% on our scale of service!!!

Had our Winter service with Michael from Joplin’s this week. We are always impressed with the work done by the techs. We have had experienced, knowledgeable guys every time. They take their time inspecting and doing the PM. Michael provided a verbal recap before he left. Great company.
