Alfredo was helpful and knowledgeable and gave us good advice with our air duct issues. He was sincere, kind and It was a pleasure to have him as our tech person.

Our AC went out on Christmas and right choice was here the following day to help find out what was going on. They were able to do a fully new install the following day (which we knew we were needing sometime soon) at a much better price than we had been quoted in the past. Every person who we interacted with was courteous, kind, and helpful. So glad we chose them for the job and will continue to use them in the future.

Trey was very professional and very personable. He was a pleasure to chat with and he explained everything with my system. He fixed everything we discussed and was truly helpful through the whole process. Top notch service!

Matthew was very helpful and changed the filter in my attic. I am retired and have had three back surgeries in the last five years. My surgeon told me to stay off ladders. Matthew was kind, respectful, and asked if I needed anything else. I am very pleased with the service.

Ryan O. Is an asset to THE RIGHT CHOICE. He is knowledgeable, caring and very trustworthy. I had spoken with 3 a/c companies and knew after our appointment that I’d be using his company. Ryan worked with his manager and others on his team and ultimately what he promised was delivered. I certainly made THE RIGHT CHOICE.

Tray was super professional! He explained everything with a lot of patient and answer of every question that we have. He check the 2 Ac system and give us a reasonable price.

Reasonable priced. Great service, won’t try to up sale you , only make suggestions on what you may need. No pressure.

Highly recommend Right Choice Heating and Air! We’ve been experiencing AC issues for over 6 months, numerous companies have come out to assess the situation including the builder warranty company and none could figure it out until Right Choice! Not to mention they came out same day and were extremely efficient and professional! Will definitely be using them again in the future

I've used Right Coice in the past and have always been satisfied. Their timely, courteous and do a good job.

A technician came within 24 hours after my service call to diagnose the problem. This was for a heat pump repair. He was efficient and fast.

This review is for the AC check up service. I got a promo deal and had them inspect my 3 systems. The service tech, Coby, was very thorough, answered my questions, provided detailed statuses for each system and what he observed.

I’ve used The Right Choice to service my air conditioner for years. Abiel was my technician today. Nice guy! He serviced both of my units and made sure everything was working properly. Having my units serviced annually is the main reason they have lasted 16 years.

Trey did a great job for us. He is so personable, and helped me troubleshoot a couple of things. He also convinced us to get back to membership status with this company.

Ryan came out today to perform maintenance work on our furnace units. He was right on time and very thorough with the inspection. He identified and corrected mistakes by the previous HVAC company with our thermostat. Great service overall. Cheers!

Ryan was prompt, professional and polite. He explained everything the service included. He wore protective shoe covers and provided the maintenance service in a very timely manner. He clean up the work area and made sure I was satisfied with his work.

Don’t waste your time. They charged me $600 and made things worse. My husband ended up YouTubing the issue and fixed it. Wasted so much time from work and money from my faucets. I hired them for a drip and ended with a stream of water constantly. Yeah, no way recommending them. Sorry this had to go this way. Also, I’ve been waiting for a call back for 2 weeks to discuss the situation.

Ryan with Right Choice has excellent customer service. He is very dedicated to making sure the customer is taken care of and satisfied. He worked to get the best product for me at my price point and continued to follow up after installation to ensure everything was working properly to my satisfaction. Ryan is quick to answer or respond. I am 100% satisfied with the service I have received.

Alex Solis and his team mate installed my new outdoor unit and showed me how to operate the thermostat. I am very happy with the work they did. Great job
