A/C works gets an A+! Everyone I dealt with was so friendly. When scheduling and calling in with questions, they always got me an answer and my technician (Jason) was super helpful also! Would definitely recommend for any HVAC concerns!

Having a/c in north Texas is essential. Recently, in the middle of summer on a Sunday just before the noon football game, my a/c went out. With guest over for the game, I decided to call A/ C Works. Knowing it was a Sunday, and most companies are Monday thru Friday, I left a message. Half an hour later, I got a text saying a tech is on its way. To my surprise, it was Mr Crawley (the owner). After some tests, he identified that the capacitor was bad. He went to his truck and returned with a capacitor. Less than 15 minutes later my a/c was up and running. Very grateful for Mr. Crawley and his company. I been using them for years and will continue to recommend A/C Works. Now if I can find other companies for other home repairs I would be in good shape.

Jason, the tech, showed up early and with great enthusiasm. Diagnosed the issue quickly and had the part on hand. He took his time and did a thorough inspection and made reasonable suggestions and guidance. No upsell or pressure, but did recommend their service plan. Will use this company again.

David came out and was very informative from step one. He showed all the reasons why my 13 year old air handler needs to be replaced and even showed me where when it was installed an outside vent has been pulling all the moisture across the coils causing the erosion.
