A/C works has been our service provider for many years. They are on time, courteous, and explain everything very well. Jason is absolutely wonderful and today we met Mason who was very nice as well. David, the owner, came out in an emergency a couple of summers ago and was just fantastic! We feel very well cared for and trust that they always will take care of us.

Appointment set and they kept me informed when they were on the way. Jason kept me informed of his arrival time and lasted questions pertaining to what was happening with the furnace. Checked the operation and narrow down. Kept me informed throughout the process and once fixed waited for the temperature to reach desired level before leaving. Ryan and his partner came out to help us with a broken thermostat and stayed until nearly 8pm. They ran a carbon monoxide test on our older thermostat, made recommendations for what type of detectors would work best in our new home, and helped us formulate a plan for cost savings, as we are learning more about the age of our units. They were as friendly as can be and very knowledgeable, but not pushy with the sale. We also had a wonderful experience with Hernan helping us with duct cleaning last week and with fixing our AC at the home we recently sold. I would highly recommend Right Choice!

I was engaged with Right Choice Heating and Air Inc, as someone who I worked before recommended but it ended to be Wrong Choice.

I called this morning and technician came before scheduled time and looked like he is in rush, I had to cancel my work meetings as he came early and he said capacitor needs to be replaced and quoted close to 500$ in addition to 125$ service fee which I paid already, guys paying 600$ (including service fee) for replacing a 20$ capacitor is unbelievable and technician was not friendly, kept open the attic door as is and after I denied service all he is interested is getting the card details for 125$ ASAP and head out, I DO NOT RECOMMENT THEM AT ALL, the prices are way over priced, if I would know that before I would not even call them in first place.
