Airview AC, Collin, Fannin & Grayson are simply the best residential maintenance repair and installation company I’ve done business with in my 32 years as a home owner. 1st, Eric Ortega came to my home to review the property HVAC system. Let me be clear I also had 2 other companies give me quotes for the same replacement, apples to apples quotes.
Airview AC was so affordable with my turnkey installation that I was able to upgrade the system to a 2 phase system + add a UV air cleaner (my wife and I are older, and I felt the added UV air cleaner may help eliminate bacteria and germs throughout the circulated air system.) That said, Airview quoted turnkey installation was thousands less than the other HVAC installations.
Day of work, I was told to expect crew arrival between 8:30-9:00 am. Louis sent me a text at 8:30 as notice he was in route.
Louis, Manual, Yani and Aldo promptly began installation: efficient and professional all. The Job was complete, tested and reviewed before their departure.

Amazing service! Came out with an hours of calling and found out the issue and was quick to fix and had our AC working in 24 hours. Very well priced and staff was very friendly. I’m signing up for the maintenance that is very well priced as well

This was the first time using Airview AC. They were recommended by our community FB page of Avery Pointe in Anna. I always try and give local companies a shot before going to the ones that have a lot advertising $. When I called Airview AC located in Van Alstyne, the lady in the office was very nice and said they had a technician in Anna and could come over that afternoon. An AC check is $86. My issue was not an emergency but was happy to know it would be addressed shortly. Cory showed up to the house a little later and got right to work. He was professional and curious. He later informed me that the only thing he was seeing was possibly having to add a little refrigerant or check for a leak. When I said add some refrigerant, he went right to work. He comes back a short time later and says he thinks he's figured out why the home was not cooling below 77°. Something to do with the zone board in the attic not functioning correctly and the condenser getting incorrect signals. A new zone board was going to be over $500. He did offer an alternative, hardwire the board to function as one zone. Cory said we were good to go and told us to have a nice day. Highly recommend these guys! 😎

We noticed that our upstairs unit was not cooling so I got on Google and noticed Airview had the most successful reviews, and it wasn’t even close. I gave them a call and the sweet woman I spoke with on the phone told me that if an emergency tech came out that evening it would be twice as much and we could wait until the morning And pay less. It was up to us. Just having that option alone shows you that you are working with the right people. We decided to wait until the morning because our downstairs unit was working just fine. I got a text message 30 minutes before Mateo arrived. He was extremely professional funny and knows his stuff. He walked me through everything and bless his heart. I told him I would do my best to relay the information to my husband who would understand it much better. He assured me that his notes would be thorough and I could give them to my husband for explanation, but if I needed him to speak to my husband, he would be happy to do so at any point. It turned out to be a faulty capacitor, and he checked our warranty and replaced the part. He informed me about a plan they offer to inspect our units twice a year so they could monitor everything and make sure we don’t have any surprises. We will definitely be joining this plan, and he even broke down all of the inspections that would take place in his email. This place is the real deal and we will sing their praises to everyone!!!

Service tech was polite and arrived within the scheduled time. Our mini split unit worked as it should while he was there. It has been inconsistent since Airview installed it. I have brought it up with several Airview employees who offered to send someone out to look at it but never did. The tech today suggested changing the batteries in the remote and thinks that may fix the problems we are having. Might fix current issues but not the problems we have had since it was installed. I have two of the same units at another location that work well, so I don't think it's user error.

Charles was great! We had another AC company come out, and they tried to sell us a 1600 part. I called these guys out the next day, and Charles fixed immediately! 129 part! These guys are great!!

Mateo was outstanding and I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. From the moment he arrived, he demonstrated punctuality and respect for my home. Mateo took the time to carefully diagnose the issue, explained the problem in clear and simple terms, and walked me through the repair options before beginning any work. His technical knowledge was evident, and the repair was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Mateo also performed a thorough system check to ensure everything was running smoothly before leaving. Beyond his skill, his friendly and approachable demeanor made the experience stress-free.

The technician was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the condition of my equipment with professionalism and patience. Having recently been widowed, I especially appreciated his thoughtful effort to provide me with a clearer understanding of this critical home system.

Excellent service! They are honest and dependable. Both techs, Larry and Aaron that have came out were so nice and took their time to explain things. I won't use anyone else and I highly recommend them.

All of the crew were very polite and respectful of our home. Moose stood in the RAIN to install the outside unit and did a great job…..much better than the original by the builder! George did a great job upgrading the vents to maximize the efficiency of the new system. We are very happy with the excellent job and will gladly recommend Airview AC to anyone.

