Right choice heating and cooling was absolutely the right choice! The technician was stellar in his professionalism in his knowledge and the thoroughness of checking and fixing all the issues with my air conditioner unit. I called right choice after having another technician with a completely different experience that wasn’t good. I am thrilled and confident that my AC is running better than it has ever ran and it will not break down during this incredibly hot summer! I have never met a more thorough technician that literally checked every single component and was willing to take the time to educate me about my system. I highly recommend and will only use personally right choice AC and eating from now on! I even received a thorough report of every single thing that they did and my system condition along with pictures and explanations. I unequivocally And highly recommend right choice AC and heating.

Right Choice is hands down my #1 choice for ALL things HVAC related! They are knowledgeable, fairly priced and quick to respond. Today we had insulation installed in the attic and Trey was able to complete the job in a little under 2 hours! Could not recommend this company more!

My overall experience with this company was wonderful. They were extremely fast, responsive and delivered with quality. I appreciated that each person that worked with me took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. Once everything was installed, they continued to run tests making sure my AC worked properly. Highly recommended!

Professional and thorough maintenance review. He looked into everything and documented everything in a comprehensive report. He cleaned the outside units of dirt while he was examining the units. Explained the companies membership policy to help save some money. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Absolutely phenomenal team! Requesting an appointment was very easy to do online. I was called the next morning to confirm my appointment date, time and what the appointment was for (AC wasn’t cooling). The day of my appointment I was given a 30-40min courtesy call before my technician showed up. Trey Torrance was fantastic! He explained all the diagnostic steps he was performing, and gave his honest thoughts on them. We eventually came to the conclusion to buy a new outdoor unit. The next day Trey Hall came out to install the new unit. Trey Hall was also fantastic! He was very thorough, and made sure everything was working properly and the house was cooling before he left. Overall great experience! If you want a quick response and quality work, The Right Choice, is the right choice!

Called them reading the reviews. They are a lie. First, they told me a price to fix my issue and would discount me if I promised to leave a 5-star review. I asked 3 times for them to verify it was the price to fix the issue and not a service fee. The man on the phone said many times this was the quote to fix the issues (clogged toilet)

When they came out (late) they sent a different company. Then the man told me a totally different price (5x as much). I said no. The owner called me and ager a bit agreed to the original price they promised me.

The Plumer then not only did not fix it he did almost nothing to it. He had no idea what he was doing.

He also left toilet water dragging threw my house as he left with his tools.

The owner called back and offered to send someone else at a much higher price. I said no.

Note I got another Plumer to come out. The issue was fixed in 5 min. He said it was an easy job.

The Right Choice Heating and Air is a scam and has no idea what they are doing. Use anyone else.

I needed my ac looked at. I called. They came same. The technician was very knowledgeable. He figured out what the problem was. He ordered the parts n came the next day. I would highly recommend the company to service your needs

Ryan came and did an inspection on my AC. He was professional, efficient, nice, courteous, and an all around great guy. He told me everything ai needed to know and I really appreciate him!!!

We've been impressed by RC since we needed a new unit 5 or so years ago. Randy came out today to help with our thermostat and he was wonderful. I'm always impressed by the techs; quick, helpful, kind, knowledgeable.

Cade was absolutely amazing! He came out quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and had our air conditioning up and running in no time — all for a very reasonable price. We had another company come out before him, and they completely misdiagnosed the problem, claiming we needed a whole new system and trying to charge us thousands of dollars. Cade was honest, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. We’re so grateful we found him — he saved us a ton of money and stress. If you need AC help, Cade is the one to call!

Ryan H. came out today and did a fantastic job!!! He not only did the job but he walked me through step by step. Ryan is a great representative for your company and I am definitely telling friends and family alike about his knowledge, character, and professionalism. He definitely deserves the highest rewards possible because as customer it felt like family giving you there honest opinion on the issue as well as a comfortable solution. We were having some issues at the house with toilets, overflowing at the base. John was able to come out and snake the drains. Unfortunately, the next day they were backing up again. This was during a snowstorm. He came out the day after, braving the snow, ice and the elements And stayed there snaking the drains for 2+ hours (On the roof, on the ground level).

After two hours, the toilets were working, but he found out that there is a hole in the sewer line pipe underneath my house, which will require some extensive work. However, he did get the toilets and working order for a little while until I can explore my next option. I can’t thank John enough for the time he put into helping me. I will use him again and again for the rest of my natural days on this earth when I need a plumber.

I used Airview to install a new AC in our HOA clubhouse and it went perfect. I got 10 quotes and Airview wasn't the cheapest but they were the highest rated for the excellent price they quoted. I then recommended Airview to a neighbor and they assisted in getting his air conditioner fixed in a day. Then my AC went out and they got my air conditioner up in 24 hours. Excellent service, excellent rates, very professional technicians and the folks that answer the phones are just as wonderful and caring. I definitely give Airview 5 STARS!!!!!

This was a 6 month service call that I was notified via the new system thermostat. Both service techs that have come out 2 different times have been top notch!
