The service was very thorough with good explanations of the needs for pur unit. Very professional. We have been with Burnside for over 30 years and highly recommend.

I’m giving 3 stars because they did get my ac fixed over a holiday week but left some damage…

My ac quit working the weekend before July 4th. I had burnside at my house Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday AND Friday that week. I feel they mis-diagnosed my issues and charged me for problem solving the issue.

Monday afternoonI was told nothing was wrong. Turn the system on and off again. Didn’t work.

Tuesday afternoon they came back and told me it was just a zone control board.

Wednesday evening they installed the new zone control board. Didn’t work.

Thursday afternoon a different tech came out and told me actually the issue is the fan and condenser in the heat pump, and I need a new unit.

Friday morning they installed the new heat pump, but managed to pull out the screw and bend the hinge on my fence door. As well as gouge the front and rear door surrounds.

All of the guys that have come out to help us get our new AC unit installed and running have been great! My only complaint is they left a mess in the house and they installed the new AC base over a sprinkler head which then had to be repaired.

We experienced a AC failure in July. Burnside technician Kayden quickly responded located the problem, a faulty capacitor. He did not have a replacement on his truck, and could not get anyone in the shop to bring him one. So he traveled to the shop obtained the replacement returned and quickly repaired our AC. Today 08/11/2025 he returned and performed a maintenance inspection. His detail to work and pleasant attitude are commendable. He is an asset to Burnside for his expertise and friendly nature.

Technicians are always on time and professional. I've used Burnside for over a decade because of their outstanding employees

We have a maintenance contract with Burnside A/C & Heating. Hamza came out, checked it all out, cleaned the outside units, verified everything is in good shape for the winter. Been a customer for years.

Had an issue with our upstairs units not cooling . Called burnside and had a technician here in 2 hrs. He checked out the system,explained the problems and gave me the price to repair and got to work. Bill was $2,500 but we had cold air and he explained the options on replacing the system which will be in the next year or when it goes down again.absolutely awesome experience and cheaper than the last company

Excellent inspection and service by Jacob McCormick. He was very efficient, personable and professional. We would like to request him for our future inspections. A first class job!

I arrived home after 7 p.m. to a house well close to 90 degrees. A friend recommended that I contact Burnside so I did. Bailey took my call and immediately began taking steps to have a technician come as soon as possible. I do not live in Burnside's normal service area so Bailey secured the necessary approval to have a tech make the special trip. She communicated clearly both the time table and fee structure for the visit. Everything went according to plan. I am very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of how this was handled.

I am so impressed with Burnside!!! I will never even consider using anyone else. I was u def a lot of pressure and the heating system was not working correctly and they found a minor inexpensive solution. Another local vendor charged way more for a similar situation. I immediately sighed up for their annual program. God bless thrm

We have used Burnside for years. Technicians come on time. We recently had to have the fan in the air conditioner replaced. The technician, Cody, was able to get us a discount from the original estimate.

I had Burnside Air Conditioning and Heating out today to install a mini-split AC system in my new office shed. Ronnie and his crew were right on time and knew exactly what to do. They ran into a problem while installing a condensation French drain in the yard but never gave up despite the heat and humidity outside. The system works great and Ronnie and the crew were first class.

Jacob came to service our system, getting ready for winter. We have a 2-service plan that covers our HVAC maintenance. As always Burnside sent a great technician. Jacob was very thorough and answered all our questions.