Today’s trouble all went about as well as I could have hoped. My wife took time off today to be home and your tech showed up on time, he answered all her questions and solved the problem expeditiously. When my wife mentioned she had to get back (teacher at the local elementary school) the tech took it upon himself to literally pick up the pace (she noticed, and it’s not like he wasn’t working diligently to start with) and help her get back on time. He even did extra work for us, replacing filters and tacking back the attic solar shield. I will highly recommend you to anyone who asks. Thank you.

Great experience with AC maintenance service. The technician ( Joseph ) arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the unit, checked whole system, and made sure the system was running efficiently before leaving.

Charles did a great job. He went under the house and found that the ductwork is bad too. That’s not great for us, but we’ll see about getting it fixed.
He left a little bit ago. And now this frozen mess

I can't speak highly enough of Airview AC.
Our old unit stopped blowing cold about a month ago on the weekend. We have a disabled elderly parent on Oxygen living with us. They came out same day! Everything didn't go exactly as desired but the temperature was bearable, so the owner called us and made sure we understood what needed to be done.
On the 2nd visit, next day, Charles went into the attic and inspected everything, even changed the air filter, charged and washed off the exterior unit, and I believe changed a part.
He was very thorough and professional. He even waited here to make sure the unit was blowing cold.
Charles just left again today after doing a follow up inspection and changed the air filter again. He gave us his professional recommendations and educated us on maintenance, as our unit is about 20 years old.
We're pleasantly surprised he was able to keep it going for this long while we work hard to save money to get a replacement.
They don't nickle and dime you with extraneous charges!
They really do go that extra mile to build a relationship and establish trust.
As a woman who is building a business herself, I must say, their ethics, values and competence are unparalleled and beyond reproach. Thank you, Airview AC!

The crew was very courteous and did nice clean work. Everything looks great and any mess was cleaned up after they were finished.
Their lead guy made sure he showed me everything they did before leaving.
Overall, a good experience and I’m glad I used them. I found them and went with the company purely based on their reviews.

Joseph came out on a Sunday morning to fix our system when it was not producing heat, even though the thermostat said it was. He did a phenomenal job -- the best I have ever seen of any repair person in my 30 years of home ownership. He fixed the problems, fine-tuned the system to work most efficiently, advised me on issues that should be addressed, and gave me tips on future repairs/replacement. I am very happy with his attention to detail and thoroughness. Great job!

Airview just installed a new HVAC system in our home and we had a great experience from beginning to end! Andra in the office was wonderful about answering all my questions and the whole process from quote to install went quickly and painlessly, which we were so thankful for. Installation was great , workers were professional and friendly. The only negative is the constant text and emails asking for a review. Multiple emails and text daily.

Airview AC replaced all the units in my son’s house, installed a mini split in their shop and the above garage room. They also installed a split system in their company workshop. My son is extremely satisfied with Airview and continues to use them for all their HVAC maintenance. So I decided to use them for my house. I called and Eric came to give me an estimate. He was prompt, showed up on time and took his time with me. Explained the process of replacing my system with a new one and how the project would eventually turn out. He listened to my needs and desires and built a system that would suit my needs. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to go with them but by the end of our meeting I knew I was going to award them the contract. I didn’t shop around, I didn’t need to. I know a good deal when I see one. My son has told me how they have treated him, his family and his property and how they truly care about the work they do. I went ahead and had them replace all my ducts and grills because the previous owners had pets and I don’t want to have allergy issues in the future.The upgrade to new ducts and grills was fantastic and inexpensive in my opinion. I am extremely satisfied with the work Airview AC did in my house. They picked up all their thrash from the attic, swept up my attic walkboards and platforms, installed more walking platforms in the attic for my new system. They ran new PVC drains, used a new drip pan. My previous system was gas so they took out the old gas vents and installed new attic vents. They brought in a reputable local licensed electrical contractor to install the electric for my heat as we’re changing from gas to electric heat. They made sure I knew how to operate my thermostat and programmed it to my needs. They cleaned up my house, my yard, all the crew men used boot covers on their shoes. They set floor coverings and stairwell coverings and vacuumed when they were done. Best of all they provided financing, even the electric can be included in the financing if you’d like. I am a very satisfied and happy customer. In 6 months I plan on having them install another split system in my shop. I highly recommend Airview AC to anyone needing professional, courteous, honest and professional HVAC work.

The service technician Joshua was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and personable. He was able to complete the repair in a timely manner. He was great to talk with and showed care for my property. The appointment process was fairly easy and communication was great.
